Since then, they have been one of the most amazing spots ever. Great food, a variety of options, so many specials and amazing service. Every person that works at all these locations has always been friendly. I haven't dined in at the new one yet but from what I see they have a full bar and the ambience looks great. Their steak is always perfectly cooked, medium rare, juicy most and packed with flavor. All of their meat options are absolutely delicious. They are limited on the sauces they provide but I am so happy they are consistent throughout. I've had their burritos, their wings, their enchiladas their chicken you name it. The food there is a bit pricey but we wanted to give them a shot. Upon getting the order home I discovered that the chips (from the guacamole with chips) were missing! It' wasn't worth another round-trip drive to get the missing chips, but it shows sloppy work. Otherwise the food was OK, though not a great value. They would have gotten three stars from me if I hadn't been short-changed by the missing chips. Since I can't trust this restaurant to get an order correct, I won't be going back.

The spicy cauliflower was flavored aggressively, in a positive kind of way. The accompanying ranch brought everything together. You also can't go wrong with a brie stuffed pretzel. I don't typically like sweet in what is traditionally a savory flavor profile but the fig jam really added a welcome new dimension. Santa fe salad was gigantic. I actually was able to eat the rest of it for dinner on the following night. Absolutely loaded with goodies like avocado, corn, cheese, black beans, scallions, tomatoes. What a combo of flavors and textures in that thing. GF enjoyed all of the tacos except for nashville hot chicken but she isn't a big fan of chicken to begin with. I was especially impressed by their drink menu. They have a literal "smoked" menu which I could not pass up. I went with the southern smoke which is out of character for me because I typically don't get bourbon (for a reason...and i suffered later). This drink packed a fucking PUNCH. My goodness. There is no candy land bullshit juice drinks here, you definitely get your money's worth. There was a touch of a time period between when I finished my drink and was asked if I wanted another but at least they did ask. Ultimately a good experience. Needed way more tomato but cilantro and lime proportions were good. Ground Beef Tacos - ground beef was a bit greasy and the crunch taco shell was stale. The crunchy taco shells are Old El Paso.. the boxes are in the kitchen. There's no spice heat in the food. They had no hot sauce available (?!?). They also had no guac the day i was there which is like 35% of the burrito bowl experience. Soo yeah, the experience definitely leans toward the negative.
