Really good experience. Came on a football Sunday. Ordered the games and bites offer. The facility was nice and clean. Games all working and when down actively being worked on. Lots of screens to watch the games. Had an awesome server, Jasmine, handled our party of 15 very well! Food was quick and good. Decent quality for an arcade. read more

Absolute worst service ever. Make sure you bring a sweater because they keep the temperature in the low 50s. We tried purchasing a sweater because we were freezing. They only had a 2XL but we were willing to pay for it. Some guy pretended to be the manager and asked us $240 for that Dave & Buster sweater. The manager never showed up even if we argued with the guy. He was very disrespectful toward us, the new employee present as well as the other customers which he said it wasn't his job to help them out. Never go to that location. The worst experience. read more

Went to this Dave and Buster's and had to say I was pleasantly surprised! First, I haven't been to a Dave and Buster's in over a decade and a lot has changed. The decor was updated and the interior was perfectly lit for gaming, dining, and just chillin. I had the best time, I played a lot of the games and ran around like a big kid! Oh yeah, the children enjoyed themselves too... Food was ok. Service was mediocre. read more

Overall it was a good experience. I enjoyed the drinks on the happy hour menu. My son enjoyed the burger and I enjoyed the appetizer quesadilla. My kids burned through $40 each worth of tokens each in about an 45 mins lol.. You can spend money quickly. Food prices though I think were fairly reasonable. I also got drinks and food for myself, a kid burger and a kid chicken tender meal for about $70 ' read more

I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to share what an awesome experience we had today celebrating our son's 7th birthday at Dave & Buster's McDonough. Our guests experienced the ultimate VIP experience in their very chic private event space with excellent views thanks to the well thought out design of the glass enclosure. Our server McClain did a fantastic job managing a large event solo. Great attention to detail! The managers on duty today, Stanley and Jeremy and the regional manager D'Ron were fantastic as well and very hands on making sure we had everything we needed and the food was fantastic! Everyone had a great time read more

I always have so much fun when I take my nieces and nephews here. They love the games and I love that they get to burn off some energy. It's a win ! Now, as far as dining, the servers, they act like they don't want to be there chile. Well, my server was that way yesterday, which was very unfortunate. We were on such a blissful high, just to have an energy drainer be our waitress. So disappointing. The food was alright. My fries were drowned in grease, reheated and sent to my table. The strawberry lemonade was good. The burger with the bacon jam was decent. The bacon jam carried it. Anyway, the games were the best part! Don't expect much when it comes to customer service. read more

The Mexican Candy shot was absolutely terrible. Thankfully, the manager came over and took it off the tab (after the server that made it ignored us for 30 min after we told her it wasn't good). The Jameson Long Island Tea tastes and smells like straight grapefruit juice (even tho they said they don't have grapefruit juice). Do NOT recommend the mixed drinks here. Food is great and beer is cold!! 5 stars on that front! But the customer service and drink tastes are...just gross. Oh yeah! We're still waiting for our ticket even though we've asked for it 3 times. Others around us have asked for theirs and got it. Note to self: Never respectfully tell the person that made your drink that it tastes like plastic and floor cleaner. read more

Well....twas a Saturday day afternoon and the place wasn't too packed. We didn't have to wait long at all to sit. But when we sat down was when we had to wait about 20 minutes for a server to approach us. Per usual ambiance is the sports bar and food. I got the bbq flat bread now that's more a deep dish pizza wasn't flat at all but it was good just the toppings all fell off as you picked it up to eat. I ordered the Cajun pasta and it wasn't what I pictured it was more so Alfredo with peppers. I got my son the strip plate and nothing amazing 3 chicken strips and fries for $12 it was zaxbys size portion but more pricier. The scanners on the games and simulators was a struggle and the family bathroom needed to be cleaned asap! Definitely was a struggle day! read more

Do NOT order to-go -- soggy food, rude/inept management, no refund I ordered to-go from Dave & Buster's, 239 Hwy. 81 W, McDonough, GA ((770) 282-3900) on 11/14/2025 around 11:00 PM -- total $118.80. Several containers arrived with soggy french fries and inedible items. I asked our server, Autumn, to remake the fries; she agreed and called a manager. The manager refused to reheat or remake anything, told me to "reheat it at home," then took the food I left behind back into the kitchen while I waited. I left the restaurant without eating a bite. I asked for a full refund (I did not sign the receipt) and was flatly denied -- store credit was offered and refused. This is unacceptable. The food was unfit to eat, the manager showed zero accountability, and customer service was appallingly bad. I will be sharing this experience across review sites and social media so others know not to waste their time or money. I expect corporate to contact me and refund the full $118.80 immediately. read more

I'll keep this simple. Service was great, games were cool, food was average at best. Nonetheless, this place is perfect for a fun date night read more

The food was over priced for the lack of food provided , and literally no seasoning whatsoever on two occasions . No sauce for salmon but overly cooked/ dry rice and salmon . They don't pick up any phones and I mean not at allll , I will be back with the dry bland food they provided too me that can't even be digested . Two different chances I tried to give this place , highly disappointed. By the way received the food for the second order and it was dry burnt rice and the salmon was rubbery , no seasoning and no garlic sauce whatsoever just DRY . I repeat do not go to this place if you are hungry or have anything to do for the day read more

This location is super huge. There were plenty of booth seating and my large party and other large parties were well accommodated. The only issue I experience was, we were seated right next to another large party. We could tell there was a mix up with the food. There were 3 cheeseburger meal and fries at my table. Maybe 10 minutes after ordering, 1 of the cheeseburger meal came out but the large party across from us was being served their food at that time so I could tell that meal was meant for their table as no other food for my table had came out. Then, everybody at my table received their food but my wings came out maybe 15 minutes later. All in all, things happened, it was a Friday night. The kids went to play while I waited for my food. The food was decent. I'll be back so hopefully my review will improve on the next visit. read more

Visited this location today and was not disappointed. Apart from the usual arcade games and entertainment, the staff is very professional and friendly, and the facility quite clean, even the restrooms. Grabbed a bite to eat as well and our server Kymon was gracious with excellent customer service and a great personality. He was very observant and attentive to our needs before we even asked. We enjoyed this experience and my family will definitely be returning. read more

We are visiting family from out of town and decided to pop in for food and fun. It is sad to say that we didn't enjoy our food at all and the service was very slow. All the food was cold and lacked flavor. We had to ask for silverware and never even got refills on our drinks. We also had to ask for some of the items that were listed as ingredients for our food items. We are still sitting and waiting for our bill so that we can leave. I wouldn't Conso back at all. read more

So we decided to give this location a chance. Our server, Nichole, was sweet and accommodating. But, the chef & manager wasn't so accommodating. My spouse, and two kids ordered a burger entree with fries. They waited until the burgers were fully cooked and dressed to send Nichole to our tables to tell us "WE'RE OUT OF FRIES" Who eats a burger with asparagus or mashed potatoes? I requested Mac n cheese for my kids and the manager comes out to say, "Oh the Mac n cheese is an entree" so I responded with it's okay just substitute it as a side this time please. The chocolate cake came out with no ice cream and I informed Nichole of it so she went on the kitchen to investigate, she comes back 2 minutes later saying they're out of ice cream. Whaaaaat lmaooooooooooo at that moment, I was over it. I felt bad for the kids eating veggies with burgers lol! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! read more

I just wanna start off by saying the food service was wack. I was constantly having to look for my waitress and literally ask her for my refill... we also had to ask for napkins and silverware, which are things that I think should be a given. As for the quality of the food, my avocado burger was good, very light. On the other hand the Hawaiian crispy chicken burger was bomb!! I should've ordered that. It had a very nice flavor. The kids nuggets were good as well. Games wise, they had a good variety of different games. My daughter had a lot of fun and we got a lot of prizes at the end. I love that they have affordable prizes too for the people that don't always earn a lot of tickets. The vibe was just like any other arcade. Lots of family fun! They just need to work on service on the food side. read more

I want to take a moment to shout out every member of this establishment, but especially Brain, Dean, Kim, and any other managers or bar staff I've come across in my time as a contracted worker assisting in making sure their draft beer lines were clean. I've loved Dave and Buster's for a long time, but when I started this new job in August and saw they would be on my route, I was thrilled. I would load a few chips on my card every now and then and play once I fulfilled my work duties, but nothing more than that. However, when I turned 25 this past week, I decided to celebrate with some of my favorite places on my route, and this was stop #1. I went in and made sure to take care of the bar staff, and Brian, the manager on duty, took care of me in return! I had a blast and even before any of this took place, I had nothing but nice things to say about them. However, their customer service went above and beyond when I became a customer, so I feel the need to share that here for the world to see. If you are in the Henry County area and want a place to have fun for an hour or two, you'd be unwise to not have this #1 on your list. I will definitely be back as a patron on my own time, and I truly appreciate everyone who made my 25th birthday special, even during a tornado warning! read more

First time and last time at this Dave n Buster location. Service was pretty good and food taste good but when you charge customers $10.95 for 4 small chicken strips and then take a large chicken breast and cut it in half for the chicken parmigiana plate while telling the customer that they will get two pieces of chicken there's a real problem. Prices too high for such small portions. And then not enough entree options. Had a hard time finding something to eat. Most of the limited edition summer drinks were sold out. The best part of the meal was the nacho appetizer which was big enough to share. Next time I'll just fight with traffic on I75 and go to the cheesecake factory. read more

Pitiful service with hardly any crowd. Ordered drinks and an appetizer as soon as we sat down and received our entree before either came. This is a new location, but is a new and improved version of the older locations (technology and gamewise). At this, like most Dave & Buster locations, you can play hundreds of the arcade games and win tickets for various prizes. When we visited, we ate at the restaurant and played in the gaming area. The food was good, but the service was very slow. I went midweek and there were not a lot of people there. The restaurant area is made like a sports bar and has several large HDTVs playing various sports channels. The atmosphere was good, the staff was friendly, but service in the restaurant and at the ticket redemption counter was very slow. read more

The food was horrible and it wasn't expected to be great but at least eatable. The chicken sandwich was extremely dry and it wasn't prepared correctly. The service was extremely childish, I know that kids need jobs but they also need proper leadership/management to ensure the service is good so that people can enjoy the ambiance. read more

I typically have loved Dave and Busters during my childhood years. I was really excited when they built one in Henry county so I didn't have to go all the way to Marietta. So now as I approach 30 in 9 days [march 18] I come to Dave and busters now mostly for the bar area. I came here with my mom and a friend. As the food was good like always. The service was a bit slow. It took a long time to get drinks and food. We came here for their happy hour and enjoyed that. They have happy hour M-F from 4pm-7pm and also a late night happy hour sun-thurs from 9pm-close. All the alcohol is half off during happy hour so i enjoyed a Long Island for $5 read more
