Taco Bueno 3 Stars January 4, 2026 Taco Bueno was a bit of a mixed bag for us. The Cheesecake Chimichanga with raspberry sauce was easily the highlight. Crispy, sweet, and really well done -- honestly better than expected and something I'd order again. My wife and I both had the Wholotta® Platter. The enchilada and taco were good and flavorful, but the Muchaco was disappointing and didn't really work for us. We also tried the B.O.B (Big Ol' Burrito). It was just okay and felt pretty dry. It definitely needs a lot more sour cream to balance everything out. One positive note: the tacos didn't get soggy, which is something we've experienced at Taco Bell, so that was a plus. Overall, some good items, some misses. Decent meal, but not something that really stands out. read more

Always screw up orders at the drive thru. You ask for no lettuce or tomato on your #1 combo, and they don't even listen. Shame on me for not checking my order at the drive thru before leaving. read more

On the website and when searching up this location closing time says 11pm.. went by there around 10pm and they already closed down registers. Just moved down to Princeton so would've never known they closed at 10 so I feel their time should be updated across all platforms so no one else has this issue. read more

Fast and quick service. Smiling when I walked in to order. Salsa bar was clean also. So was the beverage station.

It's been a while since I went to a taco bueno and I decided to stop at this one on the way home the other day and I was SO PLEASED. Very clean, everyone was so friendly! I spoke with a Chris, and he was such a delight with an infectious smile! My food was hot and yummy. I will be back! read more

Ordered chicken quesadilla and got a beef one. Ordered hard taco got soft. The lady spilled salsa all over the bag and just left it.

Taco Bueno The GM (Norman) was extremely rude, after I tried t explain how the quality of food I purchased the night before was unacceptable! Mr Norman would not listen, and walked away threatening to call Police... I gave him the upmost respect, and asked him to stop yelling at me. He turned away and stated "he has nothing else to say". I do not appreciate him speaking to me this was and embarrassing me in the presence of other guests and employees in the store. I ask corporate Please call and make this right with me! Two weeks later no call no response from corporate. This door should be close. Food quality is horrible managers horrible and apparently corporate doesn't care either. read more

Door was still locked about 5 minutes after open, but they were at the drive through and then opened the door for me. City still hasn't cleared them to open the fixens bar, but they loaded up my to-go bag with salsa and jalapeños. Service was polite, but clearly they are still learning after a few weeks. Ordered off the value menu with the hidden little .29 on the board after you are convinced that it is $1. Serving size seams a little smaller than I remember from the McKinney locations, but it is a mile form home. :-) read more

The worst Taco Bueno that I have ever been to!! I ordered a large queso and chips, to get home and have the container not even half full. Mexi chips and dips with the plastic queso cup with barely enough queso in it for a couple of chips. The muchaco looked as though it had been thrown together and the quesadilla was greasy, put into the paper bag and then folded in half in the bag. I called the store to complain and was told by Brandon that a note would be left for the district manager to refund my money. I was advised to call back the next day and make sure that they had refunded the money. All of this was a lie, when I attempted to call back the next day no one answered the phone. I then went to the Taco Beuno website where I filed a complaint explaining everything and requesting to be contacted. I have not been contacted nor have they refunded any money. So overall the food sucked, the staff lied, the management is negligent and the company overall has terrible customer service. read more

Worst taco bueno ever!!! Take forever. The guy in the drive thru was so unprofessional didn't even know how to take a order.

My fiancé loves bueno so we go here probably once every two weeks. Same guy takes our order and is great at helping out but they have some new hires that are kids. I understand having fun while working and joking around but they take it a bit far... The talking about itching noses, picking tomatoes out of peoples food that requested none rather then just making a new one incase of food allergy, saying stop taking orders, people have been waiting 30 mins, I can't even count how many times I heard "you're nasty bro" while waiting for my food and etc. I would highly recommend getting a older person or a more mature group to work the night shift. read more
