Just came through drive thru. Asked what came in a Crunchwrap supreme and she did not say there was any meat in it. When we bit into them there was meat. Came back to drive thru and told her what happened and that she could make people sick by not stating what comes in them and she just paused before asking, "so you want black beans? Pull forward" a different employee gave us a refund, new food and apologized. Best taco bell in the area! Always friendly service, they have never messed up my meal, and they are generous with the hot sauce packets! My favorite items are their chalupas, beefy 5-layer burrito, and you can't go wrong with $1 happy hour loaded grillers! Best meal you can possibly have for under $3! read more

I ordered the quesarito and crunchwrap and both seemed to have a decent amount of filling inside along with plenty of cheese. Great food for good prices, good music that's not blaring, friendly staff, and clean surroundings. Definitely recommend

First off, I am well aware that Taco Bell is NOT real Mexican food.... But with that being said, they still lack real Mexican food flavors and you damn near have to drown the food in hot sauce to get the flavor desired. The service at this location is a bit slower then most but over all it is clean and friendly. The new Quesalupa was a disappointment. I ordered the steak version and was not liking the overall greasy feel of the shell and the level of cheese made it to cheesy and the flavor was dulled. Maybe that had more to do with the amount if "meat" that was actually used and not so much the design. Either way, still boring. I'll stick with a normal taco shop any day. read more

We came here Saturday night and the front door was open so we went in. When we walked in the scroungy kid behind the counter said they were closed and we had to use the drive through. The problem was that we were in a limo and it wouldn't fit through the drive through. When I told the rude dirty scummy kid with a heart tattoo on his neck this he said too bad. He was very rude and unprofessional just like all of the brats working that night. If you are going to have the front doors open to a business you need to accommodate the customers that come in and if you were really closed for business then LOCK THE DOORS ! You don't refuse to sell food to customers that come in through an open door !! This place is being run by kids with no clue and no responsible managers anywhere to be found. MANY times, expecting those flavors that I remembered. I kept thinking that is was me and my tastes have changed but after looking on-line, you HAVE changed. Maybe for nutrition, health fat content, whatever and I don't care. I do not like your food anymore. It is MUSH, there are no separation between textures and flavors in the ingredients, everything taste the same. I am sure that you are making money and business is good and I have tried ALL the NEW items as well as my old favorites and everything taste the same no matter what you order. If I could give this particular TB no stars, that's what I would do! I always order the same items at any Taco Bell and so I'm quite familiar with how things should be prepped and the way they ought to taste. This specific experience was "disappointing" to say the least... They "no longer carry Baja Sauce" for the supreme chalupas and the Cinnabon delights I ordered were past Friday and borderline burnt and dried out in the middle no creamy icing filling. This will be my first and last visit to this TB. On the upside, customer service and lemonade/strawberry freezes were superb so at least they've got that going to earn the 1 star. read more
