I wanted to wait for the next visit because I came in and had some good tacos a few months back and wanted to make sure it wasn't just an oversight and they were going to go back to where they were. But no. Very cordial staff when you walk in they don't rush you. Dad wanted some gorditas on this particular day so I came in and got them. Also got some three hard shell taco Supremes. And two orders refried beans to go. Very clean store staff was very pleasant quality of the food one got home was very good. It's good to know I don't have to travel 25 minutes away for a decent Taco Bell again for now hooray. Folks let's keep it up. read more

This location is absolutely horrible, AVOID it if you want to enjoy your food!!! We have given them a few chances but never had a good experience at the Homer Glen location and today was by far the worst. Hashbrowns were very greasy like they weren't cooked long enough and oil was not up to temp. The burritos were literally slapped together with one piece of sausage used to cover both... You can get a much better sausage burrito at McDonald's and it's cheaper!! The breakfast crunch wrap was basically an extremely greasy hashbrown (even worse than the ones mentioned above) with eggs and meat as an afterthought. Personally I am a big fan of Taco Bell breakfast but after today that is no longer the case. As you can see the pictures speak for themselves My suggestion to corporate is better vet your people and/or train them better!! If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars, I would. But I had to give them at least one star to post this review. This place is a masterclass in how NOT to run a fast food restaurant. Decided to get taco bell today in Homer Glen, ordered a chicken enchilada burrito and bean burrito. For the chicken enchilada burrito (the burrito normally comes with chicken, cheese, rice, red sauce and sour cream) i requested to add fresco to the burrito. when i got the burrito, it literally had chicken and lettuce and that was it. What the f***! And for the bean burrito (which normally comes with beans, onions, red sauce and cheese) I added supreme which is sour cream and diced tomatoes. There was only beans and lettuce on it. First of all, where is all the ingredients that is supposed to be on there and second, why is there lettuce on both my burritos that should not be there? And here I am paying extra for supreme!! Was having a difficult time with the Taco Bell APP which would be no surprise to anyone who has ever used it. After wasting precious time I decided to if someone at the restaurant could possibly HELP ME complete my order. I was directed to a young lady named Jackie, what a wonderful employee you have here. Jackie went out of her way to make my Taco Bell experience a good one today, and saved the day. This Taco Bell is not exactly close to home but I will make it a practice in the future to be wanting some TB when I am in the area. Athens worst service I've ever had, 11-3-24 it takes special person to ask 3x if I wanted steak or sausage for a breakfast box then I end up getting sausage after saying steak 3x. Just got back from taco bell and I do have to say this is probably the worst experience i've ever had. First off, it took about 5 minutes for anyone to answer on the drive thru speaker, but once he did, he was friendly, I will admit. We got to the window to pay, and it took about 15 minutes for them to even open the window to take the card or give us the food. We had two separate (very small) orders, and the worker came to our car about 5 times asking what was in the order for one of them over and over. They clearly weren't in the right mindset and it was so unorganized. After arriving home, we opened the bag and the order that they ASKED US FIVE TIMES ABOUT WAS WRONG!!!! Very very disappointing. This Taco Bell location about ruined my overall positive feelings and nostalgia of Taco Bell. They clearly have very low standards for quality. The food we got (grande stacker, Cheesy gordita crunch and crunchwrap were all disgusting. Hardly any meat, mostly tortilla and made our stomachs hurt about 10 mins later. WTH Taco Bell! So a couple weeks ago, I placed an order on Taco Bell's website for pickup from the Bell Rd Taco Bell in Homer Glenn. I ordered the 12 taco party pack with 6 hardshell and 6 soft shell. I went and picked up the order, and when I got home say that they made the order with 12 hard shell. I called the store and spoke to the manager who was adamant that the order came through as 12 hard shell and they made the order correctly. I said well I don't know what you have, but my confirmation and email both show 6 hard shell and 6 soft shell. She didn't care that it was wrong because she was "right". I said I'll be right in to show you what I ordered and she was basically like whatever. I hung up was ready to leave when I called back and asked if they wanted the old tacos back. She said it's up to you, then changed her tone to bring it back so they can correct it. I said if your going to just throw them out then I'm not bring them back. She said just bring them back. Okay! So when I get to the store, the manager is at the drive thru window and sees me walk in. Can you say attitude! She gave me a nasty look because she knew it was me there to prove her wrong. Without looking in the box, she told the guy making tacos to make 6 soft shell tacos and said I'll be right with you. She took a few minutes, came over, opened the box, pulled 6 tacos out of the box and threw them straight into the garbage. So now, and hour later after driving back and forth, I have 6 soft tacos that are fresh and 6 soggy as hard shell tacos. This idiot didn't even have the intelligence to right the wrong and give me fresh tacos. On the way out I looked up Taco Bell corporate and called them on my drive back. I spoke with someone who took my complaint and I described everything that happened. I was told one of the managers of managers from the area would call me back to talk about it. It's been weeks now and nothing! Piss poor management and piss poor customer service!!! #tacobellsucks. Stay away from the Homer Glen Taco Bell. The manager is incompetent. This Taco Bell is the worst one I've been too. I live near by and don't know why I've given this one more then one chance. I don't leave reviews but it really got me upset. I have been here 5 times in the past few months 3 out of the 5 times I couldn't get food one time they "ran out of meat" one time their "system was updating and we're down for 30 min" the 3rd time "the system is down and we're closed" the two times I did get food the hard shell tacos were stale the other time they were soggy and old not fresh you could tell they were made a while ago and served to me.
