To my surprise, I encountered a relaxing massage. The price point is amazing and it's worth every penny. Just last weekend, I got a 60-minute massage and a 30-minute foot massage and it was everything I needed. The music is tranquil and the vibe is chill! The only two issues I have is the rooms are not private as the walls don't go to the ceiling and there is no door to the room, only a sheet. The folks that work there can be heard in the back talking among themselves, which doesn't always provide a relaxing atmosphere. Regardless, I highly recommend this place and will be back every time I am in the area!

The masseuse was very unprofessional, she was answering calls and talk on the phone half of the time. My goal of a massage is to relax and destress. The masseuse stressed me out more with her talking Chinese to somebody on the phone. This massage is not for me. I am not sure if it's the style of the masseuse or that's how they are trained. I felt like I was being pinch the whole massage. I had to tell her to go softer at least three times. She jumps on the bed and steps on me. I had bruises on my legs and arm the next day. All the talking on the phone probably got her too excited in hurting me in the process of my massage. Phones should be banned during massage. It is disruptive and rude to talk on it during a massages. Phone has cameras. I wasn't even sure if she taken any pictures.

The staff goes by numbers and number 5 is the person I prefer to go to as he is strong, thorough, hits all the painful knots I have, and very kind. Asian massages are different from Americans. American massage places focus on technique but after you leave, few hours later your still sore as if they never really get rid of the knots and ease tensions. Here, if you can take pain they will help rid of any tensions or build up you might have on your body . You might feel sore after but my body feels really loose and good for next few days. People complaining about pain but you can always ask to them to be more gentle, why take the massage for an hour and then complain it's too hard afterwards. As for tip complaints, when I go out to eat at places and spend 150$ on a dinner or so on a good dinner you still tip 20% just for waiters to bring out food you ordered, mean while massage places put a straight hour of effort and require a lot of energy to perform the massage should get more then waiter. I tip my barber 20$ for a cut they already get paid to do to show appreciation. Its not the same as restaurant, 20% of 40$ massage is $8, how you tipping $8 for hard work vs someone pouring water and bringing out food you ordered out. If you don't got 15-20$ to tip hard working people for their work just stay home with your tense body. Absolutely recommend if you have tense shoulders, neck, back or feet pain , this is my favorite spot. * After coming here few times booking #5 and got to know the guy, some of these 1 star reviews are from competitors since he was highly recommended from previous places he worked at, stay salty.

She focused mainly on my shoulders/upper back and went over this same area, completely missing my lower back, buttocks, thighs and calves. Well, this isn't completely accurate - to be fair, she rubbed oil in these areas. I expected to leave the establishment feeling relaxed and less tense but I left feeling the same. I was asked by the lady taking my appointment for feedback, which I gladly gave and was asked to come back and try a different masseuse in my next visit. I understand this is common business language to get customers to return, but I can't help but express that there should be standardized techniques - what if I come back and don't like the technique of the new masseuse? Will you ask me to come back to try a third masseuse? I understand if the client asks you to focus on specific areas (to which I did not, hence the importance of a standardized technique), but how was I supposed to know while making the appointment that she was only going to spend 90 mins on my shoulders and rub oil on the rest of my body? More importantly, how do you guarantee *consistency* for customer retention? Anyway, this review isn't specific to the masseuse which is why I haven't mentioned her name - I'm sure she's amazing in her own ways and requested by clients who prefer gentle rubs. I was really excited about this second location as it's much closer to home, however, I expected better customer service as I left feeling like I was out of $80+tip. They are located next to the facial place and decided I'll try them afterward. I didn't check them out on Yelp or Google and made the decision on the spot. When I entered, I saw pricing for foot bath/massage at one price (large price banner outside shop) and inside smaller price sheet listed $5 more. Umm... okay, whatever (maybe that includes tips because some people no tipping?). The shop was bigger than expected as I walked deeper/into the inner area. There were many masseurs just waiting for clients. There were some small private rooms on the left side but majority of the front room was one open space with tables (and small side curtains) diving each table for massages (seems off putting). As I walked deeper inside, my inner thought said I should have Yelp it but too late as I followed the host inside. In the very back room were chairs for foot massage. As I sat and waited, I did a quick Yelp search and was abit more reluctant. Burning hot hot hot water basin tub was given to me to soak my feet. I guess there are many dirty feet that walked in here and they want to make sure feets were clean before massage? I had to slowly ease my feet in (a delicate dance of dipping my feet in and out to prevent burns). I wish they could have ask the temp at least and then adjust as needed. I'm not into very deep/hard pressure massage so I know that I rather have it abit more gentle (traumatized by my first body massage by a Korean auntie at a Korean spa. And you know they can be rough, hence me always like my massage abit more gentler.) After requesting him to "be abit more gentle", he ease up and I was able to enjoy it more. Steady-even medium pressure massage is perfect for me. There was a customer who got seated next to me and they converse together. She also got the foot massage (it also typically comes with a shoulder/upper back massage but I wanted only the foot part). As they converse (loudly), he forgot and would ocassionally increase pressure, hence me kept repeating to be gentler. Other than that, it was a lovely experience. I think and agree with other Yelpers, if you just want simple massage and like harder/rougher pressure, this is the place for you. I can imagine them working the knots out of your back if you did a full body massage, but make sure to opt for private rooms. Some of the reviews about the open public space made me cringe as I wouldn't want my bare bottom out for strangers to view/ogle.

Additionally the stalls are cramped and i'm not sure how sanitary the place is since when i went into the stall there was leftover towels persumably from the prior guest on the boxes. The only good thing about this place is that the ladies are strong regardless of who you get. However they talk to each other throughout your whole ENTIRE massage and sometimes they get so heated in their convo that you feel how sloppy of a massage it is when they're not paying attention. Aside from my lady taking to the person who worked at the next curtain the whole massage she paused several times and texted her husband .. how did I know you might ask, she told me when she stopped for 2-3 minutes. Additionally I was placed in the first curtain stall(not a room) and while getting a massage people were going in and out of my stall to talk to the lady who was working on me. Keep in mind this is the first stall so whenever the curtain is slightly open everyone in the waiting area can see inside so I'm sure everyone who worked there or was waiting for a room or walking to their room saw my butt cheeks. What really made it a 1 star for me was how they demanded $20 tips minimum at the end. Is this considered extortion? Last time I check tip was based on services rendered and I gave the lady $15 for what i believed was more than generous since she was so distracted the whole 1hour of the massage. Would I recommend this place? No. The only reason I came here was because one of my friend had an account here. The massage here could be good if you had a private room with a masseuse who was focused solely on you otherwise I would not come at all with the $20 minimum tip. P.S i forgot to mention they offered to room me with a random guy stranger.... this shows the kind of business they are who zero regards for customers privacy.. considering your back and butt cheek are showing the majoring of the massage, no thank you i did not want to room with a strange guy.

I booked a appointment beforehand just Incase they were full, but you could also just walk in and get straight into the massage! I recommend trying the cupping. It was nice of them to allow a 30 minute free for cupping on your first time there. It was a great experience and overall I loved that beauty spa.
