Arrived today to learn that they have changed the menu. They have removed some choices of their chicken salads and with that they have added a few different sandwich options and now only one side with your plate and you have to pay for two sides where they use to be included. The lady taking our order was friendly and patient as we were lost looking over the board menu. The restaurant is always clean and they were playing old fashioned Christmas music today and it was awesome!! Kudos. We will return when I have a craving. read more

The food is great! The service in the drive thru needs improvement! Waiting 10+ minutes in a drive thru with only 3 cars is just not smart. If the business is short handed place a sign before the drive thru advising customers. If someone has a larger order or an order that will take time to make ready there are solutions... have them pay for their order , asking their name and noting their vehicle. Ask them to pull into a designated spot and then deliver to their vehicle when ready. If customers have to wait and then leave because they cannot order or receive their food, they will likely not be back. read more

We ordered through the app and didn't get half our food and 2 of the 4 sandwiches were wrong. We called and it took a while to get someone to admit they were wrong and apologize. They told us they'd "put our names in the book" for when we came to get our missing food and didn't mention replacing the sandwiches. At first she made it sound like it was our fault and then blamed the app. However, everything was correct on the receipt. Both my wife and I received emails that offered BOGO Large Quick Chicks. Today only for Mother's Day. When I got there at around 2:00 they were out of everything except the spicy flavors. Came here for lunch on a Saturday. There was hardly any line, and the food came out within 2-3 minutes of us ordering. I had the Kickin' Kay Lynne spicy chicken salad with a side of fresh fruit. It also came with a pickle spear, crackers, and an iced sugar cookie. The salad was super tasty - not too spicy either. The fresh fruit wasn't all that fresh though - mostly old grapes. I would definitely order the chicken salad again, but would try a different side next time. It would be nice if they wouldn't use disposable utensils and cups for dine-in orders. I've been wanting to try this place since a closer location (Gulfport, MS) recently opened. My husband and I was were just driving to get out the house and passed by the location. It was literally 5 mins til closing and we were greeted as if they had JUST opened for the day. The ladies at the front counter were so helpful being that is was our first time eating there and had no idea what to order. She informed us of their BOGO and quite upset I didn't take advantage of that deal after trying the Classic Carol. My husband and I both ordered the classic carol on a croissant (mine no lettuce or tomato as pictured) with fresh fruit. I was amazing. Perfectly seasoned COLD just like I like it lol I'd definitely be trying the location closer to me. Highly recommend. Side note: The ladies also offered us to dine inside but I could see they had started the pre-closing procedures so we took it to go. Places that just before the Covid lockdown were excellent and consistent are now just fair or horrible. Chicken Salad Chick has unfortunately become one of these places. The food is very good, but the portions have shrunk and the prices keep rising. Then there are those 'wonderful' teenage or under 30 young people behind the counter. Always greeting you with a smirk or sardonic smile. Today for the fourth time in two weeks I stopped by their drive thru to get 2 Trios. And today for the fourth time I was shorted one of the sides and the crackers were smashed into breadcrumbs. For the price that would have bought a nice steak dinner for two, 2 years ago, I got a gut wrenching disappointment complete with the angry feeling of being been robbed. I called the Manager and complained but that left me even more aggravated. "I understand your frustration Sir, what I can do is offer a refund but I will need some information", is what he told me. I get it. Not much a kid in charge of kids can really do. The 'parents' are to blame. Those 'parents' are the upper Management and Corporate fakes who are impersonating a professional quality business, when in reality they run a legal scam. What a shame! Only 4 stars because the parking lot is poorly constructed and the online ordering is confusing. If you park to dine-in or pick-up to go, be prepared to wait for the cars in the drive thru to block you in. We try to give places multiple opportunities to do better, but this place is getting worse. The dining area and drink prep area are always filthy. They have more than enough staff to keep it clean, but nobody is holding them accountable. I understand hiring young people, but when doing, an adult should be teaching them the importance of making their restaurant shine. What a unique casual eatery! I got the Kay Lynne spicy chicken salad and a side of pimento cheese. It comes with crackers, a pickle spear and a small cookie. The menu visited a variety of chicken salads, hence the name, Chicken Salad Chick. It was hard to choose and I considered going with a sampler, but I really wanted a sandwich. I settled on the Fruity Fran. It had apples and grapes in it. The fruit gave it the perfect sweet kick but did not overpower the chicken salad. There were several choices of breads and I went with wheat. My sandwich was excellent. I had a side of fruit with it as it seemed like the healthiest option. The fruit was strawberries and grapes. My hubs had the Sassy Scotty and pasta salad. Our friends had the Fancy Nancy and broccoli salad. All of our meals came with a cookie for dessert. We all loved our meals and can't wait to go back. I can tell you though unless you have forever to wait do not go through the drive thru at this place! I sat there for 15 min at a dead standstill today until I just decided to go somewhere else..... keep in mind this isn't the first time this has happened ! Although everything else is great they really need to work on the efficiency when it comes to their drive thru ! VERY tasty food, plenty of it & quick service too. This place is a definite "keeper", very clean & nice. The plate we ordered was around $9 each, certainly not bad considering how good it was. I had the plate with three options. I ended up tossing it out. The pimento cheese was disappointing and the two types of chicken salad were dry and not very appetizing.
