After reading the great reviews, I knew I had to try it anyways. The service was super fast and friendly in the drive thru and I was happily on my way back to the hotel with some delicious smelling food. All my fears faded away with the first bite. This might be some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. I had the steak fajitas burrito which was not only huge, but SO GOOD. Piping hot and everything was very fresh. Steak was cooked perfectly and it was very filling. We also got a few carne asada tacos and the Bozeman nachos. Everything tasted amazing and the flavors were great. Sometimes I worry if things are made quick, the flavor isn't there, but in this case, it was exquisite. I would've eaten here all week while we were in town. Twice was all we had time for but I will go back every time I am in the area.

This meal was intended only as sustenance, but it was surprisingly SO GOOD??? As a Southern Californian with tons of Mexican food options, we thought Albertano's in Bozeman was so AMAZING! We came back TWICE for night time munchies! The red enchilada sauce was soo good I loved that it drenched everything. The thick red enchilada sauce with the crispy taco was the best combo of crunch and gooey chile deliciousness. Combo #4 is the way. Their red salsa also had a decent kick, which was a pleasant surprise for a spice fiend! And their salsas were not watered down as I sometimes see. Very casual fast food, looks like a big mess, but I swear it's so delicious.

On Saturday's they offer 6 tacos for $10 - you should probably order one of those for yourself. Love, love (and did I say love?) this place. You can select from a number of meat options. I chose four: the spicy pork, beef steak, fried pork and the shredded chicken. All were good and they come with pickled carrots and jalapeños, but the best was the spicy pork taco. Really enjoyed these tacos. I also got the refried beans and rice. They were very good. I read about their hot sauce in another Yelp! review and asked for some. Definitely a good addition to the food. Not over the top, but a healthy spice to kick it up a notch. The food truck is neat. If you want bland, gringo dishes however, this is your spot!! (...Looking at my father). Unfortunately, I would choose Los Jarochos next time for similar outcome. (Note that they don't have alcohol though). Pretty standard menu, mixing the same meats, veggies and beans in various tortilla combos: burrito, fajita, enchilada, quesadilla. Couple other plated dishes. I got the carne enchilada based on my servers suggestion about how great the flavor of the carne was. (Spoiler: I didn't feel taste that, and it makes me a bit worried about what the other meats would've been like...) Pluses: modelo negra, margaritas and overall ambiance. Minuses: food was very bland (even sauces), expensive with no 'bang.' Three stars for service, booze and ambiance, otherwise would've been two, sadly. I would probably choose La Jarocohos next time, unless I was sticking just to happy hour.
