This is the place you come to for bubble tea and sushi burritos/poke bowls. I love the atmosphere and decor of all Tai chi places. We have been to the Mt hope, Eastview mall location and the one on Monroe Ave, Pittsford location. Out of the three, we like the Mt hope location the best for the customer service and warm atmosphere.

First time on this store, similar menu with slight variation. I got my Rice Box ( bowl) as I ate there and my Taichi Green Milk Tea. Delicious. They had different games at the tables for guests to play. We played UNO, great fun as a family interaction.

I'm not sure if all of the chains are linked together in the same rewards system/ownership or are franchised so I will review these separately. Tried a Tai Chi milk tea and a passion fruit green tea (substituted boba for rainbow jelly). The teas were alright, nothing that wowed me. I felt the boba was a bit too chewy/hard. Also was very disappointed in the rainbow jelly (it was extremely soft for some reason.

My husband and I love coming here to get bubble tea. It's great that you get to pick the level of sugar and ice in your drink. Bubble tea can be super sweet! But with tai chi and them allowing you to pick the level of sugar it makes it perfect. This was the first time trying food here. We had build your own poke bowls. It was okay. Next time I think I will try the pho. It looked amazing.

Love love Tai Chi Bubble Tea. I'm a regular of the College Town location. This was my first visit to this location. The indoor decor, look and feel is consistent with the other locations. I got a distinct feeling that they were understaffed. The number of people waiting to pick up their orders was super long. It took 10 minutes to get my passionfruit green tea with passion fruit boba.

A refreshing find that I never expected in Rochester. Lots of flavours for bubble tea in addition to some food options. I got a rose smoothie with tapioca. Had a nice floral taste. Space was good for lounging and family friendly. Lots of plugs by the table. Washrooms were clean. Will come back again if ever in the area.

Super tasty food with fast and convenient options for takeout. I opted for ordering lunch online and picking it up at the restaurant, and everything was ready within 20 minutes. I ordered the rice bowl with three proteins (spicy tuna, salmon tartare, and shrimp, plus a whole slew of toppings, and they did a great job of presenting it in the takeout box. All of the ingredients were fresh and delicious, and I loved both the spicy mayo and wasabi sauces I chose. They pack the sauces on the side, so nothing gets soggy before you eat it. It was a surprisingly large portion, and ended up lasting me a meal and a half. I also ordered the Zang Zang Matcha Tea, but it was pretty sweet (you can't adjust the sweetness on certain drinks), and wasn't my favorite. Next time, I'm looking forward to trying one of their fruit teas, which looked pretty good. Online ordering was a breeze, and although their system isn't the clearest about when your order is ready, by the time I got to the restaurant about 20 minutes after I ordered, I walked to the register and they had my order all prepped. There's also an option for curbside delivery, where you park in one of the designated spots in front, order through the website, and denote your parking space in the notes section of your order. I haven't tried that service, but it seems handy if you want to avoid public spaces altogether. Overall, the food was delicious and a great value. They have a wide selection of drinks, and takeout was seamless!

Great place and really good and fresh food, but BEWARE If you're ordering the brown rice because you want a healthier option, it is not healthier. Unfortunately, they add refined sugar to the brown rice (annoying!) and from what I gather a good amount of it. otherwise this place is great. I come a lot and just get the white rice.

I am absolutely in love with Taichi, and I have one of their tofu bowls at least once a week, When I heard they had a new location, I had to go check it out. It's really nice inside, with nice and spacious seating. The order forms are right inside the door, and they had new pagers for your order. I had the best service I've probably had at any Taichi when I was here. The cashier told me that I had rewards available, so I used them, and my bowl was ready faster than it ever has been. It was also correct, which is a big deal! And it was really good. I just love the bowls here! The rewards card could use some work though. There's no website or anything to look at to see how many rewards you have or what they're worth. When their program switched over a few months ago, someone at the Irondequoit location actually took all my points off rather than adding them on, and I have no way to prove this, except that the next time I went, I didn't have anymore rewards. Since I go so often, it was probably a good amount, but again, since I can't look at it anywhere, I don't even know exactly what it was. I also got a bubble tea this time, and they have new thinner cups. They look nice, but it wouldn't sit in my cupholder very well because it was too skinny. So you might want to put a napkin around it or something if you take it to go. This new location isn't really convenient for me, so I probably won't be at this one too much, but it's really nice and I'd definitely go back again. If you've never been here, try one of their bowls. You might become and addict like me!

I usually go to the Tai Chi location in Irondequoit but I'm excited that this location is now open because it's close to my work and where I take hapkido classes. I stopped in after a class on Saturday afternoon and ordered a sushi burrito and mango smoothie. They have a lovely spacious interior with lots of seating areas: tables, booths, and bigger couch-style seats near the windows. They also have board games and sketch pads for customers to use. The menu is huge and you can get sushi burritos, poke bowls, and ramen. They have an extensive drink list of hot drinks, boba tea, smoothies, and more. Tons of flavors with lots of add ins. I was served pretty quickly because it wasn't busy, but I know that as more people realize this location exists it'll get busier! They do a great job here and have delicious food and bubble tea, so I definitely recommend stopping in!

Matcha milk tea and zang Zang tea with sweet potato

Very cute place. The service is slow. We only ordered boba tea. I got the match milk tea with red beans. My brother got the Zang Zang tea with sweet potato, almond milk and tapioca pearls. The match was decent. The red beans were an interesting twist and not one I would consider a second time, may just stick to regular boba. But the combo was interesting. I felt that the taste of the red beans took away from the matcha flavor a little. Others may think it balances it out, but I'm matcha-mad. My brother initially wasn't very convinced about the sweet potato but was licking it off the glass by the end. So he obviously liked it. Will consider trying some food here in the future.

Street parking is available, no charge for that. We encountered construction so we had to drive around for a bit but it was worth it. Seated immediately one arriving, we went with a couple appetizers- my personal favorite, the scallion pancake and the steamed bao with BBQ pork belly inside. That comes two to an order so it worked out nicely. Both were exceptional. The scallion pancake is like no other. Extra crispy, incredibly flavorful- and I love their dipping sauce. Vinegary, sweet and sour. The buns were pillowy soft and the pork belly was tender and full of that smoky BBQ taste. For entrees, we chose the Kung Pow Shrimp and the Singapore style curry noodles that came with shrimp, bbq pork, and beef. Both dishes were plentiful. The shrink was definitely spicy, you can see with all of the red chilies in the sauce, with the peanuts and celery pieces cut on the bias for a classy look. The portion on the Singapore noodles was very hefty...we upgraded our rice to fried rice so we had a lot of food today. All in all, this was an enjoyable visit. Since I am headed home tonight I wanted to be sure I had enough food to last me the rest of the day until I get back to ATL. This place ALWAYS delivers! Support small businesses!

We tried a couple of buns, the sauces were overwhelming and thick. the za cha Cheng noodle was decent once mixed together. we did also get the black bean beef noodle. It was way too salty, maybe it was from the black bean. The dumplings were a bit dry, maybe have some broth with it if they are steamed?
