Ate there a few days ago and, in addition to the flour tortillas with my shrimp tacos being ice cold, the usually dependable guacamole was inedible. It was brown with chunks of unripe avocados and overpowered with lime juice. It was laughably bad. I have mixed feeling about this place. The food is good and the build your own bowl of a hard to beat. The margaritas are really good and the different flavors are worth a try, but it is all counter order. So you have to go back up and get in line if you want a second or even a third drink. The biggest problem for me is the price. My wife, two kids, and myself for lunch was $100. Compared to our local favorite Mexican restaurant for the same amount of food and drinks is about half and I personally like the local Mexican restaurant food better. I called ahead to order my food. I must admit it took me a while to post this because I was so angry when it happened. I ordered a burrito bowl and created my own by adding toppings of my choice. One of the toppings was black beans. I wondered if this was a sick joke of some type. When I arrived at my destination where I had planned to enjoy my lunch, The amount of "black beans" included in my bowl was overwhelming. I could barely enjoy the taste of any other toppings because the juices from the beans overpowered all other flavors. I was livid. The tacos I had were small but full and they were served with chips and salsa, you also get a side, I got queso dip, also very good. You order at counter, they give you a number and then they bring food to you. They check on you and pre bus. Manager checked on us too. I loved everything about it!
