You cant expect 5 stars for fast food people. My 5 year old is a huge fan of Taco Bell, not sure if its because I rarely feed him fast food but if you ask me I would rather take him to Taco Bell then McDonalds. So yesterday my little one mentioned that he wanted Tacos & the Cinnamon Twist so I figured what the heck why not. He has been such a good boy. So as we get there I am thinking I am hungry & do not feel like eating else where. So I decided to try one of their Cantina Bowls after all the commercial makes them look very delicious. My little one thinks so much like me he opted for drive thru instead of dinning there. As we arrive at the house my little one grabs his food & sits in front of the TV to eat. I admit I was eager to try this Cantina Bowl. Oh my my I cannot believe that Taco Bell has such a delicious Cantina Bowl. You can order it vegetarian style, steak, or chicken. I went with the chicken one. I think one bowl is enough, they do not get stingy with it, & they in fact are delicious. You get rice, black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo, corn, guacamole, & sour cream. Not quite healthy but truly delicious. read more

The girl forgot my cup. Make sure you have yours before you leave the counter. The way they set their flow of traffic is not very convenient. They have polls inside the restaurant for long lines when you order your food, but when you have to get out; you have to walk all the way around the sitting chairs just to get to the nearest exit. The interior space is not designed for flow of traffic, but for convenience. Other than that, it's just a normal taco bell you see on any other street. read more

They are open 24-hours, for that reason alone, I love it. They have really weird hours for when some items are available so it does not play to well with the whole 24-hour feel at times. I thought the food was what I expected and that was fine with me. Nothing fancy. read more

I came here twice and every time there was something wrong. First time, I ordered A party pack and a couple chalupas and asked for a lot of sauce. As I get the order I checked the bag and it had no sauce at all. I asked and the guy said he had put a lot in the box. I left and parked to make sure and nothing was in there. good thing I checked. Went to the door I was ignored as if I was crazy hahha so I walked to the drive thru window and spoke to the same guy and sounded surprise, what a joke! The second time I ordered two party pack and a fries box advertised as 5$ but apparently it's 5.99 in this place who knows why. The regular tacos had no tomatoes all of them! I called and spoke to the manager and she says the taco supreme comes with the tomato and sour cream. I eat at Taco Bell frequently and I've ordered the same but difference is it came with tomatoes and the supreme just had sour cream. I guess different managers different standards just saying. I do customer service for a large company down the street, and she would be a shining star. While waiting for my food, I watched her deal with a wrong order and an elderly person who needed help. I didn't have time to wait in the long line because I work at a nearby hospital so I went in the side door to order hoping it would be faster, and the worker tells me they're closed. The drive thru hours are incorrectly listed in yelp. It's 1:14am on June 20th 2017 and I am getting the taco i've been craving for. (Picked up at 1:26) I just witnessed one employee un-lock the door for her co-worker. It's late and she was obviously helping him exit the building to depart for the night after a shift. As she unlocked the door she said a simple phrase like "drive safely". But that wasn't exactly all she meant. Her words were clearly sincere as I could distinguish in her voice she meant more than what she said. Not so obvious to all is that the doors to this restaurant need to be locked at closing time to keep out the numerous customers who park and approach the restaurant long after the posted hours of operation have expired. This isn't always easy. She unlocked the door and said "thank you, (for your hard work/efforts)." I won't pretend to quote her exact words that caught my attention but I have taken this time to say I felt his reward from 30 feet away. I work in an environment that gets paid a greater salary but could learn a lesson from greater people by following her behavior. I don't know what happened to this place, they use to be spot on with my order. Today I came and orders a number 1, 2 orders of nachos, 2 cheese quesadillas, and a airhead frozen drink. It wasn't a complicated order but they forgot one of my nachos, they didn't give me my receipt and when I asked the gal for mild sauce, she said she put some in the bag. Just awful, a disappointment on every level. I am vegan and TB is a great lunch in a pinch, usually. I ordered a fresco bean burrito with green sauce (350 calories, by the way) and a diet Pepsi. Fail: I got a regular burrito (with cheese) and a non-diet pepsi, which was flat. Fail: YOU PEOPLE FED ME CHEESE. AGAIN. Well since my last visit the customer service has improved tremendously but it's still a pain in the ass to try to turn out of this place if you want to try to go left. We drove in unexpectedly and we were pleasantly surprise with the drive thru experience. From the time we ordered we knew the person on the other end was above par. Maria our drive thru team member was amazing. We had not been to a taco bell in a long time we needed some additional time to sort out our menu options. After we ordered and saw Maria, she maintained eye contact and offered us all the condiments we needed.
