Miranda was a breath of fresh air! I used to run a restaurant and I would hire her in a minute!! She made my day! I'm not someone who frequents fast food restaurants but I will be back because of her!! The salad I had was fantastic as well but the star was Miranda!!! I will definitely be back! I forgot to take a picture of your delicious salad read more

My husband and I enjoyed Zaxby's fried Zensation salad today for lunch. Delicious salad that includes an egg roll, salad, wonton strips, grated carrots and purple cabbage with a citrus dressing. I forgot to take a picture! This salad is a favorite that I have enjoyed several times. Great customer service!! read more

New lemon pepper chicken strips are greasy and salty. Not able to eat that! Yuck! Never again.

No complaints. Ordered the Great 8 Boneless Wings Meal, BBQ flavor via Door Dash. The weather here was nasty, and raining, so I didn't want to chance it not being from this area or familiar with this area. My order was right, a little cold, but the microwave in my hotel room did the trick. Overall my meal was good. The Zaxby's near my home in Texas closed months ago, so I hadn't had it in a while. read more

Zaxbys - Great 8 Boneless Wings Meal - Got the BBQ flavor - It was good. - Fast Food Near Me - Daphne, Alabama

Every time I come here there's maybe 1 or 2 cars and they always take FOREVER in the drive through. I either have to hold on at the speaker because there's one car at the window or there's no one in drive through and they make me pull up at a parking spot to wait for my food. I don't understand why there's such a long wait when it's not busy. I can never come on my break because I always run outta time. The staff is super friendly but I don't think they know the definition of fast food. read more

Hannah has atrocious customer service skills we sat at the speaker for over three minutes with zero contact, at a bare minimum expect a welcome response and please hold. then coming up to the window assuming speakers not working trying to give benefit of the doubt she had massive attitude rolled her eyes at me, took our order after giving our order she still managed to get the drink wrong and then when I informed her, she got it wrong. She takes the drink back and throws the drink down the drain. Every action she had was Leiden with attitude. read more

Came here on the way to Florida. It was either this or Burger King. It's a shame the food and atmosphere wasn't better because the staff was great. Cons: -Greasy seats and greasy smell -Greasy food, soggy fried chicken, fries tasted like freezer -Basically a lesser version of Raising Cane's -Bathrooms were dirty Only upside... -The warm and friendly staff -Excellent customer service read more

Had never been to Zaxbys. Sign said they were winning chicken sandwich war so I tried it. I'm a big fan of CFA sandwich and think Popeyes is pretty good. Zaxbys was not good. Sauce was bland. Bun fell apart. But the texture of the chicken was the deal breaker it was very thick. Appeared done--over cooked? Not sure but didn't finish. Won't go back. Crinkle fries were good. read more

Friendly staff, but $9.00 for a bed of lettuce with one chicken finger was quite disappointing. read more

Waited 45 minutes for an order that they already had prepared and forgot about. Won't be coming back.

We love zaxbys but this location was too salty. We could see salt on our bread.

Service was fast for a drive-thru assortment for a party. Price was great. Food was as expected.

Passing through on the way to visit relatives. Alyssa was super friendly and the food was made fresh. My husband ordered a wings meal deal and was disappointed that there weren't many wings. It turned out ok though because my #1 was more than I could eat so I shared with him. read more

So I had never been to a Zaxby's before. It was okay. Kind of like Raising Canes but with more options. Staff was friendly and the food was good. read more

Had the KICKIN CHICKEN SANDWICH MEAL. It was OK, nothing too interesting or anything that stood out. Fizzy peach drink was a nice change.

Worst Zaxbys I've had. The fries weren't fresh, the toast was hard and the chicken was warm. It definitely wasn't made when ordered. Foley and Robertsdale locations always have fresh hot food. Disappointed. read more

Worked here for 3 years until I finished high school and went off to college. Came home and dropped by to eat, and it's still the same if not better! Even with an all new management staff, and if there's ever a problem the Sandefur's will happily settle it. read more

First time and last time I will ever visit a Zaxby's. I ordered a Caesar salad and it was given to me on a dirty used salad plate! The cashiers, both drive thru, and one waiting on me agreed the plate was dirty on the top and bottom of the bowl. It appeared the bowl had been cooled. How could this happen? This is not an accident.....it was deliberate. Someone is not doing their job and putting the public at risk. They offered another salad but I declined....they offered money back which I took. No manager was called out to deal with the situation...This is truly a health dept issue and needs to be dealt with immediately. read more

Food is great! Wish it wasn't as expensive though. Staff is always nice and friendly. We visit the drive thru often!

Ordered online and was instructed that my order would be ready at 6:04 P.M. I arrived at 6:05 called the number to the store and let them know I was there. At 6:27 I called back asking if my order was ready and was told it shouldn't be much longer. At 6:35 my food was finally brought out to me. At 6:37 I called back and asked for a couple forks and was brought approximately a dozen. Got back to the hotel (right around the corner) and found that all of the food was cold. Thank God for a microwave in our room, and also didn't find the first napkin in the bags. read more

2 days in a row i was served cold, basically throw away wings.... 1st day i got boneless wings that had almost no sauce on them and were hard as a rock. 2nd day i just went ahead and asked for extra wet on my wings, and they were still lacking sauce and were cold... The other Zaxbys in Daphne out classes this one by far... read more

I love Zaxby's on any given day however, Sunday night apparently is not a good night to eat here, especially after 8:00. The food is awful, the chicken fingers are weak and a little colder than Luke warm by the time I got them home. The fries are inedible, because they're baked of course when they're not fresh, tastes like raw potatoes. Sorry I order here once a week in the drive thru- never again 8:00 p.m or later. read more

We stopped by while driving from Austin to Destin - food was good, staff was very friendly - certainly more responsive than I expected at a fast food place. However, the best part was after the meal. When we we arrived in Destin, my daughter discovered she had lost her wallet - we called everyplace we had been, inlcuding Zaxby's, who looked and said they didn't see it. Almost a month later, they moved some booths, etc., and out dropped the wallet. The manager took the trouble to call our bank and let them know they had found it, then overnighted it back to us - with a couple of hundred dollars in cash still intact. Grateful customer for life..... read more

Zalad was a little lacking. Overall it tasted fine but didn't have much cheese or onion on it. Lettuce was a bit gross looking and their drinks leak from the lid. Not to mention the plastic cups sweat ALOT. I guess this place is best if you order and eat inside. Then you get a plate for your zalad, silverware, and you don't spill your drink on your shirt while driving home to eat said zalad. read more

This was my first time at a zaxby's. By the portion size and "new" food selection I thought it was going to be a pleasant first experience. 4 of the 7 people in our party wound up getting sick after eating at this particular restaurant location. On that experience alone, I will never eat at a Zaxby's again. I'm sure my body will thank me anyway. read more

Chicken strips taste great but they're small, wings are good, homemade chips are great, awesome house salad with fried strips.

Disgusting, greasy, burnt "food" with a terrible fishy odor because the oil is overused and heated too high. This restaurant has gotten our order wrong the 3 times we gave this place a chance. The counter people seem a bit clueless that they are at work, they were all chatting to each other and we had to interuppt and ask to order on 2 occasions. Their onion rings are strangly battered, but like everything else, burnt and fishy. The fried mushrooms were in the same shape. The chicken was dry, almost black and unedible. The salad was wilted. The grilled cheese was so greasy, my daughter picked up the cardboard box it came in and it fell apart. The sandwich was not edible, it was so wet with oil. Terrible food, terrible service....not worth the money. The Zaxby's on the 98 is a better choice, much more comeptent staff, and I have yet to eat anything that is burnt, fishy or wilted. read more

I love this Zaxby's! The food is always great and the manager is extremely good at what she does and makes sure nobody leaves not satisfied. The location is clean and is easy to get to. read more

Worst zaxbys I've ever been to. Completely turned my family off from ever eating at another one. Bathrooms and tables were filthy. It took a lot of searching to find a table that was covered in grease. It had been awhile since we had eaten at one and the food wasn't anything like we had remembered it to be. read more
