We are visiting from out of town but ordered two Super Supreme pizzas twice from this location and requested delivery both times. The first time, our pizzas were missing a couple of ingredients, but that wasn't a big deal to us because they still had a lot of toppings and tasted good. The second time we ordered, our request was for the exact same items as our prior delivery order. When they arrived, one of the pizzas was made as requested but the other pizza turned out to be a basic pepperoni & cheese pizza. To be fair, our order was placed during a busy lunch hour, but nonetheless, it was not what we ordered. Both times, the pizzas arrived in a timely manner and were fresh and hot. In addition, both delivery drivers were friendly and had pleasant attitudes. After seeing that an incorrect pizza was delivered, I contacted the manager. He politely listened to my concerns, and he resolved the matter in a positive way ... and I appreciate that. I thought about deducting a star due to the incorrect pizza but changed my mind. After considering all other factors (taste, service, employee attitude), including how that problem was worked out, all five stars were certainly earned. If we are ever back in the area and want pizza, I would not hesitate to order from this location again. read more

Usually have no complaints since we get it twice a month, or a little under three, but this time the driver give money without explanation, later explained it was for change. As well as giving us the wrong dessert order, when i called to get a fix the person asked if we really didn't want the brownie instead of the original cookie we ordered... i called ofc i do not want the brownie. but the attitude with this visit was unprofessional and overall confusing. only good outcome was the pizza. read more

Visiting from out of town, Bay Minette is a small country town so I knew food choices would be limited. I ask for extra cheese, extra sauce needless to say I got neither. The lady who answered the phone paused so long in between each sentences that I thought we had a bad connection. Not to mention I'm sitting in my truck ordering outside looking right at her thru the window. Wife went in to get the Pizza and when came back out she said they were rude and wouldn't even speak. It's been over 12-14 years since I had a Pizza hut Pizza.... With this experience I'm sure it will be another 20 years before I return. read more

I always order from Pizza Hut usually the pizza is made wrong this time I was sold a pizza that was made during breakfast hours. Pizza was served hard and cold, then the manager wanted to argue me down that they don't do that knowing that's exactly what was done. read more

Pizza Hut in Bay Minette is on point. My go to is a ham and pineapple with jalapeños----stop shaming people who like this pizza. It's hurtful. Back to my pizza, I get it personal pan size and it's always hot, fresh and cooked perfectly. I've burnt my mouth a few times out of excitement. okay I pull up my pizza isn't ready neither is the wings they said it'll be 6 or 7 minutes go back around I said okay I wait 10 minutes just to be sure pull back around she hands me my pizza and says it'll be another 10 minutes on the wings I'll bring them out to you when they're done. well I pull around to the front the woman about 15 minutes later comes out looks me dead in the face counts my car plus the other two beside me she goes back inside the two people in the cars beside me get their wings. I sit there another 10 minutes still nothing so I say screw it I'm going to go inside and get a refund on the wings the woman had told her manager she didn't see me I told him I said look just give me my money back I've been sitting here for 30 minutes I need to go my pizza is getting cold she says well the only way we can refund it since it's a debit card is to email the people we go through for our debit and credit transactions and you'll get your refund in 3 to 5 business days I said okay do y'all even have the wings she said well yes we have the wings I can get them right now I said then why the hell am I standing here waiting if you have them? She said we're sorry ma'am she said you weren't out there and stomped off. So I have a cold pizza and wings I'm pretty sure someone spit on. Next time I'll go to atmore. read more

NEVER will I visit or recommend this place again to anyone.. 20 minute wait at the window for take out orders because Staff unable to say to 1 car infront .. please pull forward and we will bring your order to you.. 58 minutes to get pizzas from ordering it .. only to have wrong pizzas.. and they a load of excuses.. The slowest service ever. Pizza good and decently priced. Recommend you only go for the lunch buffet if you are in a hurry.
