Thankfully the excellent employees here helped me find a complete new wardrobe and it kept me coming back throughout the week to check out the more casual clothes after loving the quality of the clothing and great customer service I received the first time. I came here so much that they started recognizing me and joking with me making me feel very welcomed! They even set me up with the Loyalty Program and gave me a 10% military discount. I had a cashier attempt to upsell me on their promotion of the day (which is totally fine I understand it's their job to do) and I honestly wasn't interested in getting a bunch of product I didn't want even if it saved me some money. Initially I told her I wasn't interested politely but she continued to push so I conceded and decided to take a look at the promotion options which happened to be body sprays. I picked out one that I thought was decent and I brought it up to the counter and she continued to tell me that I needed two for the promotion. I again told her I wasn't interested and to just put the body spray away and that I was fine with spending the regular amount for what I actually wanted. This cashier continued to press over and over to me the promotion after I had told her I wasn't interested multiple times. A customer shouldn't have to reject a sales associate more than a couple times to get the point across. I eventually got mad and told her to stop because at that point I was mad that she wasn't listening to me. I don't appreciate pushy sales associates sometimes a no is a no and you have to respect it! I shouldn't have to tell you I'm uninterested 5 different times it's bad customer service. Learn how to read the room!!!

She told us about their 30% off deal going on when you buy two items, so my daughter also grabbed a belt she really wanted. She was also eyeballing a backpack, but we were able to order in online (through Hot Topic) when we got home and it was a lot cheaper. We've always had a good experience here and the employees are kind. It's my daughter's favorite store, so we'll be back.
