I really didn't want to believe all the NEGATIVE REVIEWS; I wanted to give this company a chance. On 5/27/22, I found a (Remington Universal Magazine Cap and Swivel - 870 1100 11-87 20 Ga) on their website; it shows (1) IN STOCK (WHICH MEANS THEY HAVE IT ONHAND). So I ordered it. Today 5/30/22, 3 days later I still don't see any movement on my order. So I emailed them and asked for an Estimated Ship Date. Here's their lame response...... "Hello, thank you for contacting us. It appears that the offsite warehouse had run out of inventory, this item is on backorder. Apologies for the inconvenience. On backordered items we do not have a definite time frame as to when they may be available. It is all up to the manufacturer to make some and send out a new shipment, but it can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months or longer. We will run a temporary authorization on the card but do not bill until the item is available and ready to ship, however, the price is also not guaranteed and can be subject to change. You may cancel your backorder at anytime before billing with no penalties. Lexi L. Online, I ordered a handgun from Impact Guns (pictures attached) for my wife's birthday. The gun was shipped to our local FFL. After we got the gun home we were disappointed because it was dirty and clearly fired more times than would be expected for the factory test. Furthermore, we'd expect that the factory would be very concerned about delivering their guns as clean as possible... I sent two emails to Impact Guns and got no response, so I finally called. The person who handled my call was very "dry/flat". I asked if they had received my emails which had pictures of the gun as we received it attached (see below). I was told that the gun was sent to me as it was received by Impact Guns from the manufacturer, but there was zero satisfaction from my perspective because there was no evidence that he checked anything while I was on the call and his answer seemed rehearsed and annoyed. He indicated that "colored" guns often had this problem. And he went on to suggest that I contact Smith and Wesson regarding the dirt/wear that according to the Impact Guns' representative was only caused by the factory test firing. I expressed that I understood, and expressed that I was not happy... The next day I decided to take the gun to a local gun store to obtain accessories for my wife and to solicit the opinion of their gunsmith as to whether or not the gun was used. My local gunsmith agreed that the gun had been fired more than he would expect for a factory test firing (but he assured me that 10,000 rounds hadn't been fired through it). But he pointed out wear on the mechanism under the slide. I told him that Impact Guns told me to call Smith and Wesson regarding the condition. My gunsmith just laughed, stating "they're not going to do anything"... My best guess is that this gun was actually a return or was tested on their range and therefore should have been listed on Impact Guns' website as open-box and the price should have reflected this fact. Beware: Impact Guns' definition of "new" may well not be the same as yours.

Impact Guns is terrible! They do not provide services they charge you for and keep changing rules on their range. Do not shop here!

Employee even went as far as to say they had video evidence and when asked to be shown the video because we knew it was false he was not able to provide it. I am appalled that they are treating loyal customers like criminals without any good reason. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I took my son here to get new golf shoes- never again. I'm standing at the golf counter and 9,…read more(maybe more) employees walked by and did everything they could to not look me in the eye. It got to be very entertaining to see what they would do instead of not helping me. To get our shoes we had to fill out what we needed on an iPad that was by the shoes. That was the only way we could get someone's attention. Once we found out what shoes we wanted we had to wait again at the desk because we needed to get the right replacements for the bottom of the shoes. The only way we got someone to help us was to fill out the iPad again that we needed another pair of shoes, but we said no we just need your help once the guy showed up. When we went to check out, we were found out we were given the wrong shoes and so we went and got the sample one so they could get us the right pair. The girl was totally bugged, but they got a pair that was $100 more. I'm going to notice that??? The cashier was very unfriendly, and was also bugged! We stepped back so she could help other customers while we waited. We could've just stood there, made the customers wait while we waited for my correct shoes-- but thought we'd be nice... she didn't smile, say thank you, etc... My boys have played baseball, football, lacrosse, and now golf, and we've always liked Dicks to get their gear. We will not be returning. I'm still amazed as I think about all the employees that walked past us that never once asked how they could help us. One guy had an earpiece in so it looked like he was maybe more in charge than the others and he actually walked past three times with no words said or eye contact! Pretty sad!!! I understand they work in different parts of the store, but they could've called someone to come and help us very easily! We are going to get shoes elsewhere and return the shoes in the morning. No more money will be spent here... and I have spent thousands at Dicks every year... So I guess I will be going back one more time. Sooo bugged!!!

This policy and the lack of customer service were extremely disappointing.
