Enjoyed by far their best menu option (in my opinion), the Grilled Cheese Burrito Deluxe Box. Couldn't hesitate at the opportunity of the limited-time menu option being back. My go to for many orders over the past summer. Food was hot and distribution of all the different ingredients remained balanced so it was as good as I remembered. Also had the pleasure of enjoying this alongside Sam Mendes' opus, American Beauty (1999), a great film I also highly recommend checking out. A moving picture of suburbia and ironic with a small fast food subplot in there, too. The Taco Bell was too good and the food was all up in my digestive tract at that point, though, so that didn't diminish the product. read more

You know...it isn't bad. The food is better than I remember from college though it's more expensive. This store was clean and the cashier was polite and friendly. I've been to Taco Bell a bit more since my June review and service has definitely upped the game here. Yes, it is still packed at dinner time and usual weekend late nights and it doesn't help that there are 3 restaurants that share one small parking lot. But the drive through is moving!! the girls working the drive through are always smiling and they get my order right!!! and if I ask for extra hot sauce.. it's okay--- NOT like when you go to "Mc D's" down the street and ask for ketchup- and they give you that "look" as if the ketchup was prized gold or something- yeesh!! if you prefer to eat in the dining room it seems roomier since the remodel. The new Naked Chicken Taco CHALUPA -- I stand corrected by Mini-Me.. is delicious I've probably had a few too many but I prefer it with just the chicken, lettuce, tomato and cheese annnddd red sauce.. those Loco Tacos can be very addictive so, yep got to' be careful with those. I have stopped off a few times and had the breakfast wraps to go, but I think a great item to add to the morning line up would be a bean, egg and cheese burrito, I mean they got everything else on the food line this would be simple enough. You really can't go wrong with anything you order at Taco Bell, its consistent, tasty and easy on everyone's budget and the happy hour snack menu and frozen beverages are very refreshing in the hot summer days we have out here. I am a Taco Bell guy all the way. Used to love the Mexican pizzas as a little boy. My mom would pick up those 20 taco family meals for us all the time when I was in school. My teen years I fell in love with the $1 spicy chicken burrito. Then we faced some tough times with the meat rumors (maybe facts, but who cares). Now Taco Bell is back, strong as ever with they're big time partnership with Doritos. I've had all three Doritos locos tacos, and each was is insanely good. Shells fall apart easier, but the flavor is through the roof. Also got to try the smother burrito, who's commercial I've been quoting to my wife for weeks, and that was pretty solid as well. This particular location was the one I've frequented more than any other as a 20 year Jackson resident. If I'm driving by, I'm stopping. When I gotta play DD and pick my sister up from the bar, we're making a pit stop and she's paying. Service has its ups and downs, but I haven't had a disappointing experience here in years. Very convenient location on Rt 9 in Howell. If you haven't tried some of their new stuff, get over here before it's off the menu! Love you Taco Bell. Honestly this has to be my favorite Taco Bell or fast food place. The food isn't bad, they always get my orders perfect, the staff is so nice and friendly, and this has to be the the cleanest fast food place I've seen in a while. Never dirty, tables are never sticky, stuff like that. It's a nice change of pace. Plus I don't know what it is about other Taco Bell's but this one makes food that isn't below standards. First of all this is our favorite Taco Bell, we recently moved into the area a few months ago and have never been disappointed. Tonight I was in there with my 7 year old daughter who recently turned 7 and the cashier was the sweetest doll ever. She was sooo beyond kind to my daughter by telling her a ring she had was magic and giving it to my daughter after they struck up a convo over Christmas decorations. As someone who comes from a customer service background, I was at a loss for words of how awesome it was to experience her gift. It melted my heart. My fiancé and I are in there often and know this employee works hard and we'd like to say a special thank you to her and we appreciate you so much!! This Taco Bell has friendly staff, yet the food isn't that great. It's fast food Mexican food, so you food isn't going to be that great. I do like the quesadilla with the hot sauce and the cinnamon swirls though. Despite liking the food, I've gotten sick from here 3 times. I had massive stomach issues all night. It's probably do to them microwaving the food in the back or something. I would not recommend eating here ever! read more

My husband and I, we're 83 and 84 years old, stopped by Taco Bell yesterday around 4:30 pm , 8/17/21, in the drive thru. We placed our order and had a question. The person inside responded, but we couldn't make out what they said and asked them to repeat what they said. All of a sudden, a male voice screamed at us with an answer. I don't mean just talked loudly to us, he S C R E A M E D at us. We were soo taken back I just drove around to the window and said to the tall young kid, Who the hell do you think you're talking to? He made an excuse it was his microphone and I frankly told him he was a liar and asked his name which he wouldn't give me. A young girl stepped forward and I asked her his name and she also would not give it. I explained to her my husband and I are a little hard of hearing which is why we asked them to repeat their response. This was totally uncalled for by the young boy who obviously has no experience dealing with the public and should NOT be on a microphone. We certainly don't intend to EVER go back to your restaurant and rest assured we will tell everyone we know, and go on line, to let people know the kind of ignorant and rude people you have working there. Used to be a huge Taco Bell fanatic. But for the past year and a half, every experience has gotten worse and worse. The lettuce was always near or already rotten, the meat got worse. I knew it was dog food grade but something changed. My boyfriend and I decided to finally go for the first time in about half a year together. The past three times have ended in major stomach aches and being on the toilet constantly. Got hungry thinking about breakfast potato wrap which wasn't even available due to no breakfast. Anyways, I get three tacos and nacho fries. Oh lord. I started feeling nauseous about three hours later. Thought maybe it was from a nap. Take a ride out somewhere, start feeling even worse. Ok, maybe just motion sickness. Nope. I lay down for about a hour, then proceed to throw up everywhere. It was so awful I was shaking I'm not even being dramatic. Went to the drive thru at this location with a group after Six Flags, on the way to our hotel so it was around 1am. 3 people did separate orders (pretty large orders) and the guy on the other end was very nice. I asked for a power menu bowl but was told they don't do bowls after 11pm so I asked if there was anyway to just get whatever veggies they have in a bowl or burrito, they said they would put something together for me. To my surprise when I got it, it had everything I could want on it and more. Everyone else was super happy with their food and wait time was minimal, even though there were cars ahead of us. Overall very impressed by the customer service at this location especially for it being 1am. Very nice and accommodating people as well as the whole order was correct. I went thru the drive thru the other day and got a power bowl no rice or sour cream. When i parked to eat there was (what i thought) sour cream so I went back around. The lady told me she didn't put sour cream, it was avocado ranch (i didnt know cane on there) but would happily remake it. I said sure bc i was a picky eater and apologized on my part. Always loved coming here for a quick after-work burrito. Considering I work at the Home Depot across the street it was a convenient spot to eat. The food was great as usual... well, Taco Bell quality, but as I was leaving one day I had to take a quick stop in the girls room, where to my surprise I found 2 employees engaging in sexual activity. Astonished, I immediately reported it to their superiors. I do hope they were terminated for such behavior. If you see a Nicole or Tom working DO NOT EAT.
