I had an extremely concerning experience at this Taco Bell around 12:30am. I entered the drive-thru and was told they were only accepting mobile orders. I complied, parked, and immediately placed a mobile order--only to then be told the store was closing, despite it still being within posted business hours. I was placing my mobile order at 12:42 am for a total of 18 dollars and was told "the store was closing soon" so I could not place the order. The store doesn't close until 1 am. So it seems the employees turned off mobile ordering after explicitly telling me I could order that way. This sequence of events raises serious concerns about deceptive and inconsistent service practices. Customers should not be turned away under one policy and then denied service again after following that policy, especially when the location is still officially open. It appeared the staff may have been attempting to avoid serving customers and close early, which is unacceptable. This directly impacted my ability to provide food for my family and reflects poorly on store management and oversight. read more

i went to the drive thru tonight after i placed a mobile order. after i left i realized they forgot 3 of my items which unfortunately isn't uncommon for this location. i went back and went inside to get my missing items and there were about 6 other people waiting for all of their missing items as well which is ridiculous. i told the worker what items i was missing and he barely paid attention to what i was saying because i had to repeat myself 4 times. he never apologized for the missing items or inconvenience either. once i got my missing items, he still put the wrong sauces in and my cheesy gordita crunch was cold. i asked him if i could please have the sauces that i ordered in the first place and he slowly walked to the bucket and told me "i only found one". i took it and left because i was very annoyed and disappointed with my experience and probably won't be returning to this location given almost everytime i go there they forget one of my items. read more

I ordered on line. When I got there I stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes before someone asked me what name I was waiting for. Turns out my order was sitting on a shelf behind the counter instead of on the pick up shelf. I saw the bag back there when I came in, but I figured it was one someone didn't pick up. When I finally got asked what name I was waiting for; she (looked like the manager) declared "you're all set"! Then to add to the cold food, my order was missing a taco. Ordered a door dash order with 7 separate items everything customized slightly not a single item was prepared to our asking and the only item even worth eating was the chips and cheese who ever is working night shift the entire team needs to be relieved of this job they clearly do not care about. Well, let's start by saying if there was half star that's about what I would give this review. It all starts off with my spouse picking up the order, pulls into the drive-thru line at 9:25 pm. There were two cars already at the window took 15 minutes to get to the window after those two cars and didn't get the food until 10:05 PM. Upon getting home and opening the package, food was completely cold. (we live 6 miles at the most down a major four-lane Road at 55 miles an hour so it wasn't the drive home that made the food cold.) I opened the Mexican pizza took a bite of the shell. The most awful taste. I've had tasted like rancid oil. I got the steak nacho fries out think a new item actually not too bad stone cold took it to the other room to eat it. The Mexican pizza shell was so disgusting and it tasted and smelled like rancid oil and the beans was a big, huge glob that because of the texture looked like it hadn't even been hot when assembled. In fact upon thinking about it, the order took so long that I bet they did not have beans ready for the Mexican pizza. If they had, they definitely would not have looked the way they did cold. We both didn't eat the Mexican pizza's. (Wasted $5.39 x 2) we both went on to eat the steak with nacho fries which also probably would've been better had they been hot or warm even. 1) service time 40 min 2) service person made no contact whatsoever until the road was ready and then there was no interaction either. The. Employee went back to their personal phone. 3) No med sauce packets as requested. 4) no Receipt Out of the past 10 experiences that they're at that restaurant they've all been the same. I like this Taco Bell. Their service has really improved recently. The orders are accurate and the service is fast. The same woman has been taking orders at the window lately and she gets orders right and is also very nice. My nachos belle grande were excellent today. I actually had enough topping to cover all my Chips which hasn't been the case in other restaurants. Good job! read more

Ordered my wife's order and mine separately because this place has a reputation of messing up orders like putting my onions on her order! I use the kiosks so I have proof of what I order! On my order I always order a soft drink and still have to almost beg for a cup when it's brought to the counter! Always love the eye rolls I get because they don't actually read the orders! Anyway, I Ordered a crunchy cheese Gordita with chicken instead of beef, for my wife. Rec'd a crunchy Gordita with a spicy Doritos shell in it. Took it back. Carefully explained what was ordered and showed the counter person, who acted liked she didn't want to be there, the text for the order place under my wife's name. I was given a replacement. Which this time was made with beef instead of chicken! I was not-happy at this point and went back to the counter. The same girl who was working at this point, on the line ... saw me and ignored me for about two minutes. She finally came over and I told her she made it wrong again. She was not happy and never apologized. On the third attempt they got it right. Sadly by the time I got my wife her Gordita ... my three crunchy tacos were cold. Frankly I was so disappointed by my visit to the Hard Road, Webster, NY location that may not return. I ate my cold tacos ... my wife finally got to eat her Gordita and we left. Disappointed and dismayed. Taco Bell did not meet my expectations! Several other customers were also seen going back to the counter with complaints. And ... I waited to review this location publicly because I am usually too busy but today sealed their fate. I order the chicken cantina tacos with avocado sauce. (See photos) this is what u get for $4 each and the last time I stopped by I ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos (to you know , not eat the stuff that gives me extreme reflux like their ground beef product and what do I get? 3 small half assed burritos "if thats what u wanna call em" and a literal smear of beans n cheese n a few chunks of raw onion and a bunch of garbage mild sauce I specifically said no to. People stop at taco bell because they expect their order to be badass like its been better at the Jefferson Rd location in Henrietta FOREVER. Hi Jessica W., Thanks for the reply. But having been a Fast Food Manager for 20 years and a Manager in different forms of customer service for over a total of 35 years. Your comment would have meant a lot more with offering some type of compensation. With that said, it's not about that, but that to me is a fundamental basic response. It shows ownership of the issue. I am not confident with the fact you are an out of town owner that the staff will improve. I switched to this location because another location near there had become so unbearable that I started going to this new location. Well, I'm pretty much done. 4/10/2023 - came here with my two friends, walked in to find an elderly man waiting at the counter to order his food. The employees made eye contact with him multiple times, I eventually let him know he could use the screens to order. I then get my food with no cups per usual, I ask for 3 cups and get eyes rolled towards me and 1 cup handed to me. I then waited for 5 minutes to get my 2 remaining cups. All in all, would highly recommend taking the extra 5 minute drive to the taco bell located on Empire next to Walmart. read more

Now I've seen the reviews for this location and I've never really had problems from here and I order pretty frequently. I don't always stick with the same thing and I don't have problems. Service is always fast and they keep the store pretty clean. Employees are always staying busy and it's always a good experience coming here for lunch. read more

First and last time coming to this Taco Bell. We normally go to the one on Empire- this location forgot parts of our order and missed a few modifications. Food was subpar to other locations, in the one burrito we did actually receive there was no sauce until you got to the middle of the burrito, and the first inch of the burrito on either side was straight tortilla. No cardboard wrapper on the one Doritos taco we ordered which resulted in inedible mush- probably from the ground beef that was supposed to be steak. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Last night I went through the drive through and sat in the parking lot to eat like I usually do. I noticed my cheese quesadilla (my usual order) was only cooked on one side and most of the cheese was cold and not melted. I decided to just deal w it and started eating. The first bite was so so spicy there had to be something in the quesadilla that wasn't supposed to be there, I figured they were pranking me or something. I've had this quesadilla hundreds of times, I always get the jalapeño sauce, this was not that. The quesadilla was inedible so I decided to get my money back (money is tight, I just got a new job). So I went up to the door and it says Drive Thru Only, so I stand there for a minute or so trying to see if anybody would see me. Someone came up to me outside and I told him what happened, so he went around to the drive thru and told them I had a problem and was waiting outside the front door. I waited probably another 15 minutes, both of us banging on the door, no one in sight inside. (You can see the second window from the front door. It's all windows) Finally, I saw a girl making food and banged on the window some more, she ignored me. After about 20 minutes I left my quesadilla on the ground and drove away, I think the two girls in there were hiding/ignoring me because they didn't want to deal with it. HORRIFIC customer experience. No stars would be more appropriate. Order was wrong, poor quality, and horrible service--again! No refund received or corrected order either! Explained at the drive-thru to adjust the order items shown incorrectly on screen. Picked up the order and asked for a receipt, and was told they could not give me a receipt, due to "no paper"?? Drove away hoping the order would be right, and once again, WRONG. Called the store to ask for the store manager's name and help with a new order. An extremely rude and unprofessional female answered after my 3rd call and stated she was the manager and had no name to give! She continued to make excuses for the order mistakes, not providing a receipt, and told me to wait behind 6 cars again to pick up a new order through the drive-thru because only 2 people were working and could not deliver to my parked car directly outside the entrance? I walked in to ask for my receipt from the other register and her face turned beet red when she was caught in her lies--4 people standing in from of the store and paper receipts flowing out of the registers! Rather than apologizing for her extremely unprofessional, dishonest behavior, she continued with more excuses, stating the computer was not working which was why the order was wrong and no receipt could be given. Once I asked why she lied about the paper outage and the number of staff, she flew off the handle and started making threats!! Crazy, shocking behavior demonstrates serious issues. To top it off, the only taco from the order that could be eaten by my son had a brown hair in it- DISGUSTING! This Taco Bell Store is in desperate need of attention and a competent "manager" as the current should not be working with people whatsoever--tremendously under-qualified, lacking customer service skills, zero professionalism and bad management obviously. Good thing the empire location is still open, because this one is employed by literal do do birds. First, I was served a soda when I had asked for sweetened ice tea. Carbonated drinks give me horrible stomach pain, so now I am home with food I can't even eat because I sipped the soda before leaving the drive thru. When I said something to the girl at the window, she insisted she is given me the right drink. I said no, it's definitely soda I just tasted it, and she had to examine it herself before she contemplated replacing it. Then I ordered, and PAID FOR, a 4 piece Cinnabon bites. I'm just getting home and discovering there are only 3 in the bag. I also was never asked if I would like any sauce, and had to ask for it specially at the window, the girl had already handed me my bag of "food", so she basically threw them out the window into my car. I don't know when customer service standard got so shitty, but if this location was to be a contender, they'd win gold. Update: it has been 6 months since this review and I was never even contacted by a manager or any person regarding this incident. This Taco Bell is fine for drive thru. They usually get my order right. I'd you value your time in anyway, do not order food inside. My order took almost 25 minutes. Food for two people. It's like going to a regular restaurant, and a non-fast food restaurant. Just painfully slow.
