Been going to Taco Bueno, since I was five or six years old in Oklahoma . My son and I walked into this location last week to order our food. It was 99° with humidity the outside feel 120. Longview and it's surrounding towns had been without electricity for 3 to 4 days. There were two employees working inside. It was so hot in there that I had to go to my car to sit and wait for my food. These two employees were working their tails off in a kitchen inside of the building with no air conditioner I wouldn't have known if I didn't ask them why it was so hot inside. I have a hard time getting behind and /or supporting any business who cares so little about their employees that they're willing for them to have a heat stroke to have their business open . Besides, who in the hell wants to go inside of a building and eat Mexican food in the heat? hopefully in the future, you'll treat your employees better then I might consider coming back. Why is it that every time fast food places offer cold, freeze drinks, They never have them? Lol. read more

My daughter picked up our order, got it home and there was no hot sauce or the queso we ordered that came with our chips. She went back up there with our receipt and they refused to give us the queso unless we purchased ANOTHER chips and queso. Why should we have to purchase what we already paid for but did not receive??!! To make things worse they would only give us 2 hot sauces for a family of four. Although the guy running the register wasn't very fast or accurate, the food was actually pretty darn good! My hubby had the large combo plate with a little of everything! He loved every minute of it! I had the nacho salad and it was tasty and fresh, no grease! My sister ordered tacos and they came out wrong, but they quickly corrected the mistake!! The advertisement says they'll fix it and give you a $5 card if they make a mistake, but that didn't happen! The kids were happy with their meals so we were happy too!! Not the best Taco Bueno experience I've had. Granted, they were busy. But, the store was messy. I had to go in after they got my drive through order wrong. None of the people were happy to help me once inside. Food was okay. I wouldn't recommend this location unless you're in a pinch. read more

Horrible, can someone say "Longview inspection"? There was food all over the floor & trash all in kitchen. The employees just standing around talking all the while I'm waiting on my order. The guy in the drive through was really nice but this is the only good thing I can say. We got crispy beef tacos and a couple of beef and bean burritos. It all tasted burnt and old. Not impressed at all. This was an utter waste of 28 bucks. Not cool Taco Bueno. read more

9:30 p.m. on Wed nite (Christmas week)...their closing time isn't until midnight. No one else was inside....no cars in drive-thru.....and still WAITING! 3 employees and they were out of everything! No cilantro, no Pico, no forks. 15 min later....STILL haven't received our order! Drive-thru still empty. Good grief!! Wow, 19 minutes later we have food. Fajita Combo Platter and Tamale Platter. I am from dallas and not sure if this is the correct restaurant. we drove thru the restaurant after being upset at the red lobster. I asked if they would let me have the new big taco. at first he said no and I said please as I was ordering fourteen dollars of food. the free big taco needed a coupon and I left it back at the hotel. I was getting super sad at the situation. the man came back, I think he was the manager, he said he hooked me up with the taco, whew! finally someone with customer traits. I appreciated his kind gesture and have been meaning to yelp his restaurant. he was average height and African-American gentleman, maybe mid thirty's. Thank you to him. now ordering from there is easy. Very DIRTY- needs a remodel VERY BADLY. There are a lot of places in the store which have obviously NEVER EVER been cleaned at all. Truelly disappointing and probably both Bueno's in town are owned by the same people because they are both very dirty all the time! read more

We tried the drive through and it was one of the longest waits for fast food I've ever experienced. On top of that, once we got the food home it just wasn't very good. It was well prepared, but it was all super bland and low quality. I don't have high expectations for fast food and I try not to waste food, but this was one of the rare times I threw my food out. In four years only two orders messed up and I'm complicated in ordering so totally understandable . Have only tried two things on the menu that weren't good. I am so disappointed. It was $1.99 day for Nacho Salads. I requested 2 Beef Nacho Salads, 1 order of Nachos and 2 Beef Crispy Tacos, No Tomato and No Lettuce. And 1 Bean Burrito, plus Sour Cream. She read the order back correctly. This is what I got; 2 Beef TACO Salads at $11.38, the order of Nachos, 2 Beef Crispy Tacos, loaded down with lettuce and tomatoe, and the burrito. Really wanted to save on the special and was not allowed to. This trip caused me more money than I realized AT THE TIME. If it hadn't been so far to go back, I most certainly would have returned those expensive Taco Salads and the Tacos that were not even close to being prepared correctly. read more
