Been going to this Taco Bell since at least 1999, when we bought our house in the neighborhood nearby. Used to be an old school TB, but it got a makeover about a decade ago. The service has always been decent, and our orders have rarely been wrong in all of these years. We have usually gotten our food to go but occasionally have eaten inside. Kind of nice having a place in the area that has been very consistent for nearly three decades. As my wife mentioned in a previous review, it does feel like a training store. Lots of new faces all the time. Not a bad thing as it hasn't affected the level of service. I definitely recommend stopping here for some grub if you're in the area. But I did have some chips and that always makes a bitter lose easier to swallow, right? This is an okay Taco Bell. Half the time they get my order wrong. So I almost never go to Taco Bell, like it's been probably 2 years but we kept seeing a chalupa commercial and we needed just some simple comfort food. Well the name on the receipt says Jeremy C but it was a young lady actually helping me and she was very friendly and had great service. I'm not sure if this was her first job ever but she acted like she was really happy to be there. The lobby was clean and everything was setup with a good flow. I would literally leave less than one star if I could. This place should not be open 24 hours. They cannot handle it. The manager gets too upset when he has to do his job. The employees overcharge for three dollar items and then when the manager has to refund it, he gets angry. When you ask for sauce because they don't offer any, they only give you two sauce packets for your whole meal. Do not go here under any circumstances drive 2 miles to the other Taco Bell. I got their cheesy beef burrito with rice. The beef was ground beef. The rice had some spices to it. The cheese was tasty. The beef burrito was a nice small size. The line in the drive thru was quick. I order ahead often to avoid waiting too long. I have the app so that I can earn rewards too. They often get busy around noon. I also like to add their sauce packets. They add additional flavors to the meal. Their parking lot is a bit small and shared with a few other stores in the area. The five dollar meal box is also quite good. I mostly like the nacho cheese. The cheese is flavors and smooth. I like Velveeta. Yum! read more

Taco Bell has been struggling for a long time with flavor and value. Well they need to go back to the drawing board again with the new cantina chicken bowl. It is flavorless. Colored Spanish rice without any flavor, chicken was almost flavorless. And the container that they use was only 1/4 full. Not worth almost $7.00. I could make that same size with a lot more flavor for $1.50. I know they need to make profit on what they sell, but not from me. A lot of their products have gotten a lot smaller and more expensive. Ugh! Came here monday morning at 5am. Sat there for what felt like 15-20min for a basic order. Soft taco supremes and a bean burrito. They offered me a free drink for the wait, but I declined. I'm hoping your manager sees this review. So I live in Chandler. My go to TB is usually the one at Warner & Alma but I occasionally will stop at your location. It's truly amazing how different two TB's can be and literally 2 miles from each other. Your store has consistently better prepared, better tasting, better overall quality food than your neighbors. I've noticed this in several occasions and not in just the last couple of months. I feel like it's been years, it's always been better. I will continue to come to your store from now on. I think the quality is a reflection on how the managers are doing things at their store and you must have some great management. I went there yesterday and it was sooo good. Years ago, this place had a bad rap for messing up orders. I've moved in the area, and I'm happy to report that is no longer the case. My order is always right. They sometimes forget to hand me a cup. But I can overlook that. I have now uploaded the app, and it helps when I'm in a hurry. Go in store, though, cause the drive-through may be slow. I only come in the evening to this location but this is the nicest tacobell I have been to. Everytime I go they are always so unbelievably nice and the food is always right. They are so accommodating even when I am the one who makes the mistakes. Especially one person whom I sadly cannot remember the name of, they wear glasses with a full brown beard and dark hair. I go to this Taco Bell for many reasons: close proximity to work, I can have my lunch quick & still have time left on my lunchbreak, I like the vast selections of things to order from the menu, and the customer service here is very good. Every time I have been here, I have been greeted with a smile and with prompt service. Not once have they ever botched my order or made something not to my liking. I see the General Manager here each time I come in and he's even waited on me a few of the times! Very friendly and accomodating man he is. The dining room here is always clean and free of trash and dirty tables. The crew takes pride in this restaurant and it shows. I return because of all the reasons I first described in my review and I enjoy taking my lunch here. read more

Why does this specific Taco Bell smell SO bad? I admit, I go here about once a month. I get it, it's fast food, what do you really expect? But this particular Taco Bell smells so bad I have to cover my nose while I pay because of the stench spilling out of the drive through pay window.... If I could give this store -0 points I would, to start off with I feel as if your AM employees forget that they get paid to operate and provide good customer service from the company. The service I received this morning was so disgusting that I will be reaching out to a corporate manager. It takes 3 second to work with the cst and provide with things they request in addition to their order like sauce. Theres no reason why "KATHERINE FU" needed to treat me with such unprofessionalism. When I asked for DIABLO sauce she proceeds to hand me 7 hots sauce when I realize and pull back to window she then proceeds to tell me that if I wanted sauce, I would've had to order it at drive-through,com, which I then nicely, explained to her that I had worked for the company for three years and know that that is not how it works and proceeded to hand me one packet of Diablo, and say, here's your extra hot sauce, I can honestly say that I will never be going back to this Taco Bell and I hope this review gets to where it needs to go. read more

I just have to give a shout out to this location. I went through the drive thru after not really having gone to a taco bell in a long time. I asked about a couple of my favorite things that I did not see on the menu and he said that they had discontinued those items....namely the seven layer burrito and the double decker taco. The food was hot and well prepared Elijah took an accurate order Chassidy was a busy bee keeping the lobby clean and was very personable All the people on the line we efficient and speedy in making the food (I don't know names) and the Manager Gordon was outside taking the garbage out! Sooo....it's not good. Been here a few times, it's never been good. But today, I ordered a blue raspberry freeze. I got TWO cotton candy freezes instead. Informed them of their mistake, got a blue raspberry one with a lid that wasn't on all the way so it spilled all over my car. They gave me another one with a lid that was on all the way (yay for me). I love Taco Bell, I know a lot of people would be shocked or disgusted by that but it really is probably my favorite food - not just fast food, so my review could be very biased. I just moved out here and this location is literally within about 90 seconds of where I live (driving) so I come here often. Because of my bias towards the food though - which is also fast food so you really do know what you're getting, same here as any other Taco Bell - I'll just go over the other aspects. I haven't eaten inside before but the outside area of the location is clean and well located/easy to get in and out of. The drive thru speaker (the device, not the person speaking) is really not loud enough especially if it's a busier time of day as the traffic on the road right there can genuinely make it hard to even tell if anyone is talking (it's THAT quiet). This is pretty bad but it's never made it a thing that ended up a huge problem, just a few times of having to ask them to repeat what they said. The accuracy of orders for me is currently 100%. The speed of getting your order in to getting your food is fast. The staff themselves, having dealt with multiple people at the drive-thru now, are all really nice and almost have an In-n-Out vibe of really caring about your experience even if you're just passing through in your car. And for the food, just as fantastic as any other spot and in terms of what they might change, like portion size for example, no problems there so far either. If you like Taco Bell then there's nothing bad to say about this specific one. read more
