Luckily, an employee named Carson found it. Carson went completely out of his way to make sure it got back to me safely, even taking the time to mail it to my home address. It's rare to find that level of integrity and genuine kindness these days. Carson is a huge asset to this establishment! On top of the exceptional service, the food is always fantastic. It's located in a great spot at the Insider Food Hall in Mobile, AL. I'll definitely be a customer for life after this experience. Thank you again, Carson!

I've never once had a bad server at Trattoria and I've just never had a bad thing at Trattoria in general I have nothing bad to say about this place. The ambiance there just gives off that nice local Italian place that you'll have the greatest food ever at and never hear people talk about and it's just so nice and I've only eaten in the back once but it was super cool and I'd love to go to the back again. Summarizing my review is I LOVE it and I have nothing to complain about 20/10 you should definitely go!!!!

Date night (2) people Friendly staff, great atmosphere,…read moregood food. First time going here and we ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer. The serving size was well more than we could eat and the amount of tomatoes parsley etc was abundant. Ordered the caprese for my dinner. The balsamic was fantastic and next time I will ask for no crostini because I'm trying to lighten my load lol but the crostini were yummy Ordered a medium Trattoria no ground beef, ham, or feta. We didn't finish the medium but the pizza was good! Drinks were constantly refilled without asking our server kept checking on us. All in all we enjoyed this place! We will be back!!!

It is as close to lunch time, so I went with the lunch special, where I chose 2 fresh slices of pepperoni and sausage pizza, and a drink for 9 bucks! It's a pretty good deal! They got my order ready to go pretty quickly, and I took it to my car, since the place is small and they have no dine in seating. While I was waiting, a lady came in and picked up an enormous pizza, bigger than you'll find at any chain restaurant. It was so large, she had to put the seats down in the back of her SUV to fit it in the hatch. But enough about that. Let's get to the main event! That pizza was pretty amazing! The crust was golden and crispy on the outside, yet soft and pillowy on the inside. The sauce, which I believe is made in house, was sufficiently tangy and tasted very fresh. The pepperoni was cooked crisp and wasn't overly greasy and the sausage had a great, robust flavor that was the star of the show. This is everything I love about a great pizza, and it's local, so that's just one more praise to sing about it! I paired it with a bottle of Coke, which absolutely was perfect with this pizza. So if you're out in West Mobile, this little place is worth a stop. Grab a slice, or a pie for the entire family. It does not disappoint. They also have pasta on their menu, which gives me a reason to go back and try something else!

The pizzas she would always get a suppreme and it comes with sausage. She does not like the sausage they use which is the little balls. She would take it off the pizza. She was told by someone that if requested they would put sliced sausage on instead of the one they use. So we decided to go in. You have to order at the register, they don't wait on the tables. So we sat looking the menu over. Very limited to choices and the pizza menu very confusing on how much you pay for the pizza. You pick crust, sauce and cheese and any toppings which 14" would have been $20 something . Unless you pick a 14" and it's a set price. So asking the guy at the counter that my Mom don't like the sausage on the supreme he said " We can leave it off" Why would you pay for something if your not getting it? He said they only had link sausage for dinners not the pizza. The inside was very small dining area and very plain. We ended up deciding to leave since they don't do the link sausage only the ball one which my mom said is usually grizzly and not good . Would not recommend going here it's not authentic Italian food if that's what your looking for. You can not smell anything cooking which is not a good sign either. Usually you can smell garlic or something cooking.
