Most fabulous coffee place in Princeton! Tucked behind the Ace Hardware off 380 and 2nd the espresso slaps and all their specialty coffees are amazing - my personal fave clearly the egg creme. I will say IYKYK Vietnamese coffee is super sweet so when I order example the egg creme I ask for no sugar in the coffee (just the creme will have sugar) then it's perfect if like me your not a coffee with your sugar kind of person. Pate is phenomenal - ask for the Shin-Cu I believe it's called - a Vietname hot sauce - perfect texture to compliment versus sriracha. Drove over 30 minutes to try out this coffee shop. It's hard to find good vietnamese coffee north of Dallas (especially for me being from Orange County), but this place is it! We got the bac xiu, egg cream coffee, and blended coconut coffee. Everything was so good; perfectly sweetened while still being able to taste the robust flavors of viet coffee. The banh mi was excellent as well. We got the Dragonfly Banh Mi which was basically just cha lua (vietnamese ham, a classic). The mayo and pate were delicious! We came and got the Egg Coffee and Salted Cream Coffee, and it was really good! It is Vietnamese coffee so it is strong and fragrant! The egg cream flavor is mild but it isn't overpowering, which is perfect. We paired these drinks with a Dragonfly Banh Mi, and the amount of spread they had on it was balanced. I think there could have been more filling and vegetables. The employees were very friendly and helpful! They made sure to inform each customer how to properly enjoy their coffee, which is helpful, especially for those who have never experienced Vietnamese coffee.
