Take it Easy Tubing was a great company to work with. They were very accommodating on a time and day outside of their typical hours to fit my families needs. Responded to my messages and calls quickly. Water temperature in the Ogden river felt about 10-15* warmer than the Weber river on the day we floated. We did an adult float down the Weber before the family float down the Ogden. The Ogden river float with Take it Easy Tubing was a very family friendly river and my 6 year old niece loved it as much as my 16 year old son. Lots of shade from the hot sun helped to keep the kids from being sun burned. Price was also very reasonable for the time we spent on the river. Highly recommend this for both adult and small children. We will be floating it again next year. We had so much fun floating the river yesterday. Company is great, accommodations are wonderful! The river although a little shallow in parts was much cleaner than described in the other review. Maybe they are making a bigger effort on keeping it clean. There were 7 of us total and we went twice. I will definitely be going again! read more

I would rate the company 5 stars. Tubes were nice and comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly, shuttle van was clean. Unfortunately the experience of floating down the river in the city was terrible. I am glad to hear that so much effort was put in to cleaning the river of large items, but that doesn't help with the regular garbage. The first half of the float was ok, but by the second half it was constant bags, bottle.... everything you can think of every few feet. At the end there was a submerged, rusty shopping cart just below the surface of the water. The low, dark, dirty, spray painted underpasses weren't a favorite. And then about 2/3 the way through the trip came the couple shooting up! Yep! I guess the guy was trying to help, he started swearing at the girlfriend and telling her to put it away there are kids here - gee thanks. We were so ready to get out. I would gladly float with this company, but you couldn't pay me to float down this section of river again. read more

The renters were very helpful and friendly. We were a little bit early in the season and although they weren't officially open yet they still accommodated us and we got to go down just the two of us. How cool is that! Most places would just say, "we aren't open yet. Try again in a couple of weeks." Plus since we were kind of there Bata testers, they asked about obstacles and stuff that may need to be removed and they said they would take off two dollars next time we come. This to me shows that they are trying there best to make this a fun and enjoyable experience for their customers. The tubes were nice and vary in size. The river was clean. I haven't gone tubing in many years and didn't remember how hard it is to steer and stay in the current! However this is my own problem and not the fault of the company, just wanted to inform those who think they can just float leisurely down the entire time that it does take a bit of navigating since the Ogden river is not a very wide river. In spite of that I had a lot of fun, as did my husband who was way better at navigating than I was! We definitely plan on coming back. read more
