The restaurant is very clean, lovely music playing just loud enough to hear but not so loud that you can't hold a conversation. The chicken Rajas I got was excellent and such a LARGE portion! This is enough for three meals! The ingredients were fresh and very tasty. I also ordered a Mexican coke. This restaurant you place your order at the cash register so there was no wait staff. I was given a big circle which buzzed once my food was ready for me to go and get from the counter. Plenty of booth and table seating. It was pricey, but again, mine is enough for three meals. read more

Food, service, and ambience are all amazing! We absolutely love the authentic Mexican quesabirrias shredded beef corn tortilla tacos with the fresh cilantro and onion and side of beef consume! read more

Not terrible for a kinda mid-scale white person mexican food spot. It's nothing to write home about but if you're in the area and need something to eat on a weekday night this is not a bad spot to try out! read more

Eating Mexican food this deep into the Midwest seems strange but Yelp said this was a great place. And I'd have to agree. The place is very clean and inviting with a mixture between an old style Mexican restaurant and a new style counter order. The margaritas were delicious, the quesabirrias were very good with the consomé being the highlight, and they stock my FAVORITE hot sauce; El Yucateco. The people are very friendly and eager to keep the place clean. I would recommend not sweeping so voraciously two feet from a dining customer but no big deal. Great place to for authentic Mexican cuisine! read more

Authentic Mexican cuisine. Excellent quality and quantity. Like the self serve sauces as I like it hot. Best in the area

Dynamite food, fantastic service just can't say enough. Nice things about this great place.

Tacos are amazing. Everything is cooked fresh. The lobby is very clean and organized. It looks like restaurant but the process of ordering is more like fast food. You order, choose your seat and they'll buzz you when your order is ready. I love how they have a variety of hot sauce and condiments. Everything is authentic and I'm sad I just found this place. We will definitely be going for more food soon. The only complaint is we ordered the oysters and the menu proce is $21.99 but we were charged $31.99 and didn't realize it until we got home. The tropical chicken taco is also very sweet. The sauce and pineapple over takes the flavor of the chicken. It's not bad - it's just not for me. $90 later but we were full and happy! read more

Best Mexican food in the area, super authentic and very flavorful. The service was good, and the restaurant was clean and cool looking. Largest size michelada I have ever seen, and their carne asada torta was bomb. Al pastor tacos are great, can't wait to try more of their food. read more

Very good Mexican food. Would eat again. I really like their daily deals and variety of salsas. I just wish they had a chip bar included. read more

The place is very neat and clean. The staff is very quick at cleaning up after customers. My boyfriend and I got take out, but we were observing while we were waiting for our food. The food was great! Very authentic. My boyfriend got a burrito and it was huge! Very delicious too! I got the al pastor street taco and that was very satisfying. I also got their menudo soup. I wish it would've been spicier, but it was still very good. It's a bit more on the gamey side, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're not into gamey tasting food. I like gamey food so it was very tasty for me. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We also love their little sauce bar. It had a variety of sauces and very convenient for us to choose our own sauce based on our own preferences. Overall, this is my new go-to place for authentic Latino food. read more

This is a casual Mexican restaurant in the Onalaska area. You place your order at the counter and get a buzzer to let you know when the food is ready. The food was fresh and my tacos were very full. The Carnetas were average, chicken had nice flavor, but the Al pastor was AMAZING!!! Best I have ever had. I am sitting here wondering if I should order two to go for lunch tomorrow. Plenty of onion and cilantro on top. Limes were on a little buffet table to the side, so I had to go back and grab them. The chips and queso were also average. Definitely not complaining, just saying I probably won't crave it. The menu also had quesadillas and burritos. The desserts looked great as well. For a casual spin on dinner, and some fantastic Al Pastor, you should check them out. read more

Came here for lunch. You place orders at the counter and they give you a buzzer/pager for when your order is ready to retrieve. In the meantime, you can find a table while your order is being prepared. The restaurant is spacious with lots of seating options. We ordered chips and salsa, Quesabirrias, Chicken tacos and Chile Verde with carnitas. Everything was delicious! The Paloma was great too, tasted very similar to a Margarita. The restaurant space seems new and modern and very clean. We would definitely go back again! read more

Delicious authentic recipes and great prices. There is plenty of parking, beautiful seating, and fast service. The food is very delicious and clean. The drinks are very good. We ordered tacos and sopes. I liked the chorizo taco and the ground beef with lettuce and cheese. I did see the the regular tacos had onions and cilantro and it was quite a bit! If you don't like onions ask for light or on the side. They also had a salsa bar with a variety of authentic salsas! Some were spicy so be careful! I didn't get pictures of our food because we were so hungry and I ordered three tacos but the portions were huge I had to take one home. It's Mexican done right, I can't want to come back again and try more of their dishes. read more

Amazing Tropical Chicken Tacos, very good and plentiful. Love the Avocado Salsa as well. Carnitas meat very tasty and good quality. Really was a great Lunch. Only thing I didn't love is the Chips, otherwise excellent all around. read more

Excellent food, nice salsa bar, great service, and you can tell the tamales were made with love. What more can you ask!

Terrible, you order at a counter. You have to come up to get your food. Then you have to dispose of your waste ( clean the table) but they ask you for a tip when you order, why?? They didn't do anything outside of cooking it! Then they didn't give us a receipt. My husband ordered a shrimp quesidilla- he got a ham quesidilla! I ordered a frozen Mango margarita, I got a lime one over ice. BTW- taco bell makes a better burrito Supreme. Our bill was over $50 too! read more

As a Texan and lover of Mexican food, I tend to come with caution to a taqueria in Wisconsin. Rest assured, this place is totally legit! Had four tacos - shrimp, fish, lengua, and carnitas- all were delicious. Lengua is particularly rare in these parts and theirs was tender and had that wonderful mild flavor. They also have classics like menudo, quesabirria, and cabeza. Solid margaritas too! Highly recommend! read more

Delicioso! Authentic Mexican street food, and it's spectacular. Took me right back to Mexico with the street tacos and salsa. Get the chicken pineapple taco; you won't be disappointed. This will be a must stop for our trips to Chicago. read more

Food was good and atmosphere was very nice. My husband was not a fan of having to place our order at a counter then having to go and get food after you get buzzed and even have to get your own silverware. There is very basic service here. I did not mind it and felt the food was worth it. So your call just be aware this is very casual place more like a Mexican deli to me but if you don't mind that and want great tacos defiantly hit this place up. read more

Nice clean place with AWESOME tacos! I had the Al pastor and pescado. Both were excellent.

Drove past when looking for a place to eat lunch. Glad we turned around! This is a semi-fast food style restaurant. Store was very clean and employees were friendly. Food was excellent. Husband had pastor and carnitas tacos--came with cilantro and onion but was able to add lettuce and cheese. I had a carnitas sopas and a green chili tamale. I'm picky about my meat, and this was super good. Also ordered chips and salsa. The self serve bar had at least 4 varieties of salsa as well as fresh limes, radishes and cucumbers. Everything was truly delicious. read more

The street taco's were very good. Growing up in South Texas I've learned to temper my expectations but I was pleasantly surprised even the hot sauces were fresh.
