Me the the kiddos make a new food place board in our kitchen where we write places we have never been to before and this place was one of them We walked in and the place didn't look half bad it was a bit messy I started to order I asked for a chicken burrito with cheese and sauce this lady thought it would be funny to put a single piece of chicken on my burrito I told her if she could add more she said it would double the amount I would have to pay I'm paying 58$ for 3 burritos that are the size of a baby's head and it was dryer then my ass after that Taco Bell accident so I told the woman if she could get me the manager because I had a bad time after a few minutes the manager walked out I told him that the burrito only had a single piece of chicken and I'm not paying extra to get one more the manager said there are other people who want chicken What the hell is he talking about we were the only ones here and they had a mountain of chicken Will never come back again read more

Made an online pickup order at 8:35 PM on a Saturday. I guess you just shouldn't do that! The app gave me a pickup time at 8:50. I walked in at 8:51, the 6 employees were cleaning up and enjoying each other's company. They hadn't even started my order. After I gave them my name, they got tortillas out. Then 2 people walked into the restaurant to dine in, and received their entire order before they added the rice to my burrito. After they finally made my 4 inch long burritos, they placed my pickup order in the drive through shelf, despite the fact that I placed a walk in pickup, and it sat long enough to go cold! Thanks Chipotle! It's honestly the worst franchise in the country. read more

This place is always filthy. This is the 3rd time in about 2-3 months I've been to this location and there is just food all over the tables and floor. Napkins on the floor. Straw wrappers as well. The glass by the food looks like a 3 yr old wiped snot all over it. Garbage overflowing every single time, too. The last two times there have only been a few other people besides me (3-5 total) and easily 2x as many employees working. One worker wiped down a table near us and didn't clean up the food and garbage on the floor he knocked off. read more

Sad that this has to get a 1 star review, but I guess that's what happens when you let a bunch of unmotivated teenagers who don't show up to their shift run a food place. They have amazing tacos and burrito bowls, my girlfriend and I come here twice a week at least , but the last month they have been closed during open hours. Today we purposely waited until later in the day (3:30 PM) to grab food since that's when they "opened" yesterday , and of course they are closed. But besides their horrible work whenever they want mentality, the workers are either Class S tier or Class F. I've had people who have made me the best tacos ever, but majority of the time they throw food items on it , messy as hell, and then throw it in the bag. As a Mexican food lover and chipotle being my favorite place to eat, I am very disappointed and really hope they get shut down, it's more of a strip tease for food giving me food Blue balls. :) read more

This is an awesome Chipolte! The staff is awesome the food is awesome and the place is beautiful. The bathrooms even super spic and span clean. I see there's a lot of negative reviews here and I personally eat that over 200 chipotles all over the country. My humble opinion is this is a great restaurant. I'm sure when they open they may have had some trouble as I can't believe so many negative reviews could be totally wrong. But people learn from their mistakes in the store rocks. Your not ready for this one! The sign on the door states " Opens at 10:45. " The door was unlocked I assumed they were open. I walked in and immediately had a manger screaming at me to get out! As I was leaving I looked at my phone and it was 10:45. Now I had been struggling with cancer for several months. My mind clogged from Chemo. I didn't need that kind of treatment from a restaurant. I have been in contact with Chipotle all the way up to the CEO, and am getting nowhere with this company. They are not willing to apologize in a acceptable manner. Absolutely awful experience! Not only were the employees rude but they hardly gave any food, maybe a half scoop of rice and when I had asked for more they scoffed. When I got my food to go the lady threw my side of sour cream in the bag and it broke so it leaked through my bag and al my food had gotten soggy. Will not be coming here again read more

This place is disgusting. First of all it's insanely unsanitary. Floors and tables are usually dirty, so is the drink station. Not sure if he's there anymore, but one of the workers put his bare hand in the lettuce and saw him vaping prior so that's gross. The drinks like the agua fresca stuff and lemonade always seems to have something floating in it. The meat is always fatty and every bite is usually a chunk of fat or it's uncooked. The rice has a very gritty texture as if it's not cooked all the way, and I've never had a bowl that wasn't like that. The service is usually iffy. It depends who is working that day. They also can't seem to figure out portions for their life. Always under filling or over filling the bowl and they never actually listen when someone says they don't want a lot of something. Overall a garbage restaurant. Needs better management too. It's horrible. read more

It's one of the worst chipotle restaurants I have ever eaten in or got food from. We ask ourselves, is this even a chipotle? This place is not like your regular 'great customer service' chipotle. Went there today for lunch and the doors were locked .An employee came out,we asked her if they were opening today and she said she didn't know!As we were leaving multiple people walked up to the door trying to get lunch as well.Nobody knew anything.I totally understand that things happen but it would be appreciated to at least put a sign on the door next time. read more

Waited a few months after they opened to let them get in their groove... went last night at 9pm, an hour before close. Place was empty and as we walked in heard an employee telling someone "not to open a new one." Didn't think much of it until I tried to order and they were out of black beans. She scraped about 6 on to my burrito after I asked again. Then we got to salsa and they were out of mild?!? I asked if she could pour some of the juice on my burrito for flavor. Then as I am finishing up they are helping my husband. He proceeds to also order black beans because he was not there when I ordered. Lady says they have none as a guy is bringing a fresh new pan of them. Lady tried to shush him away and say they don't have any but he didn't hear her, so offers some to my husband. Next, I ask for chips and queso... to which they reply they have no chips. WTH??? I know darn well they have an hour before close and there is not a chance they are out of all these foods in a Friday night in a franchise restaurant that serves four entrees... they are just too lazy to prep more. National franchise of Mexican fast food and they don't have chips, salsa, or black beans?!? On the crazy chance they were out....I saw at least 6 employees working, not another person besides us in the place eating or ordering, and we are located 3 minutes from 2 grocery stores, a Walmart, and a Target.
