This complex is among the nicest I've visited. The volunteer staff is welcoming and pleasant. The grounds are monitored and appear to be fairly secure. I found the 50 yard range to be well equipped with dimmable lighting and easy to control semi-automated target lines. The staff promotes safety and they like their range, no metal piercing or steel ammo allowed. Have empty mags and ammo readily available for them to check with a magnet. Also, they sell their own targets and they're sized to fit on their runners. The smaller range is 21' (7 yards) to 150' (50 yards) and pistols work great here yet you can sight in your carbine for the longer 300 yard range use around the corner.

Awesome shooting range! Pistols to shot guns welcome. I liked the open range, helped the sound not be as loud. They have a computer to move the target for you, so nice! The crew working there are all friendly, and they have fun targets.

What a great range! 5-star!! Had to remove stars because the volunteer staff is determined on preventing anyone from enjoying it.

I had zero expectations, and I cannot rave ENOUGH about this place. When you get there they run through all the safety rules, and how the session is going to go. They were so clear and knowledgeable about everything, I didn't even have any questions! The guys that worked there (we found out later they were volunteers)- were honestly the best part of the experience! We had one girl in our group that was pretty nervous, and they were so good about being near her and helping her have fun. I could have talked to them for hours! You can tell they genuinely love being at the gun club, esp since they are coming in as volunteers. And they were just beyond friendly and helpful. I found a new skill that I never knew I had- and I loved every minute of it! We ended up going another round since the first was so great. Paying is super simple too, I was able to venmo them but they accept cash as well. I was sad to leave but if I ever make it back to Park City, I will definitely be taking my crew back to Kama's!

The Armory is...and will be...our go-to location for weapon suggestions, as well as parts & accessories, but more importantly for great customer service and solid guidance and professional suggestions on best-fit components for our particular self-defense needs. Dalton helped explain to my wife all the features of the new pistol, especially the unique DA/SA trigger-pull arrangement associated with the Cherokee, and how trigger pull works with the loaded weapon. That, and how she should get a proper two-handed grip on the pistol using first her right hand to secure a solid purchase on the upper part of the grip followed by the proper wrap of the left hand around the grip/right hand to provide a solid and stable grip to the pistol. That, and after asking Dalton about training courses, he recommended one of his The Armory colleagues for training classes for my wife (and likely me as well...). He provided a card for Sit Aware Tactical training (S. Scolari) and that contacting him would be in our best interests in setting up a course for both of us. 30-minutes later - and after paying the FFL Transfer Fee - my wife was the proud owner of her first weapon. She looks forward to the arrival of her 9mm bulk range ammo, upcoming training courses with Sit Aware, and heading to the desert for some target practice (nest Spring anyway...) Five Stars for calm, professional, no-B.S. support and guidance...and my wife's new semi-auto! Thanks, Dalton and The Armory!
