Just finished my inaugural trip to Tac MAC and I must say I expecting more. However, less couldn't have been delivered in a greater package. My complaint isn't over the amount spent, rather the value lost in a very lackluster plate disguised as a meal. Had the fish tacos. The flour tortillas were doughy, the fish without seasoning and the sweet potato fries couldn't get a leg up even with honey. Bright spot was the sweet tea (hence the lone star). My name is Willie. read more

This place is awesome! Our waitress was so friendly and helpful! She brought out all "the extras" we usually ask for BEFORE we asked(extra ranch, salsa)! The food and atmosphere was great! Our new go to in Atlanta! read more

The food was good. Our service was slow. For an appetizer we enjoyed the queso. Our server got us a large, but more than half of it went to waste because she never bought more chips. I ordered the black bean burger and it was really delicious. I will go back but hopefully i don't get the same server. read more

I'm giving away better review, every time I go I just request for someone than I had last time, and it's been nothing but great service. My favorite thing to get is the cheese sticks as an appetizer, and then wings bone in with 3 mile honey sauce. It's AMAZING. The ranch has gotten a lot better, I think I had a bad one last time but I never have issues now. read more

Food is horrible first time we went there when they first open in the wings were cold had to send them back she said they put them in the microwave. Seriously! Whoever the hiring manager is needs a reality check. No attractive servers at all the only thing good in this place is the beer. read more

terrible service food took two hours. Don't advise going here it was absolutely ridiculous. 4 managers working and this still happened.

The service can get a tiny bit slow when it's busy, but isn't that true everywhere? This is a brand new location. We've dined in three times. The food has been excellent and the service attentive, each time. Love the option to sample beer. Even our young children love it, (Taco Mac, not the beer samples) Lots of options for sides. We've had wings, tenders, mac n cheese, chicken philly, burgers, and tacos and all have been worth ordering again. read more

The best wings in town! Ton of beer on tap! Service was excellent! Manager stopped by twice to see how things were going. I tried the wings at Three Dollar Cafe and they were gross. You want wings, this is the place to go! read more

The wait is super long for the food, its FREEZING in this place and food not the best except the wings...

We ordered delivery. The food was food alright and as described - average taste. My biggest complaint is there were no napkins with our order. read more

Great beer selection! The staff is friendly and attentive. Don't forget your jacket! That place is freaking cold!

Kayla and the other bartenders was great. They were having a good time and the service they provided was top notch. We will be coming back.

There a very limited places in McDonough, GA to go for a good evening of value priced fresh food & craft on draft beer. The beer selection is outstanding as they have at least 120 craft beers & another 100 on bottle. This is this brand has 30 locations but, it is a staple in Atlanta (Established in 1979). read more

this place is horrible with service, she dident even bring out the fries, took 15 mins for her to come back and check up on us.

MISSED THE MARK!! I've been to other locations before and never had such a horrible experience. The server was rude and apparently struggled to wait on us. Nachos took 30 minutes to come out cold! And it took even longer for an exchange!! I've never had to wait so long for my check, to go bag or refills! read more

Food was decent ordered a chicken wrap received a chicken sandwich, onion rings were way over cooked. Waiter was nice but Wait time for food was crazy. Sitting at the table now waiting, waiting, waiting......on the bill. read more

So, I chose to go here for my 45th birthday lunch. Big mistake! It was awful! I ordered a buffalo chicken salad. I received lettuce floating in a bowl of buffalo sauce; I forced myself to pick around in it because I'd chosen the place but hated every bite. It was a disaster of a birthday lunch! Ruined! Other people with me had food so over seasoned it was inedible. Thanks for nothing, Taco Mac. You ruined my 45th birthday. read more

Not good. Had a piece of hair in my nachos and when I told the manager, all she did was apologized . (Jenna the MANAGER) did not give great customers service. I had to complain twice to receive something for the hair in my food. She NEVER offered a replacement for my food or a discount . She only offered a $2 discount on a $20 ticket AFTER I told her I was dissatisfied. But the waitress Christie was AWESOME ! She wanted to make sure my table was ok ! She apologized for the food and her MANAGER. Ps (Jenna) if you're a manger you should be willing to help your CUSTOMERS IF THEY ARE DISSATISFIED ! Without them having to ask TWICE. You didn't even want to offer a replacement ! Also you should be willing to help your WORKERS AS WELL! Thank you Christie , if you go to Taco Mac ask for her ! read more

The worst experience I ever have in any "sports bar" they take too long for everything, we where 4 ppl over 35 years old one of my friends ID was expired the manager tell us he can't have a beer so he ask for ice tea but the reason we where there was to watch a soccer match but before half time he changes the channel why, we don't know why but any way he have couple tv's on the game so we stay, my friend the one without ID took a sip of a beer because he never got his drink and we have chicken wings so the only thing to drink on the table was a beer we never tough was a big deal but the manager Keith he came to us an star to yield at us that we need to leave because we break the rules because my friend took a sip of the beer, I try to talk to him on a nice way but he just keep yelling and when I ask for his name he just put his name tag like a inch from my face and tell me I better leave, is more my friends and I we on the parking lot talking and laughing about what happens and guess what he call the police on us , never I will be back to that place the worst service and the worst manager ever, manager like that make a place go down, I know because I own a restaurant!!! read more

Great food. I'm a huge fan of Taco Mac's habanero BBQ wings. They are very helpful with drink choices especially the beer. I would definitely recommend if you're in town or passing by. read more

Waited an hour for 3 tacos and 6 boneless wings. Terrible service. Waitress didn't even care that our order came out wrong.

I never leave reviews but it felt necessary to leave this one. Denisha, our waitress, is pretty much the only reason I come back to this shithole all the time. The service is great but the management is extremely rude. They argue with their servers in front of customers. They complain when customers are there for a "long time". The manager, Ken, asked my friend right AFTER she ordered food "if you are not ordering food then you need to leave, you have been here too long". It had been 1 hour, we were waiting for our food, & it was football saturday. Very unprofessional!! read more

I order taco Mac through Grubhub and they make sure my order is correct every time. I love their food and would recommend this place to eat. Hopefully I will dine there soon!! read more

We went on a Sunday night and service was good. The food was great and the manager, Kelsey, came by to check on us personally. Our food came out hot and our order was correct. I will definitely be back. read more

Food was bland, Asian waitress was impatient and incompetent. Had the fish tacos and I've had better. My wife had some boneless wings which was very dry. read more

Our server Jameelah was awesome however the food was awful, the burger was burned then the cook told our waitress its supposed to be like that. After asking for the manager THREE times he finally comes out and tells us he saw the burger come back and said it was horrible. 45mins later were still waiting on the manager who instead of helping us is blaming his waitress for us being upset. Not only am I disappointed but we will never visit here again. Poor management staff as well cooks. We were excited to have a taco Mac near us but this is a poor excuse of one! My tip fire the management and cook staff get hostess that happy about there job. Our table tipped 17.00 for drinks and left. read more

Do not ever hold large parties here ! The "Manager" Assigned ONE Server to a 40 top Wedding Rehearsal Dinner Outside on the Patio, When we finally got our "Auctioned Off" Food and Drinks Very Unprofessionally, Food Was Cold.. Took Forever, My Sister (The Groom) and I mostly waited on the party ourselves. Very Sad Indeed read more

Awful service all around starting from walking through the door. My party of 2 went in at about 3pm yesterday and was waiting with another party of 2 for over 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge our presence because there was no hostess to greet us. It was not packed at all. Both parties asked for a booth and were told it would be a few because she had to clean them off. There were many open booths and several were cluttered with dishes. We waited an additional 15 minutes to be seated at a wet booth that we, ourselves, wiped dry. We were told our server would be with us shortly. That didn't happen because our server never came. After 15 minutes of watching servers whiz by one finally stopped and asked if we'd been attended to. We told her no and she said she'd get someone. Another 10 minutes later a server that we'd previously seen whiz by multiple times stopped and took our orders. We ordered our meals and I ordered a Georgia Peach Tea cocktail. After about 10-15 minutes she brought out our water and coke but no cocktail. So I presumed it was in the process of being made. Fifteen minutes later she came over and said our food was almost finished and I asked about my drink and she forgot I had ordered one. Ten minutes later she brought my drink with a sliced lemon that still had the sticker on it and about 15 minutes after that she brought out our food. I saw several customers with more people at their table who were seated well after us but got their food out before us. Our orders were simple; wings n fries and fried chicken sandwich with a side of broccoli. Afterwards, we ordered dessert to go, a slice of key lime pie and cheesecake. Nice slice of cheesecake and the world's smallest slice of pie. When I asked if all the slices of pie were this small she laughed and agreed it was pretty small. We waited and she bought out a an actual slice. I have no desire to return to that location again. The subpar customer service ruined our experience! read more

The service is great. Celia is the best bartender she is constantly checking on you to make sure your visit is pleasant.

This is a newer Taco Mac, the food is fine. Nothing incredible but nothing bad. The main issue with this restaurant is that the service has the deserving reputation of atrocious. The staff lacks personality and manners. We waited over an hour and a half for our food after ordering. The staff here needs a major makeover. read more

I'm giving this location 1 star for the following reasons ; *This place has Horrible Service. When me and my gf got there at 1st we were seated by the bathroom . We were uncomfortable sitting there so we moved to the bar . The lady Faith was really disrespectful and when we were asking questions she ignored us and was moving fast . Then we ordered food and drinks , the lights out Lemonade was good . Moving on . We ordered our meals and; once they came it was a nightmare my gf ordered a burger and she had to send it back three times . Not one but THREE times. Our wings were cold.. had to send them back.. Ordered a turkey burger it was freezing cold . As well as my fries . So the manager comes over to help and she was nice. She offered chips and queso while we wait . Which was so good! Ultimately the location is nice however the bartenders were moving very fast . Playing around in the bar area with each other and the kitchen cooks are really bad. Def won't be BACK anytime soon . The manager did comp our meal. She saw how many times the burger came back without cheese . read more

George is such a great server! Professional and personable. He gave great recommendations and the food was amazing! Will definitely come back to see him!!! read more

Went to lunch in McDonough today with my husband and we were greeted with smiles and welcomed in. The server we had today was terrible, we asked for refills on our drinks ( tea) and it took over 20 minutes and when she returned she had our drinks in to go cups, took our food off the table, I had not completed my meal and she threw the boxes on the table stating " since y'all had to wait so long for drinks I know y'all ready to go". I asked for a manager and the young lady who finally came out said she wish she had known earlier and she would have discounted our meal. We didn't want a discount we wanted better service, less attitude and the food we had paid for. We paid our check and left. We will not return as service is key to us. read more

We hadn't gone there in 6 months because the service has always been slow. Well today we tried it again....for the last time. The TV audio was so loud I had trouble hearing what people were saying. Should it take 15 minutes to get your drinks from the bar? Well ours took 20. And they tasted stale when we got them or they brought us the wrong ones. Unsure. And they have the highest priced beers in our area. The menu is very limited and what we ordered wasn't bad but lacked anything special and took a long time to be served. Given that we have a lot of choices in this area I see no reason to waste my time here again, which pains me because this is the closest bar and grill to my home. So, not horrible but I wouldn't recommend it. read more

I had a great time at this Taco Mac on Friday night! I was there for a Retirement Party of about 50 people. Anthony and Courtney were the servers and they did an awesome job keeping up with drinks and food for so many people. They were very busy, but still had the time to be personable and friendly! Thank you Taco Mac for 2 exceptional employees! read more

Oh. My. Gosh. Listen. First, to clarify, we were only a table of 3. The food here is fine. It's really not THAT bad. The chicken fingers and the queso appetizer are both really great. BUT. This location is AWFUL. The manager, the staff, everything, is just awful. We sat down, and got our drinks pretty quickly. We also got an appetizer and the timing was fine. We ordered our food and by this time most of the people in the restaurant were starting to leave. It wasn't very crowded. Time after time food was brought past us and taken to other tables. More people came and were seated, some people right beside us, with the same waitress. We kept waiting.. after like 25 minutes the waitress came over and said our orders were next up. 30 more minutes go by and the people who were seated next to us AFTER we ordered.. got their food! We instantly got irritated. More people around us who were seated after us were getting their food also. The waitress expressed apology and told us she would go reprimand the kitchen staff and get the manager to come to our table. The manager took his time with coming to us, probably another 10-15 minutes, and the burger was incorrect. He dropped off the food and took off quickly. No cheese for some reason.. By this time we were already ready to leave because the TV volume was turned up way too high and it had been almost an hour and a half of sitting in this noisy booth. We asked for to-go boxes and the check. They only took off two of the drinks, and it was bizarre. The manager did not express apology at all and didn't even take a moment to talk to us. Obviously the kitchen staff got the orders mixed up a lot, but the least they could have done is pay for our meal or even come to speak with us! I will never eat here again, and I'll tell my friends about this terrible experience. read more

I'll give this place a shot. It just opened. Atmosphere definitely has potential. Philly sandwich was ok and the fries sucked BUT I love franchise. I'm sure they will get better. read more

I read some poor reviews while researching where to grab a bite to eat. I thought I would try Taco MAC anyway, I was in the mood for sports and wings. I am glad I did. The restaurant was packed on a Wednesday night. I was seated at a high top in the bar. The TV's were awesome and plenty of them. I had an appetizer, cueso blanco (I think) cheese with beef, onions, jalapeños and pico, it was very good. I ordered wings with one of their seasonal sauces that the waitress recommended, also excellent. Their beer menu was extensive. The service was excellent, waitress kept my drink full and checked back in a timely manner. Cleared the empty dishes and was very accommodating. The manager stopped by to make sure everything was OK. Taco Mac had some poor to average reviews prior to this one, but, I had no such experience. I will be back read more

Slowest restaurant ever. Out of every beer we ordered, out of most wine, out of multiple food options. Slow, slow, slow. Service was horrible, food was sub standard. Will never return. Takeaway- avoid at all cost. read more

The first thing I noticed was the sticky floors. After making my way to a table I sat there for about 10 minutes before a server finally came to me. I asked her what took her so long and she just smiled. Ordered a burger. after about 30 minutes it arrived. No taste. My suggestion go to a real restaurant and eat and then come here for a beer. Great beer selection. Be sure to sit at the bar, cause the servers are just not good. Good beer selection but food is just not good... read more
