The cashier took my money and gave back change all in dimes and never interacted with me for 15 more minutes She finally opened the window David sorry about your wait. I said what is the hold up. Oh they got your order wrong. #1) There were three Taco bell employees in a huddle chit chatting doing nothing but socializing while I waited on my order. #2) how hard is it to prepare five soft Taco supremes. #3) even if they got my order wrong how long does it take to correct my order and get five soft Taco surpremes ready to go out the drive thru window. I had a very unpleasant experience at the Taco Bell on Hwy 72 Rolla, Mo. They ran my card for payment but noticed right away that I gave them the wrong card, but I ended up paying cash. I was assured that the card charge would not go through, but unfortunately, it did. When I called the first time, the person spoke with was kind and told me they would look into it and get back to me. Days went by no update. When I called again, the girl who answered was extremely rude. She told me they don't handle these issues over the phone and then said she was going to hang up on me instead of leading to who I need to contact. This has been very frustrating and disappointing--not only because of the double charge, but also the lack of professionalism and customer service. read more

My wife and I visit Taco Bell drive thru often and this is the 1st time our order was so bad. The 2 bean burritos were just as we normally get however the 3 Taco Supremes and 7 regular tacos were not much more than a Taco shell with a very small dab of each ingredient. We could not return to the store due to time constraints but from this point forward, we will be checking each Taco before we exit the drive thru. We were very disappointed! I hope this was just a lazy employee that won't be there the next time we visit. read more

I love Taco Bell but at this location they do switch the special taco with the Doritos taco in the luxe box the double bean &cheese burrito is delicious and it is on the dollar menu. They are pretty nice sometimes they can be a little rude and short. So I'm glad there is a other Taco Bell!! read more

We pulled up to the drive through and I had both of my autisic brothers (Allen and Ivy) with my girlfrien, her freind and myself. my brothers, not knowing the steak casorito was not on the menu shouted out that that's what they wanted. the lady who answered said, "okay sir, if you're going to keep up the horse play, we can cancel the order and refuse to serve you.". Then to say "we have a lot of drunks.". I explained we where not drunk. At the window, we where greeted by a male, instead of the female that greeted us through the com's. He explained that he told her to say that. Everyone knows what to expect from Taco Bell as far as food. Here, you get that, prepared well. You also get a clean-as-possible lobby, cheerful service, and an overall nicer experience than expected. Even when facing a rush and shortages, I could tell the team behind the counter were doing their best and putting customer service as their priority. Absolutely do not go here late at night. They just have a bunch of kids and sketchy people running the place then. I had asked for a beefy 5 layer burrito with no refried bean bit instead they only but refried beans and cheese in the burritos. So if you go here late at night expect the worst. read more

I love tacos but each time I went to Taco Bell I felt ripped off. The tacos has so little meat , mostly lettuce. Actually there were times when I didn't even get that.
