This was actually my second visit to Taco Labs and it definitely didn't disappoint! I tried the Passion Punch Margarita and Mango Margarita, along with the Chicken Fil-A, Carne Asada, Bang Bang Shrimp, and Smokey Honey Chicken tacos. My favorites were easily the Chicken Fil-A and Bang Bang Shrimp tacos.they were packed with flavor and will definitely be my go-to order next time. The margaritas were refreshing, the atmosphere was great, and a special shoutout to our server, Victor, who was awesome! He was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. I'll definitely be back again!

Passion fruit margarita had a great balance of tequila and passion fruit; refreshing, tart, and not overly sweet!

It's a new year, and I decided it was time for me to step out of my comfort zone and try something different. Tonight I was craving Mexican food, and I decided to bring my sister to Taco Labs in Parkland. Going in, there was no wait and plenty of seating available. Tonight, we ordered 1x passion fruit margarita, 1x chicken quesadilla, and 3x individual tacos: tinga, tropical shrimp, and mahi mahi. As for the experience, while trying to keep my head up high, there were both highs and lows with tonight's meal. On the positive side, the margarita had a great balance of tequila and passion fruit; refreshing, tart, and not overly sweet. The chicken quesadilla reminded me of an elevated Taco Bell version, but with fresh chicken, plenty of cheese, a good press, and a creamy sauce that tied it all together. On the downside, although the tacos had fresh ingredients and nice contrasting flavors, they were disappointingly dry and lacked much protein. Additionally, while the food came out quickly, the service felt inattentive. I was ESPECIALLY FRUSTRATED to find that I was charged for the three‑taco plate even though I ordered the tacos individually. While I wasn't interested in having all the sides with my meal, it's unacceptable to charge someone for something they didn't order. Overall, I think Taco Labs has potential for improvement, but tonight's food and service didn't quite hit the mark. My final verdict is 3 out of 5 stars.

Went to Taco Labs on a Tuesday for their $3 taco, $5 margarita special and immediately asked myself: how much taco could a taco taco if a taco taco could? Apparently... a lot. I had eight tacos. My cousin had ten. Before anyone gets weird Ill answer before you ask. No, we're not plus size. The real question is who sits there and eats eight tacos, because normally my cap is three. I ordered four to start because I was hungry, then somehow ordered four more. That alone tells you how good the food was. The $3 tacos are the basics (chicken, fish, shrimp), and the specialty tacos are an extra dollar. I didn't mind paying it at all. If you're telling me I can have Korean BBQ tofu or jackfruit birria, take the dollar. The flavors were legit. The Korean BBQ tofu was excellent, the tropical shrimp was fresh, and the jackfruit burrito was my favorite. First time having jackfruit and I was impressed. Everything came out fast, hot, and exactly how it should. The space was colorful and vibrant with a Day of the Dead-type vibe, we sat by the bar, and the margaritas came with chamoy melted on the straw, which was a nice touch. Service was great and quick, parking was super easy. No complaints. I'd go back and clearly, I'd eat irresponsibly again.

I have a new favorite Taco spot! They have their signature tacos and they're ridiculously amazing tacos. I tried their New Delhi tandoori and a smoky honey chicken. Both were out of this world phenomenal. The staff was just overly friendly and nice and respectful and wonderful. They kept our Waters full and the plates cleared. Really cute spot with colorful murals on the wall. Nice bar area as well although neither of us thought our drinks were outstanding, they were still incredibly decent.

Amazing tacos! Decent margaritas. Went during taco Tuesday/cinco de Mayo so maybe I need to try on a less busy. Service was still fast and the view outside is cool.

Taco Labs is straight gas like Exxon Mobil. Too good. Put the Lab sauce on everything. Beef Supreme Taco is everything you'd want it to be. Chick Fil A taco is fire. For those that enjoy Indian food, get the Tandoori chicken taco. Legooooooo.

Looking for something fun to do on a Tuesday this is the spot. Came with a friend for taco Tuesday and they have great options like 3 to 4 dollar tacos, depending on the meat that you select. We also had some margaritas if you are for flavor it might be an up charge, but it's definitely worth it and you can request it with sugar rims. Super fun and cute location right on a corner small but would enough seating to make a night fun out. Fast service and friendly stuff will be coming here again.

On Thursday night I visited this spot with a 3 friends after my Zumba class, hoping to enjoy their advertised happy hour from 6 to 10 PM. We arrived around 9:40 PM. Despite the place being open, there was no DJ, and we were the only customers. I asked the waiter, Lucas, we're they closed. He said no, there's still 20 minutes left. The manager, however, seemed quite reluctant to have us there and didn't exactly make us feel welcome. I asked Lucas about the DJ and he said that he didn't show up that day. We did order some tacos and drinks, and I'll give credit where it's due, the tacos were tasty. However, the experience took a nosedive when we were asked to sit outside as the staff started cleaning up inside. We noticed them stacking chairs and turning off lights well before 10 PM, which was very disappointing. When my margarita arrived, it came in a to-go cup with the tajin mixed inside the drink instead of on the rim. By 10:02 PM, the entire staff starting walking out. When the manager walked out, I expressed my concerns about the poor customer service, he simply said, "well, I can't stay because everybody's leaving." This response was incredibly disappointing and showed a lack of commitment to customer care. On the plus side, our server Lucas was genuinely kind and tried to be helpful, but the overall experience left much to be desired. It's a shame because we were looking for a new spot for our Zumba group, but unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Taco Labs is hands down one of the best all you can eat taco spots I've been to in a long time. I went specifically for their all-you-can-eat deal, and it completely exceeded my expectations. What really sets this place apart is the variety. They have a ton of different taco options, so you're never stuck eating the same thing over and over. Everything I tried was packed with flavor, and you can tell they put effort into each taco. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up eating 21 tacos, which says everything you need to know about how good it was. The atmosphere is fun and casual, making it a great place to go and enjoy a meal without any pressure. Overall, Taco Labs is a must visit if you're a taco lover. Thankfully it was a quiet day that day so the service was extremely quick. I'll definitely be coming back again.

Taco Craft was amazing! The vibe was great, the food was fresh and packed with flavor, and the drinks hit the spot. Big shoutout to Sofia, our server she was super friendly, patient, and really took the time to walk us through the menu and make sure we got exactly what we wanted. You can tell she genuinely cares. My family and I loved everything we tried and will definitely be coming back. If you stop by, ask for Sofia you won't regret it!

What an amazing Mexican Indian fusion restaurant. Unbelievable taste, quality & drinks. We both had 3 cocktails for happy hour. My wife had a regular margarita, a watermelon margarita with a tajin rim @ a pineapple margarita with a tajin rim. I had a regular margarita, a watermelon margarita & a strawberry cream & coconut margarita All with sugar rims. My wife had 3 tacos (chicken tandoori, Korean BBQ beef & bang bang shrimp) with pinto beans & rice. I had beef pineapple seared fajitas. Wow, the food & drinks are absolutely amazing. This place is amazing. We will be back. Our server Diego was awesome!!!

Haven't been here in a while and decided to take a solo date for taco Tuesday.. I was greeted immediately, and my order was taken right away.. a few months ago I saw on their IG that they had a new jerk chicken taco and I asked if they could do a shrimp one because of my dietary needs, in which the person via IG said, of course! So I asked my waiter if it was possible and he said yes! So I was able to try a jerk shrimp taco, which was amazing, it could have been a little spicier for me, but they topped it with a nice slaw, all the flavors came together. I also had my normal bang bang shrimp and a regular margarita. I also tried the churros, which was amazing. I love that during the week they have different specials and they are known for the $3 tacos and $5 margaritas. they played really good music.. this place is definitely a hidden gem

    Beautiful water glasses.

We saw this on instagram a review showing a great Berria rendition of a bunch of foods. Let's start with the place being super clean and festive! Everything from clean utensils to great napkins on the table. Service was spotty. Hard to describe but a very uninterested waitress named Jennifer. Very focused on her phone and kept making excuses why she missed our questions including can I have a bag to go asked about 2 feet away from her... completely ignored. Another employee saw and asked us how to help. So not sure what happened there. Now to the food! The Berria pizza was good but not fresh. Almost seems it was assembled and heated when ordered. Got cold quickly and the Berria meat was different. Good but not amazing. I did like the broth it was thick and tasty. The Berria taco was nice a bit spicy so my wife didn't like it. She hates spicy. The broth I assume was the same and went with the Berria taco well. The Berria ramin was amazing but spicy. Great rich flavor but was great. We don't have room for desert so next time. Overall it's worth another trip. Oh and the receipt listed the Berria pizza as "viral TikTok pizza". Which was creative. .

We then shared the spicy tuna taco & the sushi burger. Both had very fresh ingredients, but I expected the taco to have a bit more flavor to. It was just standard cubed fish with some spicy mayo drizzled on top--I'm used to having the tuna tossed in the sauce prior. The main reason for our visit was the sushi burger, which certainly did not disappoint. The two crispy rice buns were cooked perfectly and made for a great base for the fresh fillings within. These often sell out, so be sure to check if they're still available when you arrive. Can't wait to try them again!

Pile High Nachos with Birria -- The Sloppy Nacho -- 3/10 (2 Stars on Yelp)…read more I only review nachos. Not the room, not the drinks, just the plate. Papamigos gave me the best looking plate of nachos I've ever been served, and one of the worst to actually eat. It arrives as a mountain, and credit where it's due, nobody has ever set a better looking plate of nachos in front of me. Colored chips, birria up the sides, drizzle over the peak. It's a fiesta. It's genuinely beautiful. It's also called Pile High, which in hindsight was the menu warning me, and me ordering it anyway. Stupid Nacho Man. The thing about a pile is it has exactly one move: down. Every good thing, the fresh pico, the peppers that actually have real heat, all of it, is stacked on the summit. So you get three glorious bites of a real nacho and then you're off the mountain and into the badlands. Dry chips on one side, cold cheese swamp on the other, no peppers in sight. The party was on top and you already ate it. Depression sets in. Somewhere under all that queso is a chip that knows what happened to Jimmy Hoffa. Here's the real tragedy. The queso is actual flowing nacho cheese, and there is an absolute ass load of it. Nineteen plates I've spent begging South Florida to use real nacho cheese, and Papamigos finally did, then dumped so much on that it drowned the pico, the peppers, and the meat. I'm not saying the kitchen was in a hurry (I was the only person there), I'm saying someone back there said "f*** it" like John McClane going off the Nakatomi roof and dumped an ocean of molten cheese on this thing. I am not exaggerating for effect. I wish I were. And the whole thing came out room temperature. Only two things on that plate were hot, the queso and the meat, and they had to warm an entire mountain by themselves while a pile of cold chips mugged them for their heat. They lost that battle faster than France surrendering (in about two minutes.) The shredded cheese at the bottom never melted at all, because it was sitting under a cold pile on a plastic boat you can't exactly slide into an oven. Check the photos, there's a queso stalactite hanging off the rim. It formed on the way to the table and was still hanging there twenty minutes later, purely out of spite. Then there's the meat. I ordered the birria. Five dollar upcharge, it's on the receipt. What showed up was pot roast. Gray, no chile, no adobo, none of what makes birria birria. Check the photos and compare it to a real one. I'm not going to tell you what's in anybody's head. I'll just say the menu said birria, the receipt charged me for birria, and the plate said pot roast. You do the math. Credit where it's due, the server took twenty percent off without me asking. Though the birria upcharge was five bucks and the discount was four-forty, so I still paid for the pot roast. Just at a slight discount. I did not finish it. I've left plates before when they beat me on sheer volume, and honestly that's a compliment. This one I walked away from with room left in the tank. I left still hungry, and I would rather be hungry. Twenty-two dollars for a third of a plate. Four peppers a fire does not make. This dish is a dumpster fire without the heat. All of it is fixable. Heat the chips, layer it instead of stacking it, ease up on the queso, and put actual birria on the birria. Until then, I'm giving this a hard pass. -- Florida Nacho Man

With its warm, inviting atmosphere and Mexican decor, the restaurant instantly makes you feel at home. We were greeted like old friends by Luz herself, setting the stage for a delightful meal. Lured by the enticing "$10 for 4 Tacos" Taco Tuesday deal, we indulged in a variety of tacos and other menu highlights. The journey began with fresh, house-made chips and two flavorful salsas - a vibrant green jalapeño and a smoky red morita. The horchata was a standout, creamy and perfectly balanced, while the tamarind drink offered a refreshing tang. YOU MUST GET THE HORCHATA! One of the best I have tried. Our taco selection included cochinitas, carnitas, asada, al pastor, and tinga de pollo. Each taco was a burst of traditional Mexican flavors, generously filled with juicy, well-seasoned meat and served in small, handheld tortillas - a true taste of Mexico. My favorite was the cochinitas! While opinions varied on the asada's saltiness, the overall consensus was overwhelmingly positive. We also savored the street corn, a delightful combination of mayo, lime, cream, queso fresco, and tajin, and the unforgettable birria tacos, generously loaded with meat and cheese and accompanied by a flavorful, non-greasy consommé.I appreciate it was not oily like many places, I was able to drink it all and no heart burns lol! To conclude our meal, we indulged in perfectly fried churros, choosing both the dulce de leche and chocolate varieties. These delightful treats were not overly sweet and filled with sugar, providing a satisfying end to our dining experience. I ordered 4 tacos, and two dessert (Plantains with cream and Churros). Total came out to $20 and some change. The quality of the food at its BEST, was simply Okay, the portions were actually ridiculous. Anyone who has eaten at a Mexican restaurant or spot knows, they love to give hearty portions enough for you to take some home. Wanna known what I got instead? I got Half of a plantain cut and fried into tiny pieces with a pea-size of "cream" squeezed into a little to-go cup. Now for $5, which is what it cost you as a customer can go to any market and get the same cream and a good 5-6 plantains and do it yourself. I got TWO CHURROS that cost me $5.99, and if you're from South Florida, you know Churromania is right there!!! For the same price you can get 12 Churros with Caramelo and Chocolate. In fact, you can also go to a market, buy the ingredients for the same price ($5.99) and make a good 60-100 churros yourself. Do you understand the outrage?! If I was the owner, I'd be ashamed to call this place a Mexican restaurant and instead I'd call it what it is: a Money Laundering scheme. The prices are outrageous for the portions and quality you are getting in return. Those same $20 I WASTED supporting a so-called small business, I could've taken to Walmart or El Presidente and made the food myself. I would've not only had some for the rest of the week, but also I wouldn't be so fucking pissed. I'm Hispanic, I've cooked and worked in Mexican restaurant. I've eaten with Mexican families who take the time, energy, and patience to carefully craft something worth eating and this is not it. I never leave a bad review, but this place doesn't deserve one star. It deserves to be shut down.
