Dine in was closed even though store was open and dine in was advertised as being open. Upon entering the drive-thru on foot we were told to place an online order. Once the order was placed and confirmed to be ready for pick up. We were told once again to find a car. After getting a car and coming back we were told that the order was never placed and they had no idea what we were talking about. The food was already paid for and we never received it. I was so bummed today! I go to Taco Bell a lot... it's embarrassing. Every time I go to this location, there seems to be a problem. Today, I was the first in the drive thru line at about 5:00p; I ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos, 2 cinnabites, and a Baja Blast. It took 15 minutes for me to get my order, and they forgot the rice in my burritos... Seeing as that is one of 3 ingredients, they are pumping out burritos at a 66% success rate...Bummed.
