Came in to order at like 11:30pm as soon as we walk in me and my sister hear "gtfo" The hours on the door said open until 12am. we were standing deciding on what we want for maybe half a second and the light skin boy with glasses was muttering not so quietly about how we needed to gtfo and white boy with glasses looking at us funny. I placed an online grab and go order online. the order was placed at 11:20pm when the store's dining room closes at 12am. I went inside they open doors to pick it as the directions instructed me to at the pickup shelves. I was told to leave and I could not pick up my order as instructed and needed to pick it up at the drive thru. within a few minutes my food was ready for pickup. Adios Taco Bell. The team that works at the Queen St location is the worst. Consistently get simple orders wrong - today my wife ordered 3 soft taco supremes, 2 cinnamon twists, and a slushie at the drive-through. When she checked the bag before leaving the window she found she was given 2 burritos, 1 cinnamon twist. When she alerted the girl at the window she was given a HUGE attitude, complete with an eye-roll. My wife was so disgusted she just said the heck with it, and left. Also - today when the girl at the window gave my wife her change she only handed over the bills, cupping the coins in her hand. My wife had to ask for the remainder of her change. Last time I was there the girl at the drive-through window didn't give me my change ( a few dollars) - I had to ask for it. When I asked about my change she said "well, some people just leave their change as a tip, but I can get you your change if you need it". If I need it? I don't mind tipping, even at a fast food window, but that is up to my discretion, not up to the snotty, presumptuous person handing me the bag at the window. With the way the prices have gone up, it's no-longer a cheap meal, and no matter the cost I won't tolerate the kind of "service" that's provided there. There's many other options down the street. Today we got none of this. We waited 15 minutes for a chulupa and a bean burrito. It tasted like dog food wrapped in greasy bread for $9. I ordered ahead on the Taco Bell website and drove ~16 minutes to the restaurant. The website said my order was ready for pickup. The doors were locked, at ~10 PM, even though the website says dine-in until 12 AM; so I waited ~40 min in the drive-thru line to grab my order. I get to the window and the DT Cashier/order taker said they lost my mobile order. I verbally tell him what my order was: One Zero Sugar Baja Blast + Two fresco Black Bean Crunchwraps w/seasoned rice and potatoes. I get the drink. ~10 minutes later I get the bag of food. One crunchwrap has no beans. One has the beans, but also fiery Doritos. I ask for a refund. They push back saying they'll remake the food. At this point I'm frustrated and have no faith in their ability to make my food properly. I hand over the bag and leave. I'm currently contacting the bank to reverse the transaction. Also still hungry having not eaten all day and it's almost 11:30 PM. Used their restroom when I was finished eating because that is part of the Taco Bell experience. Did my business ready to clean up and BOOM. No toilet paper at all. While waiting for my friend to bail me out of a crappy situation(literally), I read a plaque on their wall that states the pride they take in cleanliness and that they check their bathrooms every 30 minutes. Ah, the Southington Taco Bell. When I was younger this was one of the "go to" spots for hanging out in a parking lot and doing nothing. I ended up coming here on Friday night after a 7 hour drive from Buffalo. I came here around 10:00PM with low expectations (I don't think I've ever left this location thinking "this is definitely a good Taco Bell". I ended up ordering a few of the $2 items and pretty much everything I ordered was a mess. The mini quisadillas were basically just thrown together and forced shut while leaking absolutely everywhere. The fritos burrito didn't actually have more then maybe 2 fritos in it which bummed my fritos craving self. Overall, the nostalgia of this location was not enough to fix the lackluster and poorly made food. read more

Living in town, we've been here about 25 times at least. The food is consistent. You know what you're going to get as far as quality and quantity. The staff seems to be well trained and helpful. For a fast food place, this place seems to live up to the name more than others. The food is delivered quickly! My review has sorely needed an update given the last two experiences I've had with Taco Bell in about the past week. Both involve a Doordash delivery. Both involve excruciating waits. Both signal a huge problem with Taco Bell being unable to get food out in a timely manner. About a week back I ordered (about 12:15am) and Doordash set up a delivery driver. The fellow was very nice and communicative, and he'd told me how going to Taco Bell involved large waits at their drive thru. Sure enough, it took him over 40 minutes after his 1am or so arrival to get the food to me. (And it took a long time to even get Doordash to assign a driver- starting to see why with those waits). My food, by the way, was entirely cold. Not luke warm. Cold. But I have the tracker and know the driver was waiting- so it's not on him. Cut to tonight. Placed an order at 12:16am, Doordash had warned on its website it was having some problems due to 'high volume' of orders. Anyway, order's in, it's not enormous, about 6 items and a drink. Doordash again can't seem to assign a driver. The estimated delivery time keeps creeping up. 1:13. 1:18. 1:23. on and on, and it finally tells me "If by 1:58 we can't get the order done we'll work to resolve it." ... What, Doordash? It cancels it at 1:50am and says it's because 'the restaurant is closed'. Let me get this straight. Taco Bell had 75 minutes minimum to make my order- and it couldn't do it? That is quite a problem they're having. And it's quite the almost 2 hours wasted for me- no food obtained. read more

This is hands down the worst fast food place I've ever been to. My friends & I were driving down to NYC from VT & needed a rest stop to grab some quick lunch. The place had maybeee 3 people in it when we arrived. The first couple of people in our group went to place their order...30 minutes later, we were still waiting. It's not that complicated - it's fast food. They served 6 drive-through people before even filling one of our orders. When we expressed our frustrations, the manager shrugged at us and said "I just don't know what to do". I'm pretty certain that if a manager in any other business (food or otherwise) said something like that, she'd be fired in a heartbeat. One of my friends was waiting for an additional 30 minutes for his food, & when it came out, only half of his order was correct. He told the manager that's not what he ordered & she took it back, gave him a refund, & proceeded to not serve him at all after that.
