I stopped by this location to order two beef Chalupas and large Nacho Fries and waited until I got home to eat. When I finally sat down to eat, I took two bites and realized something was off. I opened the Chalupa and discovered there was no beef inside. Thinking it was just a mistake on one item, I checked the second chalupa and both were missing the main ingredient and essentially just had lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes. At that point, I was already home, hangry, and disappointed. I contacted customer service hoping for a quick resolution. The options I was given were either to wait for a call back from the store to discuss a refund or accept a $10 coupon. The initial coupon offered didn't even cover the value of the items that were made incorrectly. After expressing my concerns, I was eventually offered a $15 coupon by mail, which I accepted because I was tired of arguing about it. While I appreciate that some form of compensation was offered, I was not satisfied with the resolution process. Having to wait for a call back while I'm at work is inconvenient, and a coupon isn't the same as receiving a refund for food that wasn't prepared correctly in the first place. I essentially ended up not receiving a full refund for an order that I ultimately threw away because it was not prepared correctly. I don't think customers should have to negotiate for compensation or accept less than the amount they paid or spend additional time trying to recover money after receiving an order that was clearly wrong. **This is the worst Taco Bell location. Have had issue with other things before but never as bad as this. read more

Probably teach your employees how to have proper customer service etiquette. I'm not sure what's going on with this generation but they are just beyond rude and lacking in that aspect. I walked in at 9:58pm the other day to pick up my mobile order that I ordered ahead so it can be a quick and easy pick up and be on my way. People were still dining inside so why would it be a problem that I walk in at that time. This young woman immediately instead of asking what I need help with or even just greeting just goes "we're closed we're closed" essentially telling me to GTFO. That is insane. I was just introduced to the chicken nuggets and they are very good. This morning my husband stopped to get me a 10 piece combo with fries and a drink. We also got chips and nacho cheese for our baby girl. He came home and there was no fries, nor the chips and nacho cheese. Yet we paid for it, he said the young lady was nice but rushing his order. OK I've given this Taco Bell two chances now. Today I come in and I order 2 Beef Enchirito's - add sour cream. I'm not expecting fine French food when I go to Taco Bell but I do expect to be fed decently. This place is doing everything they can to make a buck.. And in this case at the expense of the customer. I could hardly find any filling in the first one. So the second one I decided to cut down the middle and see what was going on -- what I found was a very thin layer of beans and about 2 teaspoons of meat on each side of the ends to make it look like it had meat all the way through it.. It was drowned in the sauce. And they threw a decent amount of cheese on top and lightly squirted the sour cream on top of that. Well, I was looking forward to having a Enchirito. :( I am so disappointed in Taco Bell, but especially this one!! I will never return again and I hope they go out of business. Because I've been burned in one way or another every time, I will usually will go out of my way to go to literally ANY OTHER Taco Bell when given a choice. Unfortunately tonight my lovely wife requested that I go pick up food from this particular location because she wanted an encharito and had luck requesting it here before. OBVIOUSLY, the person in the drive thru told me when I asked that they no longer have the boxes to be able to make them so here I was at this Taco Bell for no good reason. Despite all the warning signs flashing at me, I decided that since I was in the drive thru already I might as well order instead of leaving to go to a different location. I ordered food for her, my son and myself and pulled to the window. When the guy at the window handed me a single large bag, I asked him if everything was there and he looked at me like I was kind of a jerk for asking. I suppose I could understand his irritation since he probably makes his own meals while on the clock and couldn't understand why I would even consider asking such a thing. Against my better judgement, I took him at his word and didn't stop in the parking lot to check the bag. Aside from the missing Chalupa supreme that was my son's dinner, my wife's Mexican pizza was in the bottom of the bag and crushed by the burritos, soft tacos and 437 mild and Diablo sauce packets. I live near this taco bell, so I have been here many times over the years. This time was NOT a good experience. I ordered thru Door Dash, 2 taco supremes, 2 cheddar chalupa supremes, a quesadilla, chips and nacho cheese and an order of cinnamon twists. I also asked for a bunch of mild sauce. First of all, I received NO sauce at all. I'm sure most people would agree that you need sauce with your items! Second, the cheddar chalupa supremes were SWIMMING in grease! It was if they deep fried the chalupa bread, then just let it sit there in the grease, swimming around and doing the backstroke! It was so bad, I could not eat them. Then, the cinnamon twists tasted like the oil was completely RANCID! Like the oil was from yesterday, or maybe the twists were from yesterday? Either way, COMPLETELY INEDIBLE and the worst taste EVER! So I decided to do the survey. I could not find the store number on the receipt since it was from door dash, so I called the Taco Bell to get the store number, 818-780-8492, the same number listed here on Yelp and on Taco Bell's website. The number is DISCONNECTED! Look, I realize this is Taco Bell, not some fancy restaurant, but I do expect that my order would be correct and not have rancid tasting items or missing sauce or be greasy beyond consumption, for the $30 that I spent on delivery. I also expect that at least the phone number would be CORRECT on their website! I plan on calling the Corporate office during the week and sharing my experience since I cannot take the survey, that is IF their number is not DISCONNECTED also!
