I love this location, it gets really busy, but I never have an issue here. My order is always made correctly, nothing is ever missing or forgotten. They always give you so much napkins, sauce, they make sure you have all the extras. Not like these other restaurants that nickel and dime you over the condiments! read more

The service is terrible. There's no one running the register, you olace your order using a kiosk, they call your name behind a wall and disappear. This place needs a ringer to get their attention. I had to ask for water, napkins, wrong order item. I felt like they were doing me a favor with zero empathy or customer service. The same applies to their drive thru. I was just introduced to the chicken nuggets and they are very good. This morning my husband stopped to get me a 10 piece combo with fries and a drink. We also got chips and nacho cheese for our baby girl. He came home and there was no fries, nor the chips and nacho cheese. Yet we paid for it, he said the young lady was nice but rushing his order. OK I've given this Taco Bell two chances now. Today I come in and I order 2 Beef Enchirito's - add sour cream. I'm not expecting fine French food when I go to Taco Bell but I do expect to be fed decently. This place is doing everything they can to make a buck.. And in this case at the expense of the customer. So the second one I decided to cut down the middle and see what was going on -- what I found was a very thin layer of beans and about 2 teaspoons of meat on each side of the ends to make it look like it had meat all the way through it.. It was drowned in the sauce. And they threw a decent amount of cheese on top and lightly squirted the sour cream on top of that. Because I've been burned in one way or another every time, I will usually will go out of my way to go to literally ANY OTHER Taco Bell when given a choice. Unfortunately tonight my lovely wife requested that I go pick up food from this particular location because she wanted an encharito and had luck requesting it here before. When the guy at the window handed me a single large bag, I asked him if everything was there and he looked at me like I was kind of a jerk for asking. Against my better judgement, I took him at his word and didn't stop in the parking lot to check the bag. Aside from the missing Chalupa supreme that was my son's dinner, my wife's Mexican pizza was in the bottom of the bag and crushed by the burritos, soft tacos and 437 mild and Diablo sauce packets. I live near this taco bell, so I have been here many times over the years. This time was NOT a good experience. I ordered thru Door Dash, 2 taco supremes, 2 cheddar chalupa supremes, a quesadilla, chips and nacho cheese and an order of cinnamon twists. I also asked for a bunch of mild sauce. First of all, I received NO sauce at all. I'm sure most people would agree that you need sauce with your items! Second, the cheddar chalupa supremes were SWIMMING in grease! Then, the cinnamon twists tasted like the oil was completely RANCID! Like the oil was from yesterday, or maybe the twists were from yesterday? Either way, COMPLETELY INEDIBLE and the worst taste EVER! So I decided to do the survey. I could not find the store number on the receipt since it was from door dash, so I called the Taco Bell to get the store number, 818-780-8492, the same number listed here on Yelp and on Taco Bell's website. The number is DISCONNECTED! Look, I realize this is Taco Bell, not some fancy restaurant, but I do expect that my order would be correct and not have rancid tasting items or missing sauce or be greasy beyond consumption, for the $30 that I spent on delivery. I also expect that at least the phone number would be CORRECT on their website! I stopped by this Taco Bell location because it was near the Quiznos we went to. The drive thru was busy, probably due to them closing the door because of covid so everyone has to stick to drive thru. I just came to this location to try the new Dragonfruit freeze since I haven't tried it yet. I usually stick to the Baja Blast Freeze which is so good but I wanted to hear what the hype was all about. Unfortunately I did not like the Dragonfruit Freeze, it was too sweet for me. The drive thru is kind of weird because there a curve that's different from other taco bell, so you have to be careful to not scratch your rims. The staff was friendly, fast, wore mask and gloves so during this covid time it's a good thing to see. I'm pretty sure during lunch time this place probably get busy and when you exit, its on a major street Sherman Way so you might get stuck if you exit that way. It would be best to exit on Haskell because it's a less busy street. read more

Hit the drive thru on the way to an appt. It's not the easiest place to get into or get out of, unless you are heading west. But besides location, the parking lot was clean, the order taker was extremely friendly (which at times is shocking.) Real simple, nachos and a water. Two mild sauce. Got it perfect, with a smile and no eye roll because of my simplistic and yes, cheap order. Even got my hot sauce right. Drove off, grabbed a hot chip. Yay.
