The crispy pata itself was excellent: super crispy skin on the outside, with soft, tender meat inside. The meat on its own wasn't heavily seasoned, so the sauce really did the heavy lifting, but together it worked beautifully. We also ordered the garlic noodles, which were bright green and immediately caught our attention--of course we had to try them. And wow. They were delicious. The garlic was incredibly fragrant, and the noodles were cooked perfectly--not mushy, not underdone. Fair warning: this dish is very oily, but absolutely worth the calories. We were about 4th in line but the line moves pretty fast. They typically only allow 2 people/pairs at a time as it is very small inside. When people dont adhere to the rules things tend to back up. These are a must try if you love butter with your bread. I swear each roll has half a stick of butter. I also purchased 6 Spanish rolls to compare against Nandings on Oahu. Just as good. After we inhaled about 8 rolls and 3 Spanish rolls the next day, my cousin put the remaining rolls into the airfryer and OMG, didn't think they could get better but they did. The store rep was very pleasant and was quick to offer assistance! This store has so many different Asian products! Not to mention a wide variety of longanisa sausages, fish, meats, etc.... I was able to get what I came here for (ube butter mochi) and a few more items. Sad to say I did have to share with my husband haha... My only complaint is the butter mochi wasn't cut into pieces, it was just a really big slice placed in a plastic container. Hopefully they will be able to fix that, then again maybe it's not meant for sharing!!! Lol My overall experience here was great! So, if you are looking for a one stop Asian store this is it!!!
