10/10 would NOT Recommend!!! These pictures are from 1pm, please keep in mind the restaurant opens at 11am. There was also hair found inside the ranch dressing container. All other items were either empty or low. I asked if they could replace the items and was told yes. The salad bar lady would come "check to see what needed to be filled". She brought out fresh romaine and dumbed it on top of the old wilted lettuce, then picked up the dropped lettuce with the tongs. She didn't even remove the lettuce shown or fill it. She added a few items like carrots and cucumbers on top of the old food. This picture was taken after being there 45 minutes. When another patron told staff about the hair, he stated the guy just walked by it and said ok. My waitress was awesome (the only reason for the 2 stars) she actually had it replaced. There is no reason food should look like this when the restaurant has been open less than 3 hours. In the time there I did see a manager come out, so it made it clear that they are aware just do not care. We also ordered burgers & a chicken sandwich. Had to ask for mayo on the side. It came in a small container with the top already hardening due to sitting out too long. Crispy chicken was CRISPY, the ends had to be broken off to eat it. Impossible burger was actually done right, no complaints there. For the cost of this place, things really need to change. read more

It was nice to be able to visit a Ruby Tuesday's since many are closed down. Had the French quarter chicken and shrimp and mashed potatoes. Pretty good but but very few shrimp. A sauce or gravy would.be nice to add to the mashed potatoes. The waitress seemed new and distracted but self corrected and made up for it. I think she was trying to remind herself of everything. This place is bad, like really bad. To start they asked if we wanted a booth, asked if bar booth was ok, we said sure and got sat right at the kitchen. We got to hear the staff ineptitude and gossip, and argue in the bar area/kitchen service door. There were 8 other booths open. The soup was the consistency of Elmer's paste glue, both of them and cold. The service was slow and we sat down the meal with dirty salad plates that were not removed when the entries came. Salad bar was clean but everything was wilted, wet, and had been there for a while. Mashed potatoes had a crust they had sat under heater for a long time, but not recently because they were cold. Fries were hot but under cooked and chicken sandwich was cold by the time we got it. Most all of the issues were unforced errors. Lazy, poorly trained staff could not care less. Don't go here, lots of other choices in the area. read more

One of the reasons we come to this location Is because of the salad bar. Usually all of the items are very fresh, they look delicious and the salad bar is normally refreshed and cleaned of food droppings on a regular basis. The service is usually stellar. The servers are friendly, considerate and efficient. The newly renovated interior is a step in the right direction. The good food and pleasant dining experience will keep us coming back. read more

Today's visit was not a success for $35. Salad bar needed attention and my drink arrived when I was almost finished with the salad. The burger looked like a child's plate and was dry/ overcooked.. Next time I will go to Wendy's....on Airport. Saraland has issues staffing cooks in restaurants. Its a curiosity given their "achieve more" school ethos. Restaurant was clean and quiet but the salad bar should be checked on more often. Also an employee who had been dismissed was griping about the place as I walked in. I should've listened. read more

I haven't been to Rub Tuesday in years. The food was pretty good and wait times weren't bad. Definitely clean tables. The only downside was that my waitress wasn't attentive. She didn't refill my drink at all so I eventually asked for a refill. Also, we had an order of boneless wings and they brought out chicken tenders. Even I notified the waitress that we asked for boneless wings, she said "well that's chicken" ... she went to back to check on wings and was told they were all out. I would prefer to be notified of menu changes versus decisions being made for me. read more

Husband was in the mood for pasta, but in Saraland, there's a serious lack of options for pasta. Then I remembered Ruby Tuesday, so here we are. Staff are all wearing masks. Guests are seated spaced apart. The salad bar was open, but I didn't get anything from it. We got the appetizer sampler - mozzarella sticks were amazing. The pretzels were sooo soft, and the spinach dip was delicious. It didn't look like we would have enough chips, but it turned out to be exactly the right amount. My meal was chicken tenders, fries, and corn. The chicken tasted fresh and hand battered, not frozen. The corn was very buttery, and the fries were hot and salted just right. I ate every bit of it. Husband got some kind of shrimp sausage pasta. It isn't on the regular menu. It was a special. He wasn't a huge fan of the sauce, but liked it otherwise. I had really hoped to get dessert since the menu has a lot of mouth watering options, but I was stuffed. I'll have to come back and have dessert first next time! read more

Smashed mushroom burger and tater tots were both burnt to a crisp. Waitress/bartender (Mamie?) had a really bad attitude and never checked on us after we ordered. I offered that customers might need refills and napkins. She said Ruby Tuesdays requires customers to ask to cut down on costs. I hope this is not true because it is asinine. Customers should not have to ask for another napkin. How much could one extra napkin possibly cost?! read more

It was closed for 2 years and o honestly thought it was gone. But the restaurant came back with a fresh atmosphere and a menu that has something for everyone. The service was fast and friendly. My only criticism is the location of the salad bar. I know it is placed so that everyone knows that they have one...but everyone walks by it to get to the dining room and that's a huge potential for a lot of germs. read more

I'm not a fan of chains, but my colleague and I needed a quick lunch before making a call today. This was convenient and they have the new home style menu. We both got the Salisbury Steak with gravy and potatoes with grilled onions. It was actually pretty good and it included unlimited salad bar visits. Ruby Tuesday does have one of the best salad bars with plenty of options and I piled my salad on my plate. The prices are also within line of other chains like this. For a quick lunch and good service from Krystal we will visit again when calling in the area. I was here again with a work colleague and my distributor sales rep. Well they are two out of two for my visit. Salad bar is well stocked and good. Lots of options. I also had the broccoli cheese soup which was good but rich and creamy. Colleagues got the sliders with their salads and were also very satisfied with the portions. For lunch you can get unlimited salad bar visits and bowls of soup. It's a really great deal. read more

Ruby Tuesdays is always a safe go to. I'm a big fan of the salad bar but I wish they would bring back the cottage cheese. For lunch I usually stick with the salad bar and broccoli and cheese soup. It never disappoints. For dinner, I prefer their steak. Believe it or not, their steaks are pretty good. We sat in the bar area and our waitress was very attentive. read more

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We took our dad for Father's Day and were surprised to be immediately seated. However, we had a carousel of approximately 3 different waiters. The Bartender was ultimately the one to take care of us and she was evidently overwhelmed. Not sure if you guys were short staffed or everyone just walks around confused their whole shift because it looked like a circus. The Garden bar looked disgusting and was out of arugula salad when I tried to get in line. Aside from the clear lack of attention to our table, I ordered a sirloin cooked medium. It came back over well done. The 'chef' (I'd hardly call him that) came out to tell me that it was over cooked a second time, so they are now working on a 3rd steak. The 3rd one was also over cooked, but we were ready to leave by the time I received it. $90 for terrible service and experience for our family on Father's Day. I seem to have good luck here when I'm alone. Unfortunately, when I go with anyone else, it's awful. I seem to be a bit more patient than my companions at times but the previous walk outs were valid. The servers are just OK or terrible. After many visits to this store, the service isn't consistent and never really has been. I have met several managers, over the years, and they try to make changes in the service but to no avail. The kitchen was spot on with my order-- 8oz sirloin-rare & grilled zucchini. I haven't been to Ruby Tuesday in at least 6 years. I don't understand the appeal behind it. I only went today because some family was in town from North Carolina and that's where they chose to go. I opted for the lunch quesadilla and add on salad bar. I just made one trip. Before we even started to build our salads, we noticed how wilted and slimy the lettuces were looking. Some may say, "oh it was probably sitting out a while ". No! We got there at 11:30 am and the restaurant opens at 11:00 am. Definitely no excuse! They promptly began to change out the lettuce, but WHY would you Put that out in the first place? I did, against my better judgment go ahead and eat from the bar. Let's just say, the next 3 days of my life were hell. I spent them in a bathroom. I had to leave work (and I've never missed a day of work) because of how sick I was. I really would like to give this a higher review as most times I've been there it's been decent. However, tonight was awful. The only reason I gave it a second star is because the manager comped my friend her meal. I ordered the Southwestern burger medium rare, it was undercooked for even a medium rare burger. However, my friend ordered a soup and it took longer for hers to come out than mine. We were told it was because they made the wrong order twice. When she finally did receive the correct soup, it was so cold it was almost frozen. They brought her a replacement, but it wasn't even the one she ordered. The food is always really good, though we both had to send ours back (she asked for well done and lots of emphasis on the well done, but got a medium burger) the service was great and she was super nice and quick to get things fixed, but their bathroom needs to be gutted and completely redone. They're HORRIBLE. They look dirty. The stalls are damaged and warped. The walls have holes and glue stuff stuck to them. They're AWFUL. Plus, the soap dispensers were empty and there were no paper towels. That's enough to make me not want to go back to a place. read more

First, you should know that, usually, I love Ruby Tuesday. I especially like the salad bars, and I like the one here, too. That said, the service at this restaurant sucks. The wait staff has an "Are you really stupid enough to expect good service?" attitude combined with a "Why don't you make up your mind and pay your check and get out of here?" attitude. So I brought my friend and her husband here last week for a birthday lunch. The waitress apparently thought we were stupid, so we just were polite and let her think it. I am sure she never figured out her error. Yesterday I took my brother and a 7 year old friend. One of the waitresses who enjoyed the joke with our waitress last week was our server. She asked if we wanted our check, I kid you not, eleven times. Then she brought the wrong check to pay, snatched my card and ran it. Since it was significantly cheaper I let her take it... but I put a 15% tip for that check. I was in town for a fashion show tonight. Afterwards I was starving and wanted some good food. I went to Ruby Tuesdays and ordered the Hickory Bourbon Chicken. It was $12.99. I also ordered a shot of tequila and a Ruby Relaxer. The drinks were great.... but the food another story. When I got my plate I thought I ordered a kids meal. The portions were VERY small. Little chicken breast and a spoonful of mushrooms. They should really be ashamed. For a $13 meal it was NOT up to par. It was very tasty and delicious but the portion was for a 7 year old. Stopped for a quick bite and a few happy hour beers. I ordered the prime bacon cheese burger with fries. The fries were perfect I love the fact that try were dusted with sea salt, the meat on the burger was good but in my opinion they killed it with the fact that the bun was cold and they don't bring yo the fixens to make a mean burger. There was half a piece of lettuce one little sliver of tomato two little pickle slices and no onions... I can deal with all that like I said the meat was good but when I asked for onions she brought me chopped onions from the salad bar like reallyyyyyy lol you would think for an 11.00 burger one could get some real onions it's a chain what do you expect I will say the 2.00 beers made everything ok :-))) read more

Giving 4 stars in comparison to most neighborhood chains. Clean, new, good service and tasty food. Salad bar was good, burger was 8.95 of 10 (according to my 16 year old son), and my wife's chicken was juicy. My sirloin was quite good, as were the grilled zucchini and asparagus. Hit or Miss. This has been one of the better Ruby Tuesday locations however over the past 6 months or so it's been hit or miss with quality. Left one night without eating because the kitchen was all but closed. Have had to send food back on several occasions and have had at least three to four evenings where our meal had to be comped. The last time we went everything seem to be going well until kitchen staff started screaming profanities that could be heard across the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the service was very good. The salad bar was good with lots of options. I was not impressed with the other food... it was not that is was not good, it was fine, just had a burger and some chicken tenders, but it was pricy for what you got... my four tenders were very small.... when I commented to my waitress she immediately told the manager and they cooked two more for me... still tiny but made me feel better about the price. Our server Blake was awesome, he was on his A game for sure. The hickory barbeque chicken was a bit rubbery but overall our food was very well prepared.
