Excellent Vietnamese coffee. I liked that the coffee was not bitter; it tasted very buttery, which is a weird description for coffee. It also didn't leave me jittery. Most importantly, it tasted like an authentic Vietnamese coffee. So glad to have a place close to home.

Chuon Chuon is such a gem! As soon as we entered the atmosphere was so welcoming and the aroma was great! We only ordered coffees but will surely be back to try the banh mi's! It's beautiful to see the Vietnamese footprint in Princeton

This was our first time trying Choun-Choun. We ordered the dragonfly and chicken bahn mi which were very good. The egg coffee was excellent and the durian smoothie was good. Space was nicely decorated and the music was pleasant. Staff was awesome and answered questions and made suggestions. Great place located by the ACE hardware

Conveniently located next to the hair salon I went to visit. The owner came in and she was so lovely. I was able to order my sandwich and coffee and she brought it over. First time trying this type of coffee it is delicious!

Full stop; I was super surprised that a Vietnamese coffee shop had opened in Princeton, Texas... out of all places Princeton! even more surprised that they had egg coffee which might I add, probably the best I've had! I like to think of myself of somewhat of a connoisseur. Had their banh mi which was also fantastic and super authentic! Service and ambiance were amazing as well. These folks are gonna know me by my first name!

A cute hidden coffee shop. The coffee was absolutely incredible. The owner was present and she was so sweet she gave us context on where she was from and about her shop and the way the coffee should be drank. Overall super pleasant and great experience. I will be back again for sure!

We are obsessed with this place! We eat there at least twice a week. The chicken banh mi is by far the best sandwich in the area. The owner makes the bread herself, and it is stellar. The shop is clean, the employees are friendly, the food is amazing. Oh, they have drinks too! (They're primarily a coffee bar)

So happy Princeton has a Vietnamese coffee shop now! I hated having to drive all the way to Garland to get my fix in so this is great! The banh mi and Egg Cream Coffee were both so good! Will def be back to try the Ube version next time.

Good coffee, good service. The taste is strong. I chose salted coffee and Chuon chuon coffee. Both are so good

On both occasions, we started with the spring rolls (grilled pork during our first visit and shrimp during our second visit), and these are fresh and delicious with the peanut sauce it comes with! Unfortunately, they did forget our shrimp spring rolls on our second visit and we had to ask for it after we had both received our bowls of pho... Now onto the main dishes. My fiance has ordered the special combination pho on both occasions and he loves it. This bowl comes packed with different meats, and the broth here is really good. I've had the BBQ & wonton egg noodles and the pho with eye of round steak / flank / tripe. While I loved my bowl of pho (no notes), I do wish the bowl of BBQ & wonton egg noodles was a bit more flavorful. Think I will likely stick to their pho in the future since that's definitely the tried and true :)

Okay, I've got to be completely honest. I only went here…read morebecause it's one of the only boba places open until 10pm near Princeton, and I was craving a drink. I did a mobile order through their website, which is very convenient, and it was ready within 5 minutes. I had never been here before, though I live just down the road from the place, and I'm not exactly sure if I'll ever be back. When I walked in to get my order, the first thing I noticed was the SMELL. Most boba places I've been to (and I drink ALOT of boba. I like to think that I'm a boba connoisseur of sorts ... lol ), smell FINE. But walking into this place, it literally smelled like something had been left out all day in the sun or something. I can't even describe it. It was a mix of mildew and fruit. Maybe the fruit ingredients they use in the drinks permeated through the room and they weren't fresh? I have no idea, but either way, it didn't smell good.. it was honestly a little off-putting. Walking up the counter to get our drinks, I was able to look around a bit more. The place is very dimly lit at night, and the furniture is outdated. Most boba shops I've been to have a nice, lively, white environment, which often goes toward showcasing their cleanliness. This place, however, looked very dirty. The floor by the door had mud on it, the walls were drab, and I took a glance at the powder - what I assume is used to make the drinks - behind the counter on the wall, and it's containers looked dirty, as well. The place just seemed so DEAD. But the smell is what really worried me. The service was quick and friendly, and the drinks were about the same price you'd find anywhere else, BUT... I will admit that I actually felt hesitant to drink what I ordered. I don't know if it was because it was just before closing and they hadn't had time to clean yet, but this place definitely needs some help. ** To add, as I was leaving, I noticed a "C" on a sign posted by their front door. I literally thought to myself, "No way... is that their health inspection rating???" So, I did some research. Yes, as of 12.08.23, Boba House received a 77/100 - a C. The report doesn't disclose WHY, but I agree with that ranking. So, make of that what you will. ‼ I'd only go here again if I was in desperate need of boba and it's 9pm and everything else is closed. Any other time of day, I would have gone to a different boba shop.. BUT, I was desperate, and this place is open late - which I do appreciate. The boba itself was okay. It's not the best I've had, but it was definitely okay. I've attached a picture of the brown sugar milk tea boba that I got, and their health inspection rating.

The setting is one of its biggest highlights--surrounded by greenery while still being conveniently located near major roads. There's plenty of free parking, making it an easy stop. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff who made the visit enjoyable. The food was good and tasted very fresh, although I was expecting a little more depth of flavor. Since I don't enjoy spicy food, it's possible that much of the boldness comes from the heat, so others may have a different experience.

The place was totally dead but there were still dirty tables no one even bothered to clean. Like another reviewer said, the staff blared Tejano music. I mean, whatever, Vietnamese food isn't that tricky to make. My husband ordered pho that didn't taste like pho. I got a pork rice bowl that legit had meat with hair and cartilage (I think it was ear, maybe snout?). I mean, I'm Pinay, I love sisig but for a $14 rice bowl, you think it would have better quality meat rather than ear! My kid had a tiny $8 quesadilla. We had two coconut Viet coffees. The flavor and texture were "off;" the Keurig coffee I make at home is thicker. Our meal was over $50 before tip. Idk how this place has been surviving or where all these reviews came in from, but damn, stop lying y'all.
