I was told that there is a game appropriate for all ages, but the younger kids might not enjoy it quite as much. We decided to give it a go anyway. Check-in was pretty easy-we did need to sign a waiver, which was pretty standard. The girl helping us was very friendly and gave us great instructions. Before you play the game, all the participants suit-up in head socks, masks and vests (the vests are not necessary if you're playing the "all ages" game and don't want to keep score.) The guns are a little heavy-not too bad for older kids and adults, but they were a little hard for the young ones to handle. The course was fun with lively music to get you in the mood. For people who want to watch, but not participate-there's an observation room where you can enjoy the game without having to play. Overall, it was a fun activity, but I'd recommend it for older kids (10+)

I was a little skeptical as we have previous experience with traditional paintball and these "bullets" are not filled with paint. With that said, there is a huge advantage to that since you can pick up more bullets and reload your gun as you play. Needless to say we had an absolute blast. The staff was friendly and helpful before and during play and the cost very affordable. I cannot finish this review without mentioning these last 2 details. One of my brothers flights was delayed and was not able to play as he had not arrived until 10:30pm. We decided after we picked him up that we would try to make it back to Battleball and see if there was any chance we could squeeze in one last game before they closed at 11. I believe we arrived at 10:50 and the staff was already cleaning up and getting ready to close and go home. With a little begging we were allowed to play 1 more game. (This is important because this was Saturday night and they are closed Sunday and they were booked up on Monday) again we had an absolute blast playing that last game and could not thank the staff enough!! Lastly, I'm the commotion and excitement of that last game I left my phone (which also had my I.d. And credit card in it, which means I can't fly home if I don't get it back) I realized this Saturday night and again they are closed Sunday... well we sent a fb message and they responded and sent one of their managers to meet us Sunday afternoon (even though they are closed) so that I could get my phone!! The level of customer service here is above and beyond anything I have experienced in a long time!!

I needed to update my camping equipment and I found a modular sleep system in excellent condition at a really reasonable price. I had a dog tag made for my doggo and that was very interesting to watch them make it on a really old authentic machine. I looked around and tried to remember everything that they carry so that I know where to find it in the future. I met a soldier there that arrived home and was moved by his story. All in all a really good experience. I would recommend Uncle Sam's Army Navy as a great place to shop. This time I came in to find some cold weather gear because I'm heading out on a backpacking trip and didn't want to freeze out in the cold. They actually have an excellent selection of thermals and polypro head to toe. I got geared up and also got some waterproof gore-tex to keep dry. I was clear that I would return for it within a week, at most. Fast forward to today--I came in to pick it up. Upon walking in, I was informed that they sold it. And the best part? The very same person who put it on hold for me was the one telling me this. I received no phone call, no update, no courtesy notification--nothing. But, of course, I was immediately offered the chance to place an order for another one, which would take a week to arrive. So let me get this straight--if that was an option, why wasn't another one ordered the moment mine was sold? Why wasn't I called? I filled out the order form, the rifle was pulled, and yet it was still sold the very next day. To make things even more ridiculous, the rifle I put on hold was the most expensive one in the store. There was no upsell opportunity, no higher-tier option they could steer me toward. In fact, the owner actually tried to downsell me on a lesser item. That tells me this wasn't about maximizing a sale--it was pure mismanagement. Price wasn't a factor for me; I have expendable income. I wanted that rifle, I put that rifle on hold, and I returned within the timeframe I gave. I held up my end of the deal. They didn't even have the courtesy to do the bare minimum and let me know it was no longer available. To make matters worse, this wasn't just a random purchase--this was intentionally planned around my brother's birthday, which is in two days. We specifically coordinated the timing so that everything would align for a birthday event, and now, because of this store's complete failure to honor a commitment, we're scrambling last-minute to fix a problem that never should have existed in the first place. Then, instead of taking responsibility, the owner who sold it off passed the blame to the other owner, claiming it was "his call." Internal miscommunication is one thing, but that's not the customer's problem. At the very least, a simple phone call would have been basic customer service. Now, I know some people will argue that customers put things on hold all the time and never return. And sure enough, the owner used that excuse. But both owners personally know my brother and me. He even admitted he wasn't worried about us not coming back because he knows we're reliable customers. So, to sum this up: they knowingly sold off an item I put on hold, made no effort to notify me, then tried to shift blame rather than owning the mistake--all while knowing we're regular, loyal customers. This was a complete failure in customer service and basic professionalism. It's enough to make me reconsider doing business here at all. At this point, I'd rather order online or drive two-plus hours elsewhere than support a store that operates like this. I know this business does some great things, but actions like this send a very clear message: "We don't care about you."
