Was really craving tacos and this place did not disappoint! We also had the Birria tacos, made with goat and OMG so yummy! My pic of them didn't save but trust me you won't be disappointed. The Cebaza was tender and delicious as well. They give you red and green sauce and the green was by far our favorite, adds just the perfect flavor. We brought home the Pastor quesadilla, so can't wait to try it! The gentlemen that work there are very friendly and helpful with deciding what to try. We ate inside "The Bus" and it has a cool vibe, they did a good job providing a few booths so you can eat immediately and not have to eat in your car. We'll definitely be back and try the Torta's and Burgers.

Late review. Our order: pineapple marinated pastor, cabeza, lamb soup (don't recall the name, not pictured) and octopus fries (made with sausages). We arrived late to Albuquerque. At the time, most businesses closed at 10pm. This was one of the only restaurants that was serving until 11:30pm and we arrived shy of 11:15pm. Truly the best tacos I've ever had. TacoBus made me understand for the first time what a craving for tacos feels like. Could not stop gobbling down the food even though my mouth was on fire from the (green, my preference) chilies. My absolute favorite was the lamb soup. The best cure to frigid highland winds: tender meat, tang and spice rolled in a comfy blanket wrapped around your tummy. Have been searching for something similar since we got back to the Bay Area and still haven't found it. TacoBus set the tone for the rest of our adventures with New Mexican cuisine and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, we didn't get to dine inside, would have been cool! It is situated in a mildly sketchy neighborhood, they give you a buzzer after you order and you can wait in your car.

We looked up taco places in Albuquerque and came across TacoBus, decided to check it out and liked it! The food was made relatively quickly and tasted good! I got half asada and half pastor, I feel like the tacos could have had a little more filling but overall I was happy with it!

    Asada Tacos

Asada Tacos 10/10 salsa is spicy an just the right amount of asada really good would recommend again

Ive driven past this bus several times and finally decided to try after reading raving reviews. Pretty spot-on with 5-stars, for the quality and price. This is traditional Mexican NOT New Mexican cuisine. We tried the Fuego Burger, asada quesadillas, asada tacos, al pastor tacos, and french fries. Our favorites were the fuego burger, quesadillas, and fries. Be warned, the fuego burger lives up to its name, IT IS HOT!!!! The bus has been there for approx. 3.5 years, family-owned by family from Guadalajara, MX, so pretty damn authentic!

When you are from California it is really hard to beat our Mexican food there. I will say the hot sauce wasn't bad.

It's difficult to find good restaurants that can cater to young adults and have REALLY good food and service. We came first on Sunday for brunch. The food was very good. It was a bit small on the portions though. We had breakfast enchiladas and omelet and blue corn pancakes. Then we came back for dinner. The chicken mole was divine, tacos, sea bass, pork steak etc. absolutely perfect. Good portions. Food tastes like it was homemade. The cuisine is Mexican...not New Mexican. The server was great about answering any questions and willing to omit something if possible. Our server was attentive and so gracious. The wine list was surprisingly good. We had a French Viognier for less than $50. Finally the owner came out to talk to us and thanks us for coming. I'm in the business and haven't had this kind of service for a long time. Our son with Celiac was very satisfied, but also we all were. I would absolutely come back regardless of food restrictions. Please go!!

The property seems massive and it's really beautiful with all the cottonwood trees. When you get into the restaurant, there are just tons of combinations of these cozy little nooks, long dining tables, separated rooms, patio seating, and event spaces. There is something to see everywhere you look; fountains, fireplaces, and plants, hanging chiles, and more. They even raise cattle and chickens on property and source from their own greenhouse for their menu items. The ambience was just really cool and even though the winds were blowing like crazy, we were totally comfortable out in the patio section with the screens up. The food is authentic New Mexican cuisine. They brought out delicious tortilla chips for us to snack on while we decided on what to order. It really felt like there was no wrong choice to make. They were very accommodating for food allergies and restrictions. There was great flavor in everything our group tried. I split the half order of chicken nachos and it was a hefty half order! I was so stuffed, but then, hot sopapillas appeared and I couldn't say no to those! Especially not since the tables had their own sourced honey. There is also a full tequila bar, but since we were traveling with kids, didn't get to take too much advantage of that as an option. I wish we would've had more to explore the property but if I end up back in the Albuquerque area, I'll stop by again.

The good: The red chile rubbed ribs are phenomenal, but 1/2 rack for $44?! It's not a lobster tail. Beans and guac-excellent, calabacitas-very good. The chicken enchiladas-delicious with tender chicken. The bad: 2 Grand Gold margaritas at $15 each that were neither grand or gold. I've had better house margaritas at Applebees, lol. Their red chile was sparse, but that actually turned out in my favor because it was on the edge of burnt. A bit acrid. The sopas were dense, flat, chewy, and overcooked. The salsa-underwhelming. If you want excellent Grand Gold margaritas, the best salsa in New Mexico, and excellent portion sizes- SADIE'S ALL THE WAY!!!
