I had a chicharrón taco but it wasn't my favorite. Chicharrón is typically crunchy but mine was soggy so I didn't like that. Tortas are my favorite so I am picky. The bread was a little dry, didn't have enough meat and I didn't like that it doesn't come with avocado and jalapeños. However, they included it for us. Now, the quesabirria was really good! It comes with consomé and you have to add the cilantro and onion in there and dip your quesabirria in it! It was great in flavor, cheese and meat! I loved that the consomé (birria broth) was super hot!

It started as a food truck near the turnpike to now a beloved staple in the Ocoee area. She's had customers range from Anthony Bourdain, Tiger Woods to Shaquille O'Neal.
