I stopped by this Taco Bell location because it was near the Quiznos we went to. The drive thru was busy, probably due to them closing the door because of covid so everyone has to stick to drive thru. I just came to this location to try the new Dragonfruit freeze since I haven't tried it yet. I usually stick to the Baja Blast Freeze which is so good but I wanted to hear what the hype was all about. Unfortunately I did not like the Dragonfruit Freeze, it was too sweet for me. The drive thru is kind of weird because there a curve that's different from other taco bell, so you have to be careful to not scratch your rims. The staff was friendly, fast, wore mask and gloves so during this covid time it's a good thing to see. I'm pretty sure during lunch time this place probably get busy and when you exit, its on a major street Sherman Way so you might get stuck if you exit that way. It would be best to exit on Haskell because it's a less busy street. read more

Hit the drive thru on the way to an appt. It's not the easiest place to get into or get out of, unless you are heading west. But besides location, the parking lot was clean, the order taker was extremely friendly (which at times is shocking.) Real simple, nachos and a water. Two mild sauce. Got it perfect, with a smile and no eye roll because of my simplistic and yes, cheap order. Even got my hot sauce right. Drove off, grabbed a hot chip. Yay. Taco Bell really works hard at their false advertising. We ordered two Double Chalupa boxes. We get home and the double Chalupa is more like an over sized bread. Very disappointed. I felt cheated. It promises more meat and cheese, yeah right more like more bread and lettuce. I tried calling the number to speak to a manager and it just rings and rings until eventually a fax machine picks up. I had placed a mobile order to pick up through drive-thru but was told that there was a "new policy" and that all mobile orders were now to be picked up in-store. I found it weird but didn't think it was a big deal so I went inside. Unfortunately it was what happened after that was pretty annoying. I waited almost 30 minutes for an order that I had placed 20 minutes in advance so I assumed it would have been ready by then. Four other customers had made their orders at the register and had received them until the staff had realized that my order was actually ready the whole time and they had just forgotten about me. This location is my go-to Taco Bell as its the one closest to me and had always given me amazing service until tonight so I am really disappointed by this experience. read more

On two separate occasions I've been harassed at this location by the homeless and the crazies that hang around the building. I usually keep quiet but felt compelled to tell their manager, and her reaction was less than enthusiastic. The short conversation was uncomfortable for her and rather than appologizing for the inconveniences or promising to be more vigilant, she said all she could do was to ask them to leave and that they don't have to comply. In one instance, a crazy guy in their drive thru was throwing ice at my car (unprovoked and random) while their staff were giggling inside.
