I don't think we have enough sauce
    Lauren S.

This was a last minute decision. We had just checked into the Red Roof Inn behind this Taco Bell and were hungry. It was around midnight so there were not many options in the area. I have been craving Taco Bell for a while so this was a great opportunity to satisfy it!! Since we had the dog, I hung out with her in our hotel room while hubs went to order and pick up food. We usually order the same three items each. Hubs orders soft taco supremes and I order the chicken quesadilla, chicken chalupa, and some random item off the value menu. I did not wait long for him to come back, which was great because we were starving lol. I was not overly full like usual because the food was very skimpy with the ingredients. The chicken was dry like it was sitting under a hot lamp all day. They did get our order right, which is hard to come by these days. We also got hooked up with a shit ton of fire sauce so that was cool. I must say it was way better than some other crappy fast food I have had.

    3 Soft Tacos Combo

Ordered 3 tacos with beef lettuce cheese and beans on them. Got one with JUST beans and the two others with just beef! Do not order from this place! Slow and poor service

    Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos

Spends $30 for two people. Asked for meat and cheese only. Every taco comes with lettuce and no cheese. Ordered two sets of nachos with cheese. Each set maybe had 8 chips. Wtf

They don't even deserve 1 star! Ordered #8... 3 Dorito Tacos & the new Grilled Cheese burrito. Asked for No Sour Cream bc I am allergic to it. Get out order, get on 95 South to find out all my food had sour cream. So then I realize I was charged for supremes when I didn't order them. You'd think after I took the next exit & went back they'd apologize but NOPE! Didn't get any money back for what I didn't order. They made my food again & this time every taco was broken, like seriously they were crushed. AND these idiots want $15 an hour. BS! They are getting another bad review but directly to corporate.

Fourteen minutes this evening to purchase two bean burritos. From order to delivery at the counter. In my opinion that is true fast food.

One of the coolest touches? A TV disguised as a piece of art that's actually a live stream of downtown St. Augustine. Such a fun, unique detail! Now let's talk food I ordered the shrimp and grits tacos, and WOW--they were packed with flavor. The grits added this unexpected crunch that worked so well with the shrimp. The textures blended perfectly and made every bite interesting. My husband went for the Miyagi beef tacos... and let's just say there were zero leftovers. He cleaned his plate, which says everything. Great vibes, creative food, and a memorable experience all around. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to!

Despite the crowd, he stayed attentive, friendly, and kept everything moving smoothly, which really stood out. The menu is where things get especially interesting--unique, playful, and definitely not your standard fare. I tried the chicken apple pie sandwich, which was as unexpected as it sounds. It was fun, different, and surprisingly good! It is one of those dishes you won't find just anywhere. Husband loved his upscale bologna sandwich and the waffle fries were yummy! Overall, Treylor Park delivers on atmosphere and creativity. It's a great spot if you're looking for something a little outside the box with a fun, energetic vibe and memorable food.

There is a small covered area but it's mostly high top seats for a few people. But this is a neighborhood spot feels like you're eating in your backyard. The line for ordering can get extremely long during popular dinning times such as lunch and dinner. So be prepared to wait in line and wait for your dishes. I promise it is worth the wait. I recommend ordering chips and queso they do bring that out quickly and you can much while you wait for your main dishes. The UFO is my favorite dish on the menu and I crave it all the time. It's a flour tortilla that covers a hard taco stuffed with a protein (I love that blackened Mahi) and you can get it spicy (Baja style) or mild (the works). Absolutely the best thing here! If you're grabbing to go, check their website. Sometimes it's not open, but normally you can order ahead and pay online. So when you arrive you can pick up at the pick up window. Love this new addition. You cannot go wrong with anything, everything is amazing and honestly top contender for best taco on St Aug!

Sunday night, 9pm, and somehow it takes a full 40 minutes to produce...two burritos. Yes, two. Burritos. Just in case that needs to sink in. But don't worry, it gets better. The woman ahead of me only waited 45 minutes before discovering her order had simply ceased to exist. Lost ticket, no food, and a friendly invitation to wait even longer. So really, my 40-minute wait felt like I hit the express lane. And the grand finale? The food finally arrives--after nearly an hour of anticipation--and it's...painfully average. Not bad enough to be memorable, not good enough to justify the wait. Just perfectly mediocre. So if your goal is to waste time and lower your expectations simultaneously, this is your spot. Otherwise, maybe keep driving.

Before we even walked in, we were reading through the reviews and noticed that the owner has a habit of responding to any criticism with an absolute novel of complaints back at the reviewer. Honestly hilarious. We pulled up around 3:30 on a Friday and were practically the only people there. We ordered everything to-go, which honestly felt like the right call anyway since the inside is pretty tiny. I got the shredded chicken bowl, same as my mom. My dad got a chicken burrito and my brother got a steak burrito. The flavors in my bowl were good but nothing that really stood out. It was heavy on the rice, onions, and black beans, which was a problem for my mom since she's not a black beans person, so she wasn't thrilled with hers. My dad was still a little hungry after his burrito. My brother was the happiest of the group with his steak burrito though, so there's that. Overall we just didn't feel like the portion sizes and quality justified the prices. The staff was friendly, which was appreciated. But it's a middle of the road experience for us. If you go, maybe stick to the steak options based on our little sample size.

A huge shoutout to Kaylie behind the bar--she was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and clearly knows her craft. Every drink she made was spot-on and she really elevated our whole experience. I did have a less positive interaction with another bartender (Jeremy) who came across as a bit dismissive and not very welcoming. I saw him roll his eyes at a coworker when she turned her back. It stood in stark contrast to the otherwise great service we received. That said, Kaylie absolutely made the afternoon amazing for us, and I'd highly recommend stopping by--especially if you get the chance to sit at her bar!
