Check out the other negative reviews, you'll see a pattern; something that hasn't and won't change…read more A common theme: "facilities are great, the staff are rude, won't visit again." Under the guise of "Rules and Regulations", these Range Safety Officers are overbearing, rude, disrespectful, power-hungry, and egotistical. Understandably, the Rules and Regulations are in place for a reason, nobody disputes that. However, regardless that most are volunteers, it is completely unnecessary to use the Rules and Regulations as a vehicle for their own ego, incivility, and disrespect. I've patroned other gun ranges, with just as strict Rule-set, but with far kinder and reasonable of staff. This is unfortunate because this type of behavior creates animosity, distrust, and hatred towards the firearm community, and those who conceil carry. Like others, I won't be visiting this place again. I'd recommend any other firing range, even if it's an extra hour away.

I had zero expectations, and I cannot rave ENOUGH about this place. When you get there they run through all the safety rules, and how the session is going to go. They were so clear and knowledgeable about everything, I didn't even have any questions! The guys that worked there (we found out later they were volunteers)- were honestly the best part of the experience! We had one girl in our group that was pretty nervous, and they were so good about being near her and helping her have fun. I could have talked to them for hours! You can tell they genuinely love being at the gun club, esp since they are coming in as volunteers. And they were just beyond friendly and helpful. I found a new skill that I never knew I had- and I loved every minute of it! We ended up going another round since the first was so great. Paying is super simple too, I was able to venmo them but they accept cash as well. I was sad to leave but if I ever make it back to Park City, I will definitely be taking my crew back to Kama's!
