I watched my two cups of boba sit in the back for about 10 minutes while the girl kept reading the receipt over and over, then walking away. When she finally made and sealed both drinks, she put them on a table in the back and went to fill the ice bucket. She then stayed in the back talking to other employees. The drinks sat on that table for another five minutes until I finally asked the girl at the register if I could get my drinks. Mind you, she was also having a full conversation with the other employees in the front. She finally said, "Oh yes, sorry." The whole experience was extremely frustrating. Everyone seemed completely lost, there was no sense of urgency whatsoever, and the customer service was honestly terrible.
