This Taco Bell is probably the worst fast food place I've been to yet. The employees all have a very disinterested tone and expression, and while they may not enjoy working at Taco Bell; customer service still matters. They were also very slow to give a refill, my boyfriend waited for about ten minutes before any acknowledgment from them. He had gotten a refill before, then I had him get me one and they told him it's one per person. When he explained it wasn't for him they reminded him one per person, then took the cup with a very annoyed reaction. They also only had Pepsi and Baja blast for drinks and no mild sauce, which may just be an inventory issue but that should also be taken care of. read more

If you actually receive your complete order the food is good, however if you eat here you MUST check your order they WILL forget items or leave out items, I continue to patron them out of necessity but any time I've not checked and reminded them something's been forgotten, at least $20 worth of food I've not gone back for as I'm about 5 miles away. read more

Horrible food and portions I went to taco been tonight aug 31st 2023 @10:42 and regret it not only did I not receive my cheese rice burrito I got 2 nasty grease soaked soft tacos ( pictured ) Do they not drain the grease? How do you serve this to someone. I also got fiesta, potato's also picture and the serving was small and they looked disgusting . I also got the.2 chalupa meal and my shells were very soft every time I've had a chalupa they are crispy and have a crunch. I think the night/ closing crew is lazy and inconsistent to serve someone this . I'm over this place with the bad food and even worse service. Placed an order on the app for the Power Bowl. Got to the drive-through speaker and the girl said she had no order for me. When I confirmed the address and that I place the order on the app, she said they had no Wi-Fi so therefore no app orders and then silence. I came through Taco Bell because the drive thru sign was on. The establishment's doors say they are open 10 am - 1 am, aswell as the google result info for the Inverness location. As I sat in the drive thru, an automated voice message claimed the establishment was closed, even though there were employees inside & the store was supposed to be open. I parked in the parking lot, low & behold, a different car went through & they took their order. Very livid that the establishment isn't being consistent with its service & claiming no service when it's open. read more

Got a take out order today after going on line at Taco Bell Since the Inverness store doesn't have a menu, I used the generic Taco Bell Menu found on line Once home, we found our orders did not match what we ordered For 2 box lunches (5.99 each) and 3 plain (meat and the wrap) burritos, the total came up to 20.30. When I called and spoke to Manager Stacie, I was told that they don't have the boxes we ordered but they would replace the 2 items we ordered that were incorrect in the boxes they gave to us. I also asked why we were charged for extra meat in the 3 burritos. I was told they don't sell just plain Beef Burritos so they ring up bean burritos and add the charge for beef. What happened to the value meal type of Plain Beef Burrito? 3 of them cost me 7.17. We are talking about a small tortilla and a bit of beef filling. I could have purchased another surprise box (I call it that because you don't know what it will contain) for another 5.99 Whomever the owner of this establishment is needs to re-evaluate their menu and charges. Also they need to understand that people who pick up food and drive home to eat it are not particularly fond of being told they can drive back up to pick up what they didn't get or what wasn't right and don't like spending 20.30 for what should not have cost over 15.00-16.00. If you feel confused reading this, you should have tried eating it. This Taco Bell use to be Top Notch but not so much now. 20.30 down the drain. read more

This specific Taco Bell fails to make my meal correctly every time, no matter what I get. If I try getting a power bowl, my rice is ALWAYS crunchy as hell, any taco I get is thrown together like someone did it blindfolded and my topping are falling off before I can even unwrap things, if I don't ask for extra beef, my tacos come almost vegetarian. The only thing they have going for them is consistency. They consistently mess my orders up. The staff isn't too mean or anything though. They just need to seriously straighten up. read more

I have worked in hospitality 25 years and I feel you need to know, you have created a neighborhood Taco Bell that you can trust. Your staff is competent, diligent and thoughtful every single time. Despite every modification, they give me anything I ask for with a smile. Love the new addition of the self kiosk. AMAZING. I have never reviewed a restaurant before, and this experience made me so frustrated I need to warn everyone else. This place has always been a little rough, but it's Taco Bell, what more do you expect? When I walked in there was a pretty big crowd waiting on their food, and I should've walked out then and there. I wasn't able to enter drive-thru due to a lawn guy standing in the way on his phone, so I thought this was the best option. I had to wait almost 10 minutes just for someone to come up TO THE REGISTER. There only seemed to be 3 employees actively working, and they had quite obviously prioritized drive-thru which was super disappointing. It took forever to order, and I only ordered 3 items. And then, it took 15 minutes just to get my food. A couple that had walked in while I was waiting tried to be patient, but they ended up getting so frustrated because nobody would come up to the register they stormed out. I didn't blame them. I used to come here almost once each week, but this experience has certainly changed that. I have never associated myself with being a Karen, and I don't even really blame the employees working. Honestly, this is a huge management issue because they clearly don't have enough people working this shift. All I can say is they certainly need to get it together. They are very friendly to police fire and EMS. I've been here several times and my order has always been quick and accurate.

My husband and I pulled up around 10 pm, we went into the restaurant to get take out. We were the only ones in there the whole time. What amazes me is that they took quite a while just to get our order together, especially an order for just 2 people, and of course because we didn't check the bag, we didn't get everything we ordered. The previous day, I made a donation for our soldiers, and in return I received a coupon for a free taco, was not in the bag. Also, we ordered those new chicken rolled tacos, which are good by the way, and they did not include 2 sauces that we had asked for. It seems like every time I order take out there is always something missing. I don't think that we as customers should always be responsible to check our order and make sure the employees are doing their job. read more

Did online order and had horrible experience. The only good thing was they actually started order before I got there. I ordered a box of tacos. Instead of a box they put those 12 tackles plus the 6 other items I ordered in ONE bag! So I had a bag that instantly started tearing and getting soggy. Got home and found all the taco wrappers were stuck to tacos and gross as the paper stuck to tacos. Then the four soft taco supremes I ordered without cheese cake with cheese and were not supremes - they were missing tomatoes. I normally check order there but it was such a full bag and the place was so crowded, I just asked for assurance that everything was there and I got a quick, "yes". So as I carried bag in house the bag tore and I had taco sauce on arm. The bottom was ready to fall out. Not sure why they are still wrapping soft tacos in paper?? Anyway very disappointed today and tried to review directly to Taco Bell from the app with my order and there is no such thing. Tried online but the load time for webpage was ridiculous. read more

We really enjoy the new place. It's very friendly and inviting. We love the nachos however if you ask for extras they will charge .50 for each item but you won't find it on your food. They recently switched to instant tea. We like Coke products and fresh tea. So we won't be getting a drink anymore. read more
