Do not eat here! The WORST customer service and attitude! Today my mom went inside to eat and the lady handed her 3 condiment cups for the salsa bar. My mom and dad were going to try 2 different salsas and thought "I wonder if she gave me 3 when she meant to get 4 because there were 2 of us". There was one solo condiment cup on the counter so my mom grabbed it to have one more. The lady walked up to her and snatched the cups out of her hands and said "no, too much! then handed her 2 back. My mom was mortified!!!! I called the store and the sister of the owner argued with me from the jump and refused to hear me out. They put their hands on my mom!! Like come on! She was cutting me off and I wasn't asking for anything other than an apology or investigation. She then said "she thought your mom was going to grab my card and chapstick". Um so when she snatched the stuff out of my mom's hand nothing was in her hands but the condiment cups? Like what?!?! They argued when all they had to do was say "I'm so sorry thanks for letting us know we will look into it and talk to employees if needed". Done! Easy! The sister of the owner was rude and disrespectful and hung up on me! Never again will we eat at this restaurant and neither will my parents. I also told her that having chapstick on the counter is a health code violation. Then she argued about that. As if anyone wanted someone's used chapstick. Gross! If you go to this place the customer is not family and they will side with their family/employees. read more

The food is good but very expensive. The chicken tacos are very filling Beans just ok Rice not flavorful ( won't ever order again) Flautas are different but good Service was friendly Medium salsa was spicy read more

Another Baldwin County "Mexican" restaurant. The servic was very fast and polite. The food was very average and boring. The place was clean.

When we got there the place was completely secluded which I was grateful, it was 7 pm so it was late. I had a tamale and 2 crunchy tacos. My husband had a very large burrito that probably weighed about a pound and a side of refried beans. My friend had the chicken quesadilla. We had white cheese queso. They were drinking tea and I had a Dr Pepper and even though we spent over $70 including tip she still charged me for a cup of ice. Anyway the food was delicious, I mean every bit of it! The only thing I can say that really irritated me was at 7:45 she broke down the tea machines and my husband and friend were about ready to finish there only cup of tea and they wanted a refill but were never asked before they dumped it, and the person that dumped it was the girl that took the order so it wasn't as if she didn't know. Everyone was nice and the booths are very roomy!! read more

We were very happy with our meal and experience. Service was fast and very friendly. The menu is easy to understand with many options. I was impressed to see cabeza and lengua. We had pastor/asada burritos which were rather large, flavorful, and fresh. The pico was really good. The horchata was so refreshing, very creamy with a little kick. Salsa could've been better but all in all it's worth it! read more

Tacos were really good. The crispy taco shell was outstanding. Beans and rice were also good. Chile relleno was a bit sad and cheese enchilada was just ok. Chips don't come with the lunches but there is a salsa bar. Mild salsa is great, hot and mucho hot weren't actually hot but were both pretty tasty. Counter service was friendly and food came out fast. read more

Great mexican food cooked fresh and fast! Los Tacos is a great place for all 3 meals of the day. Maybe even 4th meal!

This is my mom, Karen's, favorite place. I live out of state and she brought me here first. The lady at the register is so sweet and the food so good! read more

Food is good, only negative was the portion was a bit smaller than I expected. The staff is friendly and the wait was reasonable.

Ordered a party platter, tacos, and lots of chips and queso. They did an amazing job all employees were very nice and helpful making sure I had enough to feed everyone in the office. Food was AMAZING and everyone in the office was happy. I would recommend read more

Los Tacos - Chicken taco, shrimp taco, crispy beef taco, tamale, and Chile Relleno - Food Trucks Near Me - Fairhope, Alabama

I have been here several times. If you can get past the rude staff the food is just above Taco Bell.

VERY VERY GOOD. I love this place I recommend to beefy burrito, so good! I order it every time!

I would give the food here 3 and 1/2 stars, but the excellent service bumped it up. My husband and I tried: the chips and salsa, Birria tacos, pork tamale, and flautas. The flautas were not great- very thick tortilla with very little filling and the tortilla was not fried all of the way thorough so they weren't crispy. The Birria tacos were good, but missing the crispy cheese. The salsa was spicy and delicious. The star was the pork tamale. The masa was well flavored and the pork was delicious. read more

I love this place! Reminds me of home... California Mexican food. Everything on the menu is great! Top it off the lady's are always so pleasant and happy. Also reminds my abuela and Tia. A little slice of childhood, back home and family. read more

Food was A-Mazing! Birria platter was tender and delicious. Humongous is the only adjective to describe the Mucho Mucho-absolutely two to three meals of deliciousness! The shrimp taco salad came with 11 perfectly cooked scrumptious shrimp. We loved the authentic aroma when we walked in and tasted the flavors of Mexico we used to enjoy when we lived in Arizona. Service was given with a smile and joy serving great authentic Mexican food. read more

Honestly, the worst experience I've had. The one lady she is the only one that ever works the window. was very rude. Blamed me for for her miss hearing me, and when I pulled up to the window to pay, she started off by being very rude and accusing at me and then she lied to me and said they didn't take Apple Pay like I didn't use Apple Pay last time I was there. even though that this seems so bad experience I can't lie and say that the food is bad because the food is good. won't be going back though. read more

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant since moving here from California. I tell many clients this is the most California restaurant we have found since moving here and they need to visit. We visit often and we just drove out of our way to go get food after a Mardi Gras parade. We were in the drive thru at 8:55 pm and my husband asked for one moment while we asked the kids what they would like. We were not even at the speaker 5 seconds. The response from the speaker "we are closing in one minute, either give me your order now or we won't take it." We decided to leave. As much as we love the food we don't have to settle for blatant disrespect. We will not be visiting again. My suggestion is when a large Mardi Gras parade is in the area, you staff to ensure you can give the very best customer service (or any at all). read more

Tacos made like a sit-down Mexican cuisine with a DRIVE THRU?! Say no more. I honestly thought I had left a review before.. but better late than never. The staff is nice and gets your order out in a timely manner. If there's a line/inside is busy, it's worth waiting for. I made sure to take a picture of the menu this visit, because the last one posted is 7 years old. If you're local or in town and looking for a quick stop without leaving your car, TRY IT! read more

I love this restaurant, today I went through the drive through and the lady was so nice! The food is always fresh and authentic! They always have a clean restaurant too! It was 9$ for a chicken quesadilla meal with a drink. I think that is a very fair price. They have Pepsi products which I am fine with but just wanted to put that out there. You can also request a free cup of salsa, mild or spicy which is very nice! read more

I went two separate times and gave this restaurant to separate chances. The first time, they got my order completely wrong in the drive-through. I left and went home with my food only to open it and realize that it wasn't even close to what I had ordered. The second time I gave it one more shot. I went through the drive-through and ordered items for myself and my daughter. This time the order was correct however the food was absolutely disgusting. We ordered nachos and when we opened the carton and all it was was a bunch of soggy chips with a really nasty chili type concoction poured on everything. We took two bites and threw it away. I will never go back to this restaurant read more

A fast food staple in the Fairhope/Daphne area of Alabama: Los Tacos! It's attached to a CEFCO gas station, and has both dine in and drive through (like most fast food places.) My sister and aunt accompanied me to help me review more than just my order. We went in at lunchtime on a Saturday, and were pleasantly surprised by how few people were inside. Quickly after we ordered, numerous groups walked in to wait in line, indicating to me that the restaurant was still fully relied upon, even during the pandemic. Ordering was easy after we reviewed the menu, but the menu is intimidatingly large. Luckily there is a wall with pictures that show many of the menu items; and because I'm a local, I am pretty consistent in what I order. I got a taco salad with grilled shrimp, "muy caliente" salsa, and guacamole. My aunt got a bean and cheese burrito "enchilada style" (with enchilada sauce, sour cream, and guacamole.) My sister got a beef and cheese burrito "queso style" (covered in queso, with sour cream and guacamole.) Both were entirely satisfied with their meals. Chips and dip are not complementary here like in many restaurants, but are an offered side. There are a variety of salsas to choose from, as well as queso and guac. Personally, I enjoy their guacamole because it is simple, chunky, and dairy-free. I give their food a 3.5/5. It's good, cheap, and easy. Service was very quick, we got our food about 3 minutes after ordering. Unfortunately, all of the dishes are served with plastic utensils, Styrofoam plates, and Styrofoam cups. Additionally, their to-go orders come with plastic bags. Sustainability-wise, I think they could make vast improvements. I give their eco-friendliness a 1/5.  There were masks and hand sanitizer available, and almost all of the customers were wearing masks. The employees seemed to all have masks, but were a little lax in wearing them appropriately. I'd rate their COVID precautions as 3/5. tldr Pros: Variety of food, quick service, pleasant workers, clean environment, local-business Cons: Not eco-friendly, very few vegan options, Not adequately COVID cautious read more

We eat at los tacos, regularly, with great service in the dining room. We went through the drive-through today, the lady was rude, and we received the incorrect item with our order. When we went in to try to correct it, she said she rang up the wrong thing, and we would have to take it -that they could not correct it. Our option was to buy another meal to get what we ordered originally or just eat what she rang up. I really hate that we had such a negative experience, because we loved eating there, but will not be back. There are plenty of other options. read more

Great Mexican food., excellent service. Made with fresh ingredients and served quickly.

I used to go through the drive thru quite a bit, but I have stopped recently due to my own will power. I would get the shrimp quesadilla and it was always decent. I went inside and ate once and the atmosphere just did not make me feel welcomed. I was there much before close, but I felt like I was a burden upon the staff. Thankful to a drive thru to give the better service of the place, but also a recent discovery of lactose intolerance within my body to keep me from partaking in the cheese overload that the shrimp Quesadilla entailed. read more

Twice now we've been to the restaurant and we looked at a receipt and the price seems quite High. After looking at the prices that are quoted on the menu vs the price we were charged on a receipt do not match. When we bring it to the attention of the associates they seem confused and don't know what to do and they could clear that they are unable to change the prices and I don't understand why the prices don't match. Since this has happened to us twice now we will no longer be going back. read more

This is a great Los Tacos. We use to frequent the other location in Daphne but since we have moved to Fairhope. Today we were wanting to quick, tasty Mexican.
