What I got looked nothing like them. They were cut super short, uneven and no shaping, no consistency . It honestly felt like they just trimmed my nails and painted them. On top of that, even though I had a scheduled appointment, I was passed from my original tech to a different one with no explanation in the middle of service. It felt rude and very unprofessional.
