If you have issues with bowel movements, go here! Bout 11 minutes from first bite. Good luck!

This has to be the worst Chipotle restaurant ever. They routinely are out of key ingredients or run out of chips etc. Also, they can't properly charge at the register and the employees attitudes totally suck. Get it together idiots. read more

Just walked out after eating here, arrived at 2 PM , one woman was the only employee in sight, she was friendly and sort of dished up what I ordered. I was dining in and every table was dirty, the floor dirty also. The ice machine kind of worked, it delivered about equal parts water and ice. Only unsweet tea available. The food wasn't bad but everything else was very unsatisfactory. I think this will be my last visit here. read more

Chips were stale. Cheese dip was lumpy and had a weird flavor. I wasn't given a receipt so no idea how 2 steak bowls, 1 cup of queso and 1 drink came out to $43. Steak bowls were mostly rice read more

This is my local Chipotle location. Unfortunately, it has the worst customer service of any Chipotle location I've visited. There is no urgency behind serving customers inside or at the drive-up window. I'd recommend skipping this location. read more

This store is ALWAYS out of ingredients especially the peppers and onions. No one especially the manager act as though they care. This store gives Chipotle brand a bad name. read more

I don't recommend this location... they don't offer all the normal toppings, also we got our order to take home. You can't see how your order is rung up, when we got home we noticed we were charged for items we didn't receive or even ask for - double meat and chips. read more

Never eat there. Terrible food and worse service. $ 9.00 for terrible black beans and rice with no protein. Bad attitudes. Do not waste your money. Eat anywhere else. Awful. read more

Holy shit. Service here is about as bad as the worst of McDonald's. I'm typing this as ive been sitting in the chipotlane for over 20 minutes sweating in my golf cart. I assumed it hey just hand the bag out the window when you pull up. Every car sits at the window for forever. Hope my food isn't soggy. Ridiculous read more

7:30 at night and out of most food items to choose from to make up your meal. Employee which was in manager position unfriendly and disorganized. Bathroom unclean and out of toilet paper. read more

Who is running this Chipotle? Bad service, something is definitely off with the food, carbonation broken, no ice, watered down lemonades, told us items were missing only to see them restocking after we ordered. Tables dirty, employees listlessly wandering around on their phones. Weird vibes. read more

First trip. Unfortunately, I am not impressed. I will be polite and say the servers we encountered behaved as they were not happy in their positions. Going through the motions. At day's end I purchased a 20 dollar burrito (that started at $11.25) and threw half of it away. I dislike throwing away good food. The qualifier here being the use of the word "good". We did not eat-in so cannot speak to any ambiance. If you want to save some money, enjoy great food, friendly service and a fun ambiance, try Cozumel over in Loxley or Pedro's in Robertsdale. read more

I just ordered a bowl on door dash and completely got scammed . Will not be ordering from here again. They do not give you what you pay for. read more

Queso is so very bad- I couldn't even eat it. It didn't even taste like cheese but more like spicy flour paste. The chicken bowl is good but too expensive for what it is. Everything is extra $ added on to the base menu price. So therefore- I am Team Moes all the way-- mainly because of the queso issue LOL. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chicken bowl and very bad queso - Fast Food Near Me - Daphne, Alabama

Worst review I've ever left by far.. I Love Chipotle. I ordered ahead on the mobile app. Drive thru pickups at this location. I waited behind about 6 to 8 cars in a lunch rush. No problem. food still not ready- no problem. It's lunch time! The problem is when i approach the window, I ask for 2 vinaigrettes. Which I failed to order online, young lady stated that "it is in the bag", which is a lie because I never ordered it. Perhaps the workers are overworked and underpaid. Chipotle can Do better!! I am so disappointed. I could have said something rude but I refuse to argue about food in any manner to anyone. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - My order, which I don't even care if it's correct at this point. - Fast Food Near Me - Daphne, Alabama

This was my first time trying out the new Chipotle in Daphne. The inside was very nice. We went in the evening and didn't have much of a wait. The workers were very friendly and helpful as I asked if they had an online menu item not listed on their sign. My food was very delicious and I was pleased with the overall experience. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - who needs this much sour cream in tacos? the woman who was serving my boyfriend was very unfriendly, rude, and had 0 communication. - Fast Food Near Me - Daphne, Alabama

My husband and I haven't eaten at a Chipotle in quite a long time because after eating there our stomachs did not fair well. We gave this Chipotle another try last night and still were not impressed. It was not very clean first off, the bar where you choose your items was a mess and low on supply. The garbage cans were overflowing. The food was not very good and stale chips. We will not be eating here again. So many workers there just standing around like there was nothing to do. The food is kind of expensive for what you get. Oh and my husband's stomach was upset most of the night. read more

Most disgusting Chipotle I have ever eaten at. The place was filthy, workers were very rude and food was uneatable. Oh and the chips were so stale they tasted like mold. I'm so grossed out I don't think I could ever eat at a Chipotle any where. read more

Once again - no fajita vegetables for my "fajita burrito". It's a staple on the menu but they never seem to have the veggies. Just some lame excuse that it's a free item and it doesn't last, which is BS because I was there at 12:30, during lunch time when they should be expecting a high volume of orders and they have only been open for a couple hours. Use a little initiative and go to the grocery store and buy enough vegetables to last a whole day. You don't have that many items to keep in stock for your customers. Also, the carnitas had a huge chunk of hard fat in it. $19 for a burrito, drink, chips and guac is ridiculous. I will get my burritos at a local Mexican restaurant cheaper and better. Absolutely the last visit to this Chipotle location and maybe all of them in Alabama. read more

Every time I come here I have an issue. Definitely won't be back. The staff is always extremely rude and careless!!! They are always out of chips and vinaigrette! Every single time. Even when they have chips they are stale. read more

Horrible! Queso was plastic, burrito meat was cold and the chips were at least two days old. NO STARS!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. service was awful. the lady making the food acted like she hated her life, rolled her eyes when speaking to me, threw the spoons while making the food, all while the manager stood by and watched. The food tasted okay, but Im not going to pay $57 for mid food and straight attitude from the employees. Ridiculous. the owner needs to get this place under control. read more

I've been a loyal chipotle customer for over 20 years with most of my experience in Arizona and California. Was so thrilled to have one in my local area. I've been there three times. And all three experiences were the worst I've ever had at chipotle in 20 years. Stale chips all 3 times, Inefficient service line, trash cans and condiment area not clean, I'm giving a one star simply because the burrito bowl, meat, rice, etc. was still at least acceptable. No one appears to be in charge, though I'm sure there's a shift manager... But whoever this new franchisee is should be reprimanded by corporate or chipotle corporate should take over the store. It is a disgrace to the chipotle name. I will not be back. read more

I order via Doordash when I'm working in this area. 2x now I order fajita as a side and there's nothing. I decide to drive there on lunchtime and tell them no fajitas. They say they're out. Who's doing the ordering for this location? They need to have a regional manager check things read more

What a rip-off. Way too expensive. Do not order cheese quesadilla. About 2 Tablespoons of cheese on A small flour tortilla. Will not go there again. Took forever to order. Very inefficient. Again, total rip-off. Go to Los Tacos or EH Tortillrea. Quesadillas are huge and yummy. read more

Ever time we eat there the food is cold. The chips have way too much salt and are so stale.

The food was gross and overpriced. $62 for me and two kids to eat and most of it went in the trash. Disgusting. Will not be back. The queso was gummy and inedible. read more

Old, stale chips shortly after opening for the day. Ordered 2 Mexican cokes in the bottle from the online app. The cokes had to be found and they were hot. Food was cold and rice was hard. Queso blanco was awful, gummy and bland. Could have eaten a container of Poncho from Sam's and fresh chips, for the 8.10 spent on stale chips and terrible dip. read more

The rudest staff I have every encountered at a Chipotle. They were indifferent. Didn't acknowledge any guests coming in or leaving. The bowl size was ridiculously small. Asked for a large piece of fatty barbacoa to not be put in my bowl. Worked said, " it's what we have!" and put it in anyway. Restaurant was filthy! Every table was dirty. Floors were dirty & sticky. Most drinks at drink station were empty & was dirty. Most tunes in the line were low or out. 5 people working and as soon as I went to grab my card from the machine, cashier turned her back to me to finish gossiping with coworkers. Would give zero stars if it was an option! read more

me and boyfriend went in there today around 4:30 today after doing some shopping, I am pregnant and all I wanted was a salad. walking in the it was completely empty there was workers sitting in the lobby. the lady taking out order seemed angry we walked in I asked for a salad and she rolled her eyes told me they didn't have salad lettuce and I said that fine I'll take the shredded lettuce she rolled her eyes again, she was mumbling the whole time so I then ask if they were having a bad day today no one acknowledge me finally she finished my salad and ask if I could get some sour cream on the side she then says "I guess". my boyfriend orders and she's mumbling and grumbling once again he asks her if a certain chicken was spicy and she rolled her eyes and goes "a little" all aggravated and shrugged her shoulder. my boyfriend asks for two vinaigrettes for my salad she tells me their out so I just get ranch. the lobby was disgusting, utensil slots had food all in them and all the hot sauce bottles had sauce and food on them, non of the tables were wiped down. they started talking about us because we were going to eat in the lobby. overall absolutely terrible place I would never go back. read more

I know this location hasn't been opened long and I can excuse some things while a newly opened restaurant and crew find their groove. I also know that newly opened restaurants are usually super busy just because people want to go to the new place. Again, I can excuse plenty from a newly opened restaurant, but there is no excuse for serving old, stale chips that clearly were not made today read more

After pushing back the opening date the first time you would think they would be more prepared to push it back a second time. Maybe post it somewhere or tell people when you're expecting to open. But no on January 5th you're just telling people "not open" and getting mad when they ask why. It's clear you're all in working order when you can see at least 10 employees in the store eating and walking around but no one to say why they are not opening or why they won't tell anyone. read more
