I had just ordered $70 dollars worth of food. All the workers had a long night and were about to close, when a group of DRUNK teenage girls come storming through the doors. When the group of people I was with looked at them, about 3 girls gave us all the finger and started screaming and cursing at us. They all raided the men's bathroom because a lady was in the woman's restroom. A worker politely asked them to only go in one at a time. As they were leaving, they all look over at us while we were still looking at them. They then proceeded to call my friend and I a "DUMB CUNT." & "DO WE HAVE A PROBLEM" to us while we were eating read more

We came through the door, 5 of us btw, and this old lady started telling us that there is two kiosks... we know... we have eyes.... Then she kept forgetting everything that we ordered! And we show the receipt she said that we didn't get it... are we fr? read more

Taco Bell - She won't stop staring - Fast Food Near Me - West Lebanon, New Hampshire

Honest review experience- I've been multiple times to this location, hoping the next time, each time would be a better experience. I am realizing, that sometimes, something broken beyond repair cannot be fixed. Including this franchise location. Upon entering, its evident, that no one is going to take your order, as All the menus are off the wall, and look like an hideous space of loneliness... and 2 kiosks sit in the middle of the room, screaming, order your food yourself, or you get nothing. After waiting a short time, our name was called to pick up our food at the counter. Had I not looked through my order in the bag before leaving, I would not have noticed that an item was missing, nor that they do not even sell such an item any longer That was still on the kiosk menu to order. When I approached the counter to ask about the mistake, I was treated as if I was a bother, then was told the item that was missing, is no longer being sold at that location anymore, and instead, they are automatically substituting it for something else of their choice(which I would have ordered, Had I wanted it- which I didn't). A few questions come to mind... -Why was that item still on the Kiosk Menu order form to order? -Why was I not notified when I picked up my order, that they no longer have that item in stock? -Why was I not given the choice to cancel that item off my order, instead of being forced to accept the substitution? -And where was that substitution in the first place? -it wasn't in my bag. I Showed the employee, that there was no substitution in my bag. At that time the employee, went to the back, and returned with 3 donut holes in a small French fry type wrapper, and more or less pushed it at me, then walked away. I was stunned, as I didn't want these things, and honestly, the description of the item sounded gross. - I tried one, and yes, confirmed, they are- Nasty. Hot donut holes, with warm flour/vanilla-type flavor mush inside. I get back home, and realize the order is completely wrong anyways. No tomatoes on one sandwich, but they did add extra cheese (which I didn't order, or want).. which ended up being closer to a cruddy grilled cheese with dog food flavored meat.. than anything I would have imagined I ordered. .. and the other sandwich had minimal tomatoes, when I asked for double, and barely any sour cream(which actually tasted like ranch anyways), and of course, that dog food flavored meat. [I say dog food flavored, as it smelled like dry kibble dog food, so I would imagine that is what it might also taste like]. These sandwiches bread items even smelled like wood chips. All for the Bargain price of $15. This was it, the LAST time. I will not be returning. I don't want any complimentary anything, don't want any apologies, I want Nothing from this place. Just wanted to put my own opinion out here, to let people know of this experience. It's Disgusting, and for anyone who still eats this garbage, I doubt your tastebuds Are still in working order. I'll be Saving that $15 from now on, and going to Five Guys. At least it's REAL Quality food With FLAVOR. read more

Ordered a Taco Supreme value meal and not only did it take forever; but they came without the sour cream. If you're a sour cream lover than you can feel my pain. It makes the taco in my opinion. Had there not been such an incredible line I may have gone to get the correct order. But I was hangry and didn't want to wait another thirty minutes. I will probably return because I love me some Taco Bell. But I will for sure make sure to be very clear that I do not want just a cheese and meat taco. read more

First of all... we tried to order the " kiosk " but there...was a..line. So. Then we tried to go to the counter. Lady just.. stood there. No problem. We then waited for the kiosk. We orderd two crunchwrap sepreems. We got them. I look inside.. BAM. Only lettuce and shell. What in the world. I look further in.. tomatoes only at the bottom. That is all.. mid. read more

This place is epic. I'm impressed they're still in business. Every time I go--against my better judgement--the drive thru takes 30 minutes minimum. Without fail, something is wrong with my order. Tonight, I ordered 2 Doritos locos tacos, one steak chalupa, a black bean crunchwrap, chips and guacamole,, and 2 cinnamon twists. I got 1 regular taco, 1 soft taco, one chicken chalupa, some random burrito, chips and cheese dip, a meat Crunchwrap and no twists. Yes, nothing was correct with my order. Why do I go back? I don't know. The window staff are always friendly and slightly insane which is entertaining. And I live in a shithole food desert with limited options. This is America. Make a run for the border. read more

This is my third time coming here (have no idea why I keep coming). This doubles as a KFC - not sure why since they have a hard time with just one of the aspects. First time visiting - they had no chicken. Second time visiting - their grill was down. This last time, they missed food items and gave us like 5 chips with the combo. They just can't seem to get anything right. They're slow and sloppy. Stay away! read more

Taco Bell - Full chip order - Fast Food Near Me - West Lebanon, New Hampshire

Have waited 30 minutes for my takeout. Why am I still here you ask? 1) I am craving bell. I love it. It fills a need that only Taco Bell can. 2) by the time you decide to exit and go elsewhere and then wait for your food at the next place I imagine a similar amount of time will have passed because this is west leb and everyone wants takeout at the same time always and there are only a few games in town. TLDR: learn to cook, stay home, stay happy read more

If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered soft tacos with no cheese due to the fact that im allergic and they put cheese on them, i then asked them to remake it and the worker gave me attitude for it. My friend that was with me ordered a quesadilla with chicken and no sauce and they originally gave her a plain quesadilla with just cheese so she asked them to remake it and they got mad at her for it and when they remade it they out sauce on it. They also were out of drinks and didnt tell us. This place is horrible never come here. read more

This has to be the slowest Taco Bell in the entire country! I have never been to one as slow as this. The drive-through can have less than a handful of cars and take 30+ minutes. Seriously, if there are more than two cars in line, I don't even bother anymore. On a positive note, my order has always been correct and the food seems well put together. read more

Holy cow what a pathetic excuse for a Taco Bell/KFC this is. Drive-through lines can be 45 mins to one hour long and that not an exaggeration read down through some of the other reviews. After all that waiting and usually an extremely frustrating and rude interaction from one of their employees you're likely to find them out of most items or half the stuff you ordered not in the bag. It's been like this for a very long time it's hard to believe that they can still make money and don't go out of business, they must be surviving from unsuspecting travelers getting off the interstate who don't know any better. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Taco Bell/KFC. read more

Unbeievable! After waiting HALF AN HOUR going through the drivethru today, the voice said "we only have Taco Bell". How on earth can KFC RUN OUT OF CHICKEN? read more

Downloaded Yelp to SPECIFICALLY write a review of this place - I would give 0 stars if I could. A 30 MINUTE WAIT FOR FAST FOOD? Rude service. Slow as hell. Overall 0/10. read more

They took my name down wrong wrote it as Shelty instead of Chelsea. Gave the order away to someone else. And when I complained about it and said well everyone after us has already gotten their food and it's been 30 mins I was told and I quote "well it happens all the time here we will remake it" not once was I offered a refund gift card or discount. 30 mins plus wait over and employee screw up is absurd read more

Night time drive thru guy just huffs and puffs the whole time while he's taking your order. You could order the most simple thing and he will still act like you're asking for too much. If you're not prepared to take orders while working drive thru, maybe look for a different gig. This is coming from an ex-fast food worker. read more

Cashier talked about us to their co worker like we couldn't hear them. Extrememly rude, in every aspect. When something was out or they just didn't have it they rudely just shouted, "nope!". When speaking at a normal volume I was told, yelled at, to speak like a normal person. When i was done she disnt hand me my receipt and then 2 minutes later yelled at me for not taking it. Literally just saw her swat at a customers hand whonwas grabbing the wrong food. We went here to save time and it took 24 mins. The food, . Never again. read more

The service was outright terrible. The woman behind the counter was SO rude taking our order. She didn't listen and suggested other items I did not even order. The food was okay but I found a hair in my taco! At least it was semi clean in the dining area. read more

My kids wanted Taco Bell on our road trip. Found the nearest one and got in line at the drive thru. Waited 20 minutes to get to the speaker to be told they only had KFC at that time. What?! Why can't they put a sign up? Fine, we pivot and I get them the $20 fill up box. At least they'll have nuggets. Another 20mins of waiting and I finally get my order. We leave to get back on the road. My kids open up the box and there are NO DIPPING SAUCES! WTF? Epic fail. This place needs to close. read more

This place is so slow. I'm righting this as I sit in the drive thru where I have been for the past 40 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. Don't even bother going here read more

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. Our car and the one in front of us waited for our food for so long that we went inside to investigate what on earth was going on. The lady at the register actually had the audacity to be annoyed with US, snapping "you people needed to be patient!" - waiting 30+ minutes for fast food seems pretty patient to me! For the love of god, listen to the reviews and don't bother with this place. read more

If you value your time and/or you are in any kind of hurry avoid this Taco Bell like the plague. You WILL wait a minimum of 45+ in the drive through for food. We all like a cheap taco but it is deff not worth waiting nearly an hour. It's quite inexcusable unless there is literally one person working. This "fast" food spot should be shut down by Taco Bell corporate. Poor ownership, poor management, poor equipment, poor work ethic; WHAT IS GOING ON. Also, dine-in remains closed despite no Covid lockdown in place. Update: wait was over 1 hour. I witnessed a man pull up and have his food brought to his car without ever waiting in the drive through. The workers brought him food and then took his card back inside to pay. After asking why this man was getting special treatment, the workers responded by saying he had a "big order" and the manger told them they could do it. So I guess u less you know the manger you'll be waiting 60 minutes for your friend chicken and tacos. What an absolute disgrace of a restaurant. read more

Service is sooooooo painfully (and consistently) slow - save your sanity and go elsewhere.

I waited from 8:02pm until I got to the box to order at 9:00pm after hearing the truck in front of me order 4 taco bell items and 1 kfc item to be told we are no longer doing taco bell tonight, thats all I wanted. I'm sure the other 10 or so cars behind me were just as happy for waiting an hour and being told No. This resturant frequently has issues, why are they even open. Just take the time to drive to Rutland their taco bell actually will give you food and you won't have to wait an hour for it. Avoid avoid avoid avoid. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

The lettuce was stale and we had to throw away our food. Terrible!! I had an allergy the next day.

Waiting in the drive thru line. Why is it always closed inside? Took forever to order my food!

The women at the counter were very sweet and timely. The rest of the situation is not okay - both the Taco Bell and the KFC "kitchens" (especially the Taco Bell) were the slowest / most inefficient things I'd ever seen - also, after (I'm not exaggerating) 20 minutes of waiting for our food (there was no one inside in front of us, and 4 cars in the drivethrough line when we pulled in) and after watching a worker stick his ungloved hands into the fries and put them in his mouth one too many times, we literally abandoned our paid for food and just left read more

We live in Vermont and are not near a TB. Been here 3 times and met the owner twice, great experience.

Great food, good service. These people work hard and do their best. Even with the drive thru window closed service was fast accurate and courteous. It's a shame people give businesses bad reviews when they're short staffed. This location deserves more appreciation. I've always loved Taco Bell and KFC and these guys do not disappoint. And as far as drive thru wait times, it just is what it is 90% of the time, and you can blame the people in front of you with more certainty than the staff read more

WORST Taco Bell experience of my entire life. The average wait time is 45 minutes. People who ordered ahead of me got so fed up that multiple people asked for their money back and went to dine somewhere else. When our order finally came up, everything was made incorrectly and several items were left out. Instead of immediately remaking our order, our order was put at the end of the line so we AGAIN had to wait for probably another 20 minutes. Finally the manager came on duty and proceeded to put her hat and shoes on behind the register and jump in to handle the food WITHOUT washing her hands. Hungry? Go anywhere else. read more

The wait was horrendous = 45 minutes for Fast Food! I, too, saw many people give up and leave. I had already paid online or I would have done the same. The 3 stars are for the food and staff: Food= good and perfectly hit the spot for my taco hankering. Staff = friendly, pleasant even though I'm sure they were getting criticized by hangry customers who waited so long for their food. read more

Sometimes a wait but always worth it. Great staff. Tara is the absolute best person she has an amazing attitude still works while waiting for customers food aka stocking cups sauces. Everything she would need. Couldn't ask for more read more

The wait was terrible. The food was wrong. No receipt. Four bean burritos and 1 taco cost $25.00 when I checked-in with my bank online. So each item was around $5.00. The place is woefully under-staffed. The guy in front of me peeled out and left screaming. I feel sorry for the folks that work there because there are simply not enough employees to run the operation. Frankly, the best thing would be to close the store until enough staff can be employed. Staff and customers are very unhappy here. Whoever owns this hot mess take notice. Or don't. But either close or fix this. read more

Absolutely terrible service, I stood at the front for 15 minutes with no one even coming up to help me. The workers move like snails quite literally, working in a fast food chain should consist of you being FAST, why are they hiring people that are bordering nursing homes ?? read more

The slowest drive tru I have ever been at 30 min and still no food. Do not go for lunch if you have to be back to work with the same day

Is this the slowest restaurant in the world? Maybe. Short staffed? I get it. Don't open. Pay your employees.

Extremely slow service; yet was rushed (anything else? Anything else? Anything ELSE?!?) by the impatient person manning the drive-thru. Our order was then delivered with inaccurate and missing items. Since the restaurant inside is closed, we aren't able to get the correct and missing items without getting back into a long, slow drive-thru line. Skip this if you can. read more

I went for lunch a couple days ago. There were about 5 cars in the parking lot and 3 in the drive through. It took me almost 30 minutes to get through to order and then an additional 15 at the window to get food. Way too long for the amount of vehicles in the lot. I asked for a Baja blast soda. And she handed it to me and it was light in color, and when I tasted it. It was water with a tinge of blue for the Baja. And it was flat. When she finally came back I handed it back to her and told her just that. She offered to give me water. I didn't want. I asked for my money back and she said she couldn't because I had drank some of it. The food was mediocre. Can't really blame Covid anymore. It's time to get some good management in there and clean house. read more

sloooooow as hell. I walked in and ordered a burrito. 15 minutes later they hadn't even started my order. To the manager's credit, she refunded my money - but it would have been so much easier just to make the burrito. read more
