I would not recommend this company and here's why: 1. I had two projects done through them. The first was an M&P slide to get milled for an RMR and cerakoted. They quoted me a 30 day turn around time and factored in the cost of the M&P draft in to my price, an extra $120. Not my fault that I choose not to own a Glock, but whatever. So 30 days go by and my slide isn't ready. I ask what's the holdup: the machinist was sick, we're backed up, it's the holidays, etc etc. we'll get to it next week. A week goes by. Still not ready. Try calling. No answer. (This is a reoccurring theme) another week goes by, actually go in and talk to the owner. "Oh sorry, things came up, I've talked to him, blah blah." At the 55 day mark they sent me a picture of my slide and completed. The RMR on the slide isn't mine. "Oh sorry, the machinist mixed up, not our fault". I finally got my slide back with my RMR at exactly the 60 day mark. I asked for a black/dark grey battleworn and I received a light gray. At this point I'm just happy to have my slide back. 2. The second project was a custom project for a Sharps Bros Hellbreaker that I gave them permission for their artistic freedom. I have them some suggestions of the color schemes that I liked and let them have it. Again the project went over due and they continue to not answer their phone during their stated business hours outside of lunch. 3. Communication. I have the phone records to prove that over the course of three months and 30 attempted phone calls, I was actually able to talk to a person exactly twice. 4. Timeliness. Forget about it. Just add 45 days to whatever due date they give you and forget that you have a project with them. 5. Quality of work. It's decent but don't expect Blown Deadline quality of work.

I got this done back in April of 2013 and it still looks great today.

I had my gun done by Kickback when he was still doing it out of his house. Years later my gun still looks amazing and it's something that's been taken to the range a lot and drop in the gravel and beat to hell. I fully recommend this place. If I ever needed anything done again, this would be the place I would go.

Best gun range I've shot at in a long time. Small selection of rental arms (mostly 9mm handguns…read moreand ARs) but all the guns are super well maintained and cleaned, which is rare for rental ranges. Best thing is the service. I took two friends, one of whom had never shot before, and the staff were uber patient walking them through safety, helping with their aim, etc. A great place and a great value!

My wife and I picked up her new Bul Armory (Israeli-made) "Cherokee" 9mm subcompact pistol at The…read moreArmory on Saturday night and - as always - got great service from the staff there...and specifically Dalton who efficiently processed our FFL transfer fee from www.gunprime.com to us. The Armory is...and will be...our go-to location for weapon suggestions, as well as parts & accessories, but more importantly for great customer service and solid guidance and professional suggestions on best-fit components for our particular self-defense needs. Dalton helped explain to my wife all the features of the new pistol, especially the unique DA/SA trigger-pull arrangement associated with the Cherokee, and how trigger pull works with the loaded weapon. That, and how she should get a proper two-handed grip on the pistol using first her right hand to secure a solid purchase on the upper part of the grip followed by the proper wrap of the left hand around the grip/right hand to provide a solid and stable grip to the pistol. That, and after asking Dalton about training courses, he recommended one of his The Armory colleagues for training classes for my wife (and likely me as well...). He provided a card for Sit Aware Tactical training (S. Scolari) and that contacting him would be in our best interests in setting up a course for both of us. 30-minutes later - and after paying the FFL Transfer Fee - my wife was the proud owner of her first weapon. She looks forward to the arrival of her 9mm bulk range ammo, upcoming training courses with Sit Aware, and heading to the desert for some target practice (nest Spring anyway...) Five Stars for calm, professional, no-B.S. support and guidance...and my wife's new semi-auto! Thanks, Dalton and The Armory!
