Food is pretty good. Wasn't that crazy about their smoked wings, had a weird after taste. They could improve a little on customer service for the pickup orders. The people on that side that I have come across were not that friendly and really didn't even acknowledge me standing right there in their face. read more

Kudos to the packing on my delivered items, but their food is subpar. The medium wings are definitely mild at best. I added hot sauce. The chicken quesadilla was mediocre. Tasted like they burnt the chicken and tried to salvage it. read more

It was okay... nothing special, staff was nice, food was standard and the inside of the place is always ice cold. A positives was all the TV's and the beer menu(lots) but I rather go to another sports bar so I can be comfortable and not freeze. read more

It's Taco Mac, what's not to like?!? Plenty of awesome beer choices world class wings and a nice selection of items to choose from on their menu if wings aren't your thing. Tends to be a little loud in the evenings, but it's to be expected, it's a sports bar. read more

I went to this place for dinner yesterday which was the 1st day it was open . It was VERY busy. They had a lot of trouble getting food out of the kitchen and then getting it to the table. Our entrees took about 40 minutes to appear and they arrived before the appetizers we ordered. So we cancelled the appetizers. My tacos were lukewarm but edible. The place was extremely noisy and it was difficult to converse at our table. I ordered a house margarita and they gave me their premium margarita costing $12 for about a 6 oz. drink filled with ice. A rip off for a glorified Applebee's -type restaurant. Maybe it will get better (it can't get much worse), but I would not recommend it now . . read more

Nice atmosphere, state of the art TV's, etc .... BUT do not (I repeat) ... DO NOT come here on an hour lunch break, because the service is SLOWWWWWW. The waitress took our drink orders, took forever to bring them back. And when she did bring our drinks, instead of proceeding to take our food order, she walked away. So it was at that point, I knew ..... read more

Wow! One star is being generous. Terrible service, food cold, nursed the same original coke, not a good experience tonight at all. This was our first time at this location. I normally ENJOY Taco Mac but tonight was NOT a good experience at all. Ken Hall, hope improvements will be made. read more

Food isn't good.....Ive been several times and Something i order always comes out cold. I give two stars for atmosphere..... great place to watch a game..... but not eat. read more

First time at this location and the food is pretty good. Perfect spot for watching games. It's loud so be prepared to talk loud. Will definitely come back. read more

Great atmosphere, servers could be a little more friendly. Seems as if the servers are given more tables than they can handle. Last visit, 2 people at our table received their food and finished eating before the remaining 5 people at the table received our food. We all ordered at the same time. read more

This is not where I recommend spending your money. Service was OK... the wings were not good, and the macaroni was not the best. The place is nice, clean, and the outdoor area is well kept. read more

Dude this food isn't all that. I was not impressed. Went back a second time to try a new dish (fish taco trio plate) and nope, still nasty. Try if u want but it's a no from me. Staff was nice though. read more

Awesome place! The food was great. We got the hit and TMI wings and both were really good. Also got the sampler app and the mozzarella sticks and fried pickles were great. The beer selection is amazing! The atmosphere is great for sports lovers. Our waitress was phenomenal but the kitchen was slow but to be expected with it just opening this week. I will for sure be back. read more

This is the first time that we've had A-1 service without a doubt. The manager Ken and server Tenner are a great team with outstanding personalities to match. We will definitely make this a lunchtime favorite and recommend this to anyone who's looking for good food in large portions, good atmosphere and great service read more

My experience at Taco Mac in Mcdonough was extremely disappointing today! The food was disgusting and the restaurant was filthy!

Sat at the bar. When I arrived the bar was half full and ALL the empty spots looked like an army of 5 yr olds just left. The bar staff was clueless and in no hurry to work. Ordered a small salad and grilled chicken tenders. The salad was below average and took 20 minutes to arrive. At 40 minutes the chicken tenders had not arrived. Decided to leave before they arrived. Really frustrating. Service was poor and the salad was not worth ordering again. First and last time at Taco Mac. read more

I wanna start off by thanking Manager Chris W. for his exceptional level of customer service. He was more then happy to have me and my girlfriend decide to make our dinner plans at Taco Mac. He was very personable and sincere. The kenmore burger was great! read more

The table service was absolutely great. Only constructive criticism that I have is that they told us it was an hour wait. The wait was really 20 minutes for a seat. This could turn customers away But the food felt like it took an hour. By the time my food came I wasn't hungry. I was sleepy and ready to go home. But we chopped it up to the crowd, not the management. Food was great, staff was kind, place was clean, quality establishment. Love it and happy that we finally have one on the Southside. read more

I've never been impressed with Taco Mac (Stockbridge and Douglasville locations), but decided to give this new McDonough location a try. Oh my goodness...it's quickly becoming a new favorite for us. The Asian black garlic wings are fabulous and the beer...oh my, the beer!! So many options and such an emphasis on local breweries!! Our food has been great both times and the service has been excellent!! read more

Long waits. Very slow staff, kitchen included for this to be a fairly new restaurant. Food was subpar.

Best burger I have had in the area. The wings and onion rings were really good as well. If you like a cold beer this is also the place for you. Service was first class. If I lived here I would be a regular for sure. read more

Over priced bar food . Love all the beer options . We were seated took at least 15 minutes for the server to come then we placed our drink order another 10 minutes never got silverware napkins. This isnt the first time i hax a bad experience at the same location read more

Wings were crispy and flavorful. I had a cobb salad which was excellent. My kids had cheeseburgers and quesadillas...they loved their meals. Hubby had chicken nachos which were super tasty. The beer of the month was great and I got a free glass to take home. Service was friendly but a little slow. Restaurant was very crowded as we waited 45 mins to be seated on a Thursday evening. Overall, a great choice for wings, beer, nachos, televised sports and great atmosphere! read more

Went to watch the game and eat some wings but was disappointed . Left there hungry bc the wings were cold and I had to go home and cook at 10:30 read more

I was in this place with my infant daughter in her stroller. Because they had to rearrange the restaurant for a larger group, I had my own waitress ask me if I want her to put my babies stroller outside. I had another waitress just come up to me and straight up ask "where do you want me to put this" ???????????? I literally couldn't eat my food because I had to leave. Might I add I ordered nachos. I received queso with meat. If you like beans then this is the meal for you, if not. Avoid it. Taco Mac, let's learn the difference between cheese bean dip and nachos. I literally got a bowl of melted cheese beans and meat and chips on the side. I wish I never paid for that to be honest. Since my baby and her stroller weren't welcome. I never even got to take a bite of my food. I should have left it on the table and left. Since taco Mac is so insensitive and tasteless, I will never go to another one. read more

Quick seating but extremely slow service. Food was good but our waitress did zero follow-up and seemed annoyed when we told her sauce was missing from an order. No apology or smile and brought it out 10 mins after telling her. Will probably skip this location next time..... read more

I absolutely love Taco Mac and was excited to go. It's absolutely worth the money. The wings and fries are off the chain. I loved the service and the waitress was as nice as could be. I would definitely recommend. read more

Food was average.. it was so incredibly loud and busy. I will not be going back. The server was very sweet and it's not her fault it was so bustling but for someone like me with anxiety this place was a nightmare. Good if you're looking for more of a bar atmosphere and are with a group watching the game or something. Definitely not a place for anyone who wants to actually talk to the person they're dining with. You will not able to hear them. read more

Good place to eat and watch the game but it's always crowded there and a long wait. Try to get there early!

Great new Taco Mac. It is very disappointing that when they were bought the incredible wing recipe changed. No one else had wings like the "Mac" the wings are okay but taking away the unique way Taco Mac did them is very disappointing. Great atmosphere and service it is just not my go to place for wings that is was for years read more

Taco Mac McDonough - Looks great I will follow up after with a review . - American Near Me - McDonough, Georgia

this is the worst restaurant that i've been too, the service is disgusting our food took a minute to get to my table i don't recommend coming here nor spending your money here. read more

I've been twice in the last week to this new location. The food is not as good as the one in midtown, but it's still nice to have one here on the south side and not have to drive into the city. My first visit didn't go very well, there was an extremely long wait for the food, however the manager proactively discounted our ticket. The food was good. My second visit, the wait wasn't bad at all, but the food wasn't as good. Either way, it's one of my favorite spots, I will be returning. read more

Place looks great I'm sure the food is great but service sucks ...wasn't even a big crowd we couldn't get our server away from BS in with her girlfriends in order to get some food we watched her literally sit over there 30 minutes talking and laughing so maybe they need a whole new staff will make sure you got a lot of time on hand if you go. Don't go hungry read more

My husband and I had a great experience. Mostly due to the service we received from our server Shelly. If you want great service ask for to seat in her section. She was awesome. Your tea glass or beer never goes empty. She was knowledgeable about the menu items and helped is choose. The food came out on a timely manner and it was hot and good. We had mozzarella sticks they were so good. The wings a variety of flavors and they were awesome. The Mexican corn side and baked mac and cheese were so good. It is a little loud that was the only negative. Go eat there and ask for Shelly!! read more

Heather, Kaycee and Celia gave excellent service around happy hour time. Taco Tuesday was a good deal. Great $5 Margarita! Enjoyed the wings but Zucchini side was my favorite dish. Ambiance and plenty of big screen TV's. I will be back soon. Yelp is telling me my review is shorter than average but I really don't have much else to say. Excited about this new location. read more

My husband and I visited Taco Mac on yesterday and it was an awesome experience. This is a brand new location and the staff were wonderful. Special Kudos go out to Kelsey & George who were our servers (George was in training :) The wings (which were called "slow burn") were really good & spicy. I like my wings really hot so it takes something VERY hot to take me down. I asked that I be challenged next time. LOL. The corn dish (called "Street Corn") was good, but it was a very unique flavor so I couldn't get into that much. Overall, our experience was really great and we will return. Thanks again Kelsey and George for your GREAT customer service!!!!! Awesome food as well! Trish M.~ read more
