So there are 2 moving belts, robots, and servers. It's a lot! Fun, but be aware. It is cool that you can see things moving past and try different things. The plates on the belt are also less than a full order, which means you can try more things, if that's your style. Service is pretty quick since you're helping yourself from the belt. They do a good job making sure there is a variety of items on the belt and seemed to restock pretty quickly. You can mostly chose from rolls and nigiri. I do like American style rolls, and enjoyed the options. The guy prefers nigiri. We ordered some tempura and picked some nigiri from the menu as well. I really enjoyed the veggie tempura. They have good salmon - we tried the peppered salmon, which he thought was too much, but was smokey and peppery, and I enjoyed. There was also a spicy yellowtail, and plain salmon that was also nice quality. We shared an ice cream sundae with one of the little fish shaped cakes for dessert, which was really good. Neither were that great and the dream roll was missing the tuna and salmon it was supposed to have and they used a crab stick instead of real crab which was disappointing as well. The 2 in 1 roll was ok but nothing special. I will say that the order was ready early and they were gracious enough to included eel sauce and spicy mayo on the side as I requested, because it was not available as an add on, so I am going to assume the service is solid.
