Literally the worst establishment on the planet. God awful service? Check! Never open when their hours say they are open? Check! Horribly prepared food? Check! Rude employees? Check! the food was horrible the tacos had almost no lettuce, the meat was very soggy, some of the shells where sticking to the paper. had to go up multiple times to get items that we didn't receive or to get cups. Took quite a while to get our food. when i opened my burrito the tortilla was burnt and falling apart. all together not so good of an experience. will not return. read more

Missing food, ordered 1 taco out of 6 with no lettuce, they all came with no lettuce, my pepsi was all soda water, the bib obviously needed to be changed (you can see the light color of the pop) but they dont care. Slop in a cardboard box instead of the plastic bowl, with contents spilling out of the open edges and dirty finger prints and grime all over it. But the kicker was ordering it the first time, and then getting it home only to realize there's no rice at all. Just lettuce and beans. At first, I figured that this and the food in a cardboard box was a mistake from a new hire. Nope. They "don't have the plastic". Dine in was closed even though store was open and dine in was advertised as being open. Upon entering the drive-thru on foot we were told to place an online order. Once the order was placed and confirmed to be ready for pick up. We were told once again to find a car. After getting a car and coming back we were told that the order was never placed and they had no idea what we were talking about. The food was already paid for and we never received it. I was so bummed today! I go to Taco Bell a lot... it's embarrassing. Every time I go to this location, there seems to be a problem. Today, I was the first in the drive thru line at about 5:00p; I ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos, 2 cinnabites, and a Baja Blast. It took 15 minutes for me to get my order, and they forgot the rice in my burritos... Seeing as that is one of 3 ingredients, they are pumping out burritos at a 66% success rate...Bummed.
