I like this Baja's location because of its convenient parking. It does get busy, but they try to make the line go by quickly. I usually get a burrito bowl - shrimp and/or steak, but I've also had their nacho fries & their enchiladas as well. Baja's portions are always generous - the enchiladas can be spit for two meals. The ingredients are always fresh. Enjoy a burrito with jarritos and vibe. They also sell house made chips and desserts as well- but their entrees speak for themselves. read more

I always have a really good experience at Baja's. They have really delicious food. Some may compare to chipotle because of the style of how they have the food set up but Bajas is 10 times better than chipotle. All the options are made fresh and the prices are fair. The menu is pretty extensive so if you're an indecisive person, I would suggest looking at the menu before you go, you can never go wrong with the bowls. I got a rice bowl and my cousin got a salad bowl. 10/10 read more

I have a complaint. On August 30 /2025 I signed into a TOAST rewards account. Shortly after sign-up I asked my wife what she'd like. I placed placed an order for2 Enchiladas & drove to pick- up my order, thinking that my credit card purchase would award me with an additional $29.00 added to my points account. I thought it was a great start! My VISA CARD shows your cashing in my payment. Both sign up and purchase occurred on the same day! But, WHERE ARE MY LOYALTY POINTS??? We returned on September,20 for another enjoyable meal and, I did get my earned 24 points. (I'm happy at this point) I can certainly understand start-up day mistakes and can think you understand it also!! I still have my receipts and I'm willing to give you a copy. Wow! Delicious pork quesadilla and a rice bowl with shrimp delivered to my door hot, tasty and fresh!!! Rounded out with some tortilla chips and fabulous salsa. This meal was a 180 from the last time I got take out. Nicely seasoned rice, flavorful beans in HUGE portions. Seriously - the layers of the bowl went on forever. They are very racist in there. I'm a Dasher. I was waiting for the woman to finish serving the other lady that was at the register and I was there just to pick up a order. The lady clearly seen me standing there. Butt was trying not to see me so some somebody walks in front of me and shows her the phone and she goes right to them and I asked her you just seen me standing here and you just totally ignored me and then the manager or whoever is running over there walks up, snatches the bag and says here confirm it in a very extremely rude and disrespectful manner. I turned around and left the store and I highly advise anybody not to go back there. Very disrespectful place. I wish I had a lawyer and I could sue them for public embarrassment there are other Bajas that are very good and the people are very nice. Baja's never disappoints. The food is fresh, the service is on point, and they know how to bring the heat. The bowls are always fire, and I switch it up every time, but the surf and turf combo with shrimp and steak is a must-try. Chipotle chicken is another go-to, especially when loaded with corn, pico, avocado, and cilantro. The medium hot sauce brings just the right amount of spice for me me and I can normally handle my own with heat. The hottest one, though I think it's like hell sauce or Diablo or something like that ? That's a challenge most won't win. Normally tho bajas is fast, flavorful, and always solid--Baja's gets it done. read more

Love this place so much and the workers are so kind. I came here on a Wednesday when it was clearly busy and the workers were going above and beyond and this one customer had the audacity to huff and puff, mumble under his breath, and roll his eyes because he was impatient and rude. The workers still treated him with kindness but I couldn't not say anything to him in the parking lot. I hope that man that I told was rude and childish learns that patience is a virtue. Great selection, more protein, more flavor, quick service, always stocked, none of this waiting for you want and settling for something else, like other places. I went to bajas with my girlfriend for the first time on 9/12/25 at 5:00pm. I was in line waiting to order our food when I watched the dude preparing everyone's food make a lady ahead of us some shrimp tacos. The guy put the shrimp on the tacos with tongs then adjusted them with his hands. He then proceeded to slide a chicken quesadilla down the line for another customer ahead of us with the same gloves he had touched the shrimp with. I watched this man cross contaminate every taco and rice bowl and every single handle for the food served and containers for other customers orders. I have a shrimp allergy and decided to opt out of ordering anything because if he was so careless on the line imagine how careless the employees are during food prep and storage. Which is a shame because the food looked delicious. We ended up ordering my girlfriend's food only, paid and left. The staff need to be re-trained on the importance of allergies and how critical it is to handle food properly. Especially shellfish which can be a deadly allergy to many people. read more

Unfortunately, this location is nothing like its original location, Thayer Street. We ordered a fried Chimichanga (no sauce) and cajun fries with mozzarella cheese. They go on to put sauce on and say that the chimichanga comes with sauce (not very customer satisfactory of them) and instead of mozzarella cheese, I got nacho cheese which was pretty good but either way they clearly didn't listen to what I, the customer wanted. Great place for pulled pork jerky. The meat was very old and dry and sticks to your teeth. Everything else seemed pretty fresh. Online ordering isn't the best because the rice and beans section is lumped together and even though they have the option for no beans or no rice, it's not a requirement to select. I asked for just mild salsa because I was sharing with my baby but there was some mystery spiciness in random spots of my burrito. Regardless, the pork was so tough that there wasn't much I could feed my child anyway. It could have been better under different circumstances. read more

My family loved this place until today. They gave us the wrong burrito, which we realized when we got home. My husband went back, and they laughed at him. They asked him what he wanted, and he stated the correct burrito. They laughed and said it was my fault because I thought I kept my eye on my husband and I didn't. They took my word for it, knowing I was wrong. My husband said it wasn't my wife's job to keep watch. The line cook admitted he knew I was wrong and gave each customer the wrong burrito on purpose. My husband kindly asked him to remake the burrito, but the guy told him to respect his name and stop being a hater. My husband was confused and demanded the correct food. The line cook continued to be rude to my husband the entire time they remade his food. To which my husband told the guy to leave him alone. Great authentic place added to Cranston. The service is fast and interactive. The food is tasty and tons of options. Jaritos galore and many more types of drinks. I was nervous that it would be a shadow to the East side but it might be just as good. The menu is still too big to see it all but that is what it makes if great. As I sat in the car getting ready to go back in the manager was standing at my car window and said "what's the problem why are you taking pictures ?" as he was berating me through my car window his last words were"youre in trouble now" as I rolled up my window and left. I went to Baja's Warren, R.I. location yesterday, Friday night, at about 7:30pm the employees made me Wait and Wait and wait...(the 3 employees saw me but not one of them even acknowledged ME standing there !) They were soooo busy cleaning the steamtable with what seemed to be a dirty kitchen towel on one side were the meats, beans and rice are served. Then they pushed my burrito down the counter to the other employee who is also cleaning his area with another kitchen towel, re-stocking the sour cream and basically ignoring the customer ME ! Then I attempt to use my Baja's rewards card and the employee seems confused on how to do it. It will be a Long, Long, Long time before I go back, they don't deserve my patronage. I just didn't want to be that guy, especially given everything that's going on. The food was good (to those that got theirs), but the service was terrible on 3 separate "phases" of my experience. First, we place an order around 445. Cali burrito, chicken quesadilla, kids chicken and fries (like always, no matter where we go) and nachos. App tells us 20 mins, but we don't trust the app around dinner time so we get there about 30 minutes later. Not ready, which is fine - given everything going on. Workers diligently working behind the counter, which I respect right now given some of their counter service peers within the industry are making much more staying at home. So anyways, 30 minutes after getting there - they call my name. Lo and behold, the wait is over. I feel like Elijah Wood at the end of LOTR. Beaten up and sweaty, but the battle has been won. Just kidding. I get there and the nice man tells me my order is ready and they threw in cheesecake for the wait. Nice gesture, but that was my "now the tuxes seem kind of messed up" moment. Fair enough. Girl next to him, believe she was running the line, quickly stops him and says "no, we're waiting on his other items." No rush to remedy or explain why the rest of the food isn't being worked on when I'd been there that long. So ok, back to being Elijah Wood hooking and jabbing outside with the mask on. People continue to come in and get their orders - some that placed an order while standing in the parking lot. Now I start thinking there's a conspiracy against me, the only explanation. I must have known the shift supervisor from a past life and eaten her leftovers from the fridge or something. Another 20 minutes goes by. Finally, the order is complete. I gather my bags and head home for a 645/7pm dinner. Driving home like "can't nobody telllllll meeeee nothingggg." I get home. Give my wife her quesadilla, the kids their chicken and fries, throw out my cold and soggy nachos at the center of the table and then grab my Cali burrito. Wait, where is it!? They done made me wait close to 1.5 hours and didn't give me my precious. Luckily, the kids ate during my wait so at least now I had chicken fingers. Not a Cali Burrito, but hey desperate times and all that. We call to let them know, nice girl answers and starts talking about a credit for the price of the burrito (all I wanted) and shift supervisor picks up and states "come to the store and show the receipt" then hangs up. 1 star for that particular worker, 3/4 for the other workers and the quesadilla my wife was able to enjoy. read more

I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was good, my issue is technical. The chicken was cut up into bite size pieces and too much mayonnaise. Seen this place while going to my dentist was like wow when it opens I wanna try it. Seen it was open finally and my 2year old husband and father all decided to try it out. Loved the atmosphere in there with all the festive decor. The staff are super friendly and helpful but English is not that good. The taco salad is to die for and you can add anything you want like beans rich peco chicken stake shrimp anything literally for 9.00. Also the buffalo chicken tacos are to die for just the right amount of spicy goodness. Also the wraps are huge and delicious you can get wheat or regular plus you can literally build it ur own way. The also have a good selection of drinks and cakes / cheese cakes. Be careful when you use a card and pay attorney when it ask you for a tip. Highly recommend this place but it is small inside but very clean read more
