This is easily the worst chic fil a I've ever been to. The service is very slow. The manager is stand offish. You might as well just have kept the old chic fil a since the service has not improved at all. Mobile order line is just a waste of time because you end up getting your online order even slower than the normal drive thru. This is a new Chick-fil-A that has reopened after the other one in its place, was torn down. This is my first time visiting since the rebuild and I was highly disappointed. I received nothing but scraps for fries. Please see the photo I attached. The strips were over cooked and almost burnt so they were super dry. Couldn't even eat or finish most of my meal bc it was either lacking or over cooked. This is not the Chick-fil-A experience I expected from a new establishment. And just to add on.. neither of the people who took my order or gave me my order said "my pleasure". I didn't go near closing time.. I went at 8:18 pm they close at 9 so there was no reason to give me the crumbs of fries or burnt tenders. They were burnt so much they looked like nuggets. My receipt and order is on the bag (pictured) saying 4 strips. I've never gotten strips that were so dry and over cooked. 0/10. Do not recommend. Bring the old place back. read more

I really hate to leave such a negative review, but I was so disappointed in the fact that the number one meal, which is the Chick-fil-A sandwich fries and a drink, was so terribly dry, no salt on the french fries. It was such a disappointment and for the first time ever, I did not finish my lunch from Chick-fil-A. Now the young lady that was outside, waiting on people was just a gem, a diamond in the rough if you will. She was as happy, and as welcoming as anyone could be, and I would have cherry picked that girl in a heartbeat had I had my own restaurant. Lots of items missing that we didn't notice until we got home. Manager doesn't return calls to address issues. Still just a three. I know many people here love the place, and it has strengths--such as managing the drive-through line. I go inside so I can't say much about their trafficking skills. But people claim the service is great and that's not always true. On my last visit there, we asked for a kid's meal, which came with ice cream. I tried to tell some manager helping with the front that I wanted the ice cream at the end since it'd melt (my grand-daughter of 5 would surely make a mess). Well, they gave me the ice cream anyhow when our food was ready and turned away so quickly I didn't point out the problem. When my grand-daughter finished, the ice cream was of course was melted and sloppy. I went to the manager-type and asked for a replacement. She said I'd have to wait--even though she was right next to the machine and could've taken 5 seconds to fill the cup. She said she'd bring it to me. I was punished of course by waiting 12 minutes (yep, I timed them) before a worker politely asked if we enjoyed our meal. When I explained the problem, he took all of 15 seconds to bring us the ice cream. Is that an anomaly? Maybe for most people, but it's pretty inexcusable for a place that prides itself on quality service. Haven't seen it, though all our experiences were not this bad. read more

Do you like indigestion from greasy food? Then this is the restaurant for you! Came here for the spicy breakfast sandwich, which was greasier than a teenager's forehead. The tater tots weren't very good either. I've never had greasy Chick-Fil-A before, so I'm not sure what they're smoking at this location, but they sure need to get it together. The iced coffee I got was the best part of the meal, and even that had way too much ice. Over the past two months I have gotten sick 3 times from eating here. The first time was the first day they introduced the caramel coffee they gave it to me with chunks of white in it. When I asked if this was normal they shrugged. When I got home and smelled it; it was spoiled milk/creamer so I threw the rest away. We love Chick Fil A even to the point that I'm a signature member with 75940 lifetime points & that's just my account not including my husband who is also a signature member. This location alone is the only issue I have ever had with Chick Fil A. Compared to all the other Chick Fil A's even in New York this one has the slowest service and has given me food poisoning on three separate occasions. This morning I decided to give it a second chance & had a bacon, egg, and cheese....NEVER again I have literally been violently ill all day. Its almost to the point where I'm considering going to the ER because I can't keep anything in my stomach. If you're craving Chick Fil A drive to Spanish Fort because this location isn't it. If you want to risk it go for it, but I won't risk the chance of getting food poisoning again from this location. We had a 25+ minute on our curbside order of 5 count nuggets, 12 count nuggets, 12 grilled nuggets, and two fries. I had to actually go in to get our order and was told it was because I ordered grilled nuggets. DO NOT. EAT AT THIS CHICK FI LA. I live in the area and everytime I step foot in this location I get an eerie feeling almost calling me to walk back out. Since I live here I've come to this place often but every time I encounter an employee they have nasty attitudes and give my dirty looks (even the managers!). The lines move at a tortoise pace in and outside of the restaurant and most of the time my food doesn't even taste right. This most recent time is when I made up my mind and told myself and everyone around me to not go back to this location.
