More recently I learned that their burritos are great but the size of a small child so order when you're hungry! Staff is always friendly and the space is quiet and comfortable. Went here last week for cinco de mayo. I knew it would be busy but decided to give it a try. They…read moresaid it would be a 30ish minute wait. Understandable. BF and I got a couple margs and waited outside. 40 mins goes by so I go in and check. They say it'll be another 20ish mins. 30 mins goes by and they say another 30 mins. Pretty hangry at this point. Again, I get its cinco de mayo. We finally get seated more than an hour and a half later. We order the guac and tortilla chips as an app. Guac wasn't bad. Chips were stale like they were out all day of cinco de mayo. My BF orders steak tacos as his entree. I order the Cochinita Pibil. "Slow cooked pork in achiote. Served with rice, beans and tortillas". We finally get that 30 mins later. His tacos were subpar to say the most. Quote "I wouldn't get tacos here again". My dish was the BLANDEST meal I've ever had in my life. It tasted like nothing. I was visibly upset when the waitress finally walked by 15 mins later and told her I couldn't eat it. She asked if I wanted something else so I told her I'd just have the steak tacos because I was starving at this point. She then asked if I wanted a box for the entree I originally ordered and I said no because it didn't taste good at all and neither of us would eat it. She began to walk away and I politely asked if she would still charge me for the cochinita pibil and she said yes so I told her I wouldn't want anything else and to just give us the check once my bf was done with his meal. She didn't pay attention to me the rest of the time we were there. She did end up charging us for that bland plate. Pretty sad. I regret not asking to talk to someone because I guarantee no one in that kitchen would have enjoyed it either, as they were all Hispanic from what I could tell. I myself am Central American so I know authentic dishes. Sad to say I will not be going back there. Good luck!

My favorite thing to get is the single enchilada with salsa verde, which is literally under $4. The chips and queso are also super tasty. My husband always goes with one of the burritos. I also love their kids menu since my son is always down for a bean burrito and some chips. Ordering online is super easy and it is always ready when they say it will be. I've dined there a few times and its definitely a casual spot. The only downside is that parking lot gets crazy tight, so I generally prefer parking on the street.

You order at the counter, where the staff is super friendly and helpful, and they bring your food right to your table -- a nice casual touch. I tried one of each taco -- Adobo-marinated chicken, steak, and pork -- topped with shredded lettuce, cilantro, and I chose the Del Diablo salsa. Each taco was moist, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients. The salsa added a great kick without overpowering the flavors. A solid spot for fresh, satisfying tacos and relaxed vibes -- I'd definitely come back to try more!

We've been to…read moreCondesa's other location in Smithfield before and had a great meal there so figured we couldn't go wrong here. Upon entering, they have a nice outdoor area to eat with playful decor that makes you feel like you're in Mexico! We were seated immediately, but we must've just gotten there at the right time cause they were so packed! Our waitress brought over water and chips and salsa and gave us a few moments to review the menu. We ordered drinks, a steak quesadilla, and the rib eye tacos and fish tacos. Food came out quick and the staff were incredibly attentive. The steak quesadilla was yummy but I wish they had the sour cream and salsa or something on the side for it. It was only drizzled on top but since they were overlapping, it didn't feel like there was enough. But that's 10000% just personal preference! it was still very delicious! The cabo fish tacos were so yummy, we got them fried and they had a good crisp to is. But the star was the rib eye tacos. SO good! the green guacamole sauce that comes with it paired so well with the rib eye flavor. Hands down my favorite of the night! both orders of tacos also came with beans and rice. We definitely had leftovers for the next day! Highly recommend this location! Staff was incredible, parking is easy, food was great!

The owners were so nice to chat with. Jay and Erin have been in the bar and restaurant scene for years, and you can tell they are so passionate about it. The menu is thought out, affordable and delicious. Whether you want chicken, pork, shrimp or more, you can get it in the way you want it. Bowls, tacos, burritos, quesadillas and more. You'll be blown away that food that good is priced affordably! There's not much of that left in 2025, but they're making it happen. Their cocktails are amazing too. They are bursting with flavors and there are so many to pick from. They are doing elevated spicy margs, fun beet cocktails, pear daiquiris and the most epic espresso martini I've ever had. You're gonna need one of each! Or maybe two!! I cannot explain how happy I was here. The service, the food, the drinks, the ambiance were all . Go see for yourself!

Amazing service from the waitresses when they weren't busy. I expected to have Mexican food/tacos but it was different than what I've had (I'm Mexican). The guacamole had more of a curry flavor but the queso was really good and I was pouring it over the guacamole to hide that curry taste. The flour tortillas in the tacos were cold and as if they were taken out of the package and the food was placed in them. I think next time I come I'll eat before I get there and just have delicious margaritas and maybe chips and queso.
